2、christ. his older brother was neil reagan (19081996). hispaternalgreat-grandfather,michaelreagan,came to theunitedstates from ballyporeen, county tipperary, ireland, in the1860s, and the rest of his paternal family immigrated fromireland in the 1800s as to his immigration, the family namewas spelled

3、regan. his maternal great-grandfather,johnwilson,immigratedto theunited statesfrom paisley,scotland,inthe1840s andmarriedjaneblue,a canadianfromqueens,newbrunswick.reagans maternal grandmother, mary anne elsey,wasborn in epsom, surrey, england.4 although his father wascatholic, reagans mother was an
