1、 1 概述 腰輪流量計(jì)是用于對(duì)管道中流量進(jìn)行連續(xù)或間歇測量的高精度計(jì)量儀表。它具有精度高、可靠性好、重量輕、壽命長、安裝使用方便等特點(diǎn)，是容積式流量計(jì)的典型特點(diǎn)。 腰輪流量計(jì)主要由計(jì)量腔、密封聯(lián)軸器和計(jì)數(shù)器三部分組成?？涩F(xiàn)場指示累積流量和瞬時(shí)流量，配以發(fā)信器及流量智能控制儀，可實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)距離測量和控制。廣泛用于石油、化工、電力、冶金、交通、食品加工、醫(yī)藥、國防、商業(yè)貿(mào)易等部門對(duì)石油及石油制品、化學(xué)溶液等流體的精確測量。 1.summarizelumbar wheel flow meter is used for pipeline liquid flow measurement of continu

4、e, defense, commerce and trade sectors such as oil and petroleum products, chemical solutions and other fluids accurate measurement. 2.工作原理當(dāng)被測液體流經(jīng)計(jì)量室時(shí)，在流量計(jì)的進(jìn)出口形成 壓差，腰輪在此壓差的推動(dòng)下旋轉(zhuǎn)。同時(shí)通過固定在腰輪軸上的一對(duì)驅(qū)動(dòng)齒輪，使兩個(gè)腰輪保持連續(xù)旋轉(zhuǎn)。隨著腰輪的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，液體經(jīng)由計(jì)量室被不斷排出流量計(jì)。每對(duì)流過的液體量是計(jì)量室容積的四倍，通過密封聯(lián)軸器、減速機(jī)構(gòu)，將旋轉(zhuǎn)次數(shù)減速后傳遞到計(jì)數(shù)器，計(jì)數(shù)器即指示液體瞬時(shí)流量和累積流量。 在計(jì)
