中英文借款協(xié)議

1、借款協(xié)議Loan Agreement甲方(出借方) ：Party A (Borrower):乙方(借款方) ：Party B (Lender):甲方為乙方股東之一，就甲方借款給乙方相關(guān)事宜，經(jīng)協(xié)商一致達(dá)成以下協(xié)議：Party A is one shareholder of Party B, regard ing the issue that Party A lend a loan toParty B, after Parties friendly negotiation , agreed as follows:第一條借款金額The amount of the loan甲方借給乙方人民幣_(tái) 甲方
