14、dation of the members affairs; (4) the filing of a petition in any involuntary bankruptcy case that is not dismissed or suspended under the federal bankruptcy laws; (5) the commencement by a member of a voluntary case under any applicable debtor relief law; (6) the written admission of a member that

15、 the member is unable to pay the members debts as they become due; (7) the consent by any member to the entry of an order for relief in any involuntary case, or to the appointment of (or the taking of possession by) a receiver, liquidator, assignee, custodian, conservator, trustee or similar agent u

16、nder debtor relief law for the member or for any substantial portion of the members assets, or (8) the making by a member of any general assignment for the benefit of creditors.
