5、手架以及已有的提升設(shè)備。2.4 施工作業(yè)條件1）、外墻墻體平整度達(dá)到要求（水泥砂漿找平），外門窗口安裝完畢，經(jīng)有關(guān)部門檢查驗(yàn)收合格。2）、門窗邊框與墻體連接應(yīng)預(yù)留出保溫層厚度，縫隙之間分層填塞嚴(yán)密，做好門窗表面防護(hù)。3）、外墻外表面的雨水管卡、預(yù)埋鐵件、設(shè)備穿墻管道等提前安裝完畢，并預(yù)留出保溫層的厚度。4）、施工用吊藍(lán)或腳手架搭設(shè)牢固，安全檢驗(yàn)合格。5）、預(yù)制混凝土外墻板縫處應(yīng)提前處理好。2.5 施工要求氣候條件環(huán)境溫度不得低于5，風(fēng)力不應(yīng)大于5級(jí)，風(fēng)速不得大于10m/s。雨季施工時(shí)應(yīng)做好防雨措施。3. 施工過(guò)程3.1 基面處理（結(jié)構(gòu)基層處理） 除去所有基面松動(dòng)空殼部分，填補(bǔ)所有裂縫、凹洞等。

6、基面必須平整清潔，使用水平靠尺以確保平整（每2米內(nèi)至多5mm的起伏）對(duì)于局部平整度較差的基面，應(yīng)銼去過(guò)高的突出物，平整基面，局部使用水泥砂漿找平3.2 外墻飾面為涂料面層的無(wú)機(jī)保溫施工技術(shù)方案及工藝流程：成品保護(hù)外墻面基層清理 抹1：2.5水泥砂漿找平層 打耙涂刷界面劑 抹無(wú)機(jī)砂漿保溫層（15mm時(shí)，可以一遍成活；15mm，至少兩遍成活） 抹抗裂砂漿層（抹第一遍抗裂時(shí)，同時(shí)鋪壓玻纖網(wǎng)，再抹第二遍抗裂）外墻飾面3.3保溫施工工藝流程圖：（涂料飾面）基層墻體處理門窗洞口堵縫、穿墻套管、卡處理吊垂直、套方、彈控制線涂刮界面砂漿用保溫漿料作灰餅、沖筋作口抹第一遍保溫漿料，厚度15抹第二遍保溫漿料, 壓

7、實(shí)刮平彈分格線、分格槽涂料飾面施工抹抗裂砂漿、壓耐堿網(wǎng)格布、壓實(shí)刮平檢驗(yàn)平整度驗(yàn)收4. 施工要點(diǎn)：4.1 材料配制無(wú)機(jī)保溫砂漿以及相應(yīng)的保溫砂漿材料現(xiàn)場(chǎng)配制必須嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行相關(guān)的配制工藝（必須按照我公司技術(shù)人員提供的比例進(jìn)行配置），做到專人定崗、集中攪拌。4.2 基層墻面處理墻面應(yīng)清理干凈無(wú)油漬、浮塵等，舊墻面松動(dòng)、風(fēng)化部分應(yīng)剔鑿干凈。墻表面凸起物10mm應(yīng)鏟平。4.3 保溫層施工吊垂直、套方、彈控制線、水平通線，套方作口，用無(wú)機(jī)保溫漿料作標(biāo)準(zhǔn)厚度灰餅沖筋。4.4 涂刷界面劑在墻體表面涂刷界面劑，4.5 無(wú)機(jī)保溫漿料的施工a.抹無(wú)機(jī)保溫漿料應(yīng)每遍施工不應(yīng)超過(guò)15mm，每?jī)杀殚g隔應(yīng)在24h以上。b.

8、后一遍施工厚度要比前一遍施工厚度小。最后一遍厚度控制在10mm左右為宜。c.最后一遍操作時(shí)應(yīng)達(dá)到?jīng)_筋厚度并用大杠搓平，墻面門窗口平整度達(dá)到要求。d.保溫層固化干燥后，方可進(jìn)行抗裂保護(hù)層施工。4.6 抹抗裂砂漿，鋪貼網(wǎng)網(wǎng)格布按墻體尺寸事先裁好。抹抗裂砂漿第一遍時(shí)同時(shí)鋪壓網(wǎng)格布，要求壓實(shí)、平整，隨后抹第二遍抗裂砂漿，以僅覆蓋網(wǎng)格布為宜。抗裂層總厚度3-mm。4.7 平整度檢查抹完抗裂砂漿后，應(yīng)檢查平整、垂直及陰陽(yáng)角方正，對(duì)于不符合要求的進(jìn)行修補(bǔ)，使完成面達(dá)到垂直平整。5. 施工特殊工藝和部位及注意事項(xiàng)5.1 *無(wú)機(jī)保溫系統(tǒng)抹灰施工中如何吊垂直、套方、彈控制線1）、在頂部墻面固定膨脹螺栓，作為掛先的

9、垂掛點(diǎn)；2）、根據(jù)室內(nèi)三線向室外返出外保溫抹灰厚度控制點(diǎn)，然后固定垂直控制線兩端；3）、復(fù)測(cè)每層三線到垂直控制通線的距離是否一致，偏差超過(guò)20mm找出原因做出相應(yīng)處理。4）、根據(jù)垂直控制通線作垂直方向的灰餅，在根據(jù)兩垂直方向灰餅之間的通線，作墻面保溫層厚度控制灰餅，灰餅之間的距離不得超出2m。5.2 *界面劑（sz601）的使用要求現(xiàn)澆混凝土外墻外表面及即有建筑物外墻外表面必須涂刷界面劑。5.3 *無(wú)機(jī)保溫砂漿施工的一般做法1）、抹無(wú)機(jī)保溫漿料應(yīng)至少分兩次施工,當(dāng)厚度不超過(guò)15mm時(shí)，可一遍成活，超過(guò)15mm時(shí)，至少兩遍成活。2）、后一遍施工厚度要比前一遍厚度薄，最后一遍厚度控制在10mm左右

10、為宜。3）、最后一遍操作時(shí)應(yīng)達(dá)到?jīng)_筋厚度并用大杠刮平，墻面門窗口平整度應(yīng)達(dá)到驗(yàn)收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。4）、保溫層充分固化后方可進(jìn)行下一步施工。5.4 *無(wú)機(jī)保溫抹灰體系施工時(shí)注意事項(xiàng)1）、管道、槽盒上殘存砂漿，應(yīng)及時(shí)清理干凈。2）、翻拆架子應(yīng)防止破壞以抹好的墻面，其它工種作業(yè)時(shí)不得污染或損壞墻面，嚴(yán)禁踩踏窗口。3）、各構(gòu)造層在凝結(jié)前應(yīng)防止水沖、撞擊、振動(dòng)。4）、應(yīng)遵守有關(guān)安全操作規(guī)程。新工人必須經(jīng)過(guò)技術(shù)培訓(xùn)和安全教育方可上崗。腳手架經(jīng)安全檢查驗(yàn)收合格后，方可上人施工，施工時(shí)應(yīng)有防止工具、用具、材料墜落的措施。5.5 特殊部位的處理：1）陰陽(yáng)角的翻包處理：?jiǎn)螌泳W(wǎng)格布系統(tǒng)應(yīng)在陰陽(yáng)角處設(shè)加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)，延兩側(cè)墻面大于20

11、。加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)格布的接縫為對(duì)接，接縫應(yīng)對(duì)齊平整；其翻包包邊寬度不小于1o；6 質(zhì)量保證措施6.1 質(zhì)量目標(biāo)：創(chuàng)建優(yōu)質(zhì)工程質(zhì)量方針：遵循建筑業(yè)法律法規(guī),視產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量為企業(yè)的生命,對(duì)施工全過(guò)程實(shí)施質(zhì)量控制,持續(xù)改進(jìn)質(zhì)量管理體系,為顧客提供滿意的產(chǎn)品和服務(wù),努力把每一項(xiàng)工程建立成同行業(yè)一流產(chǎn)品.6.2 基礎(chǔ)工作按設(shè)立專職質(zhì)檢員和成品保護(hù)管理員崗位，建立崗位責(zé)任制。6.3 物資檢驗(yàn)規(guī)定對(duì)所有進(jìn)場(chǎng)的材料組織檢查驗(yàn)收，建立臺(tái)帳。所有進(jìn)場(chǎng)物資必須隨材料進(jìn)場(chǎng)提供合格的材質(zhì)證明、出廠合格證和試驗(yàn)報(bào)告。對(duì)進(jìn)場(chǎng)的物資必須進(jìn)行標(biāo)識(shí)，按照已經(jīng)經(jīng)過(guò)檢驗(yàn)、未經(jīng)檢驗(yàn)和經(jīng)檢驗(yàn)不合格等三種狀態(tài)進(jìn)行分各類堆放，嚴(yán)格保管，避免用不合格的材料

12、。對(duì)不合格物資，堅(jiān)決要求不準(zhǔn)進(jìn)場(chǎng)，同時(shí)要注明處理結(jié)果和材料去向。對(duì)不合格材料的處理，應(yīng)建立臺(tái)帳。7. 安全保證措施7.1 操作人員上下架子，要有保證人員安全的吊籠、扶梯、爬梯或斜道。7.2 吊、掛腳手架使用的挑梁、梁、吊架、鋼絲繩和其他繩索，使用前要作荷載檢驗(yàn)，均必須滿足規(guī)定安全系數(shù)，升降設(shè)備必須有可靠的制動(dòng)裝置。7.3 必須有良好的防電、避雷裝置，鋼腳手架等均應(yīng)可靠接地，高于四周建筑物的腳手架應(yīng)架設(shè)避雷裝置。7.4 必須按規(guī)定設(shè)剪刀撐和支撐，高于7m的架子必須和建筑物連接牢固，保證架子不搖晃。腳手架上要滿鋪跳板，不得鋪單塊跳板且不得留探頭板，跳板保證有三個(gè)支撐點(diǎn)，并綁扎牢固。7.5 在腳手架
