1、上海光明品管圈手冊 上海光明乳業(yè)股份有限公司 品管圈手冊 、品管圈之意義 在同一工作環(huán)境內(nèi)之員工，本著自動自發(fā)的精神，進行質(zhì)量管理活動的小圈 圈。 這小圈圈是 公司質(zhì)量管理活動的一環(huán) 自我啟發(fā)，互相啟發(fā)， 活用QC七大手法 全員參加，持續(xù)不斷地， 求改善工作環(huán)境 達成經(jīng)營LI標(biāo)。 (1) 同一工作環(huán)境 由各單位工作性質(zhì)接近者自山組成，每圈人數(shù)以5, 7人為原則。(2)自動自 發(fā)的精神 乃品管圈主要精神所在，但必須限于業(yè)務(wù)有關(guān)且不違反公司政策 的事務(wù)。 (3) 質(zhì)量管理活動 質(zhì)量一人、事、物、質(zhì)量的改善。 質(zhì)量的工作就是(顧客滿意且有效率的工作)。 poverty In the area of

12、，以檢討會或發(fā)表會加以明 確而深討。 (10)工作環(huán)境的改善 從日常處理的工作中，找出問題，深入檢討。 二.QCC活動之進行 (1) 成立品管圈 原則以組為單位，人數(shù)5, 7人，超過規(guī)定人數(shù)之單位，得分組 組圈，遇人事異動，應(yīng)立即通知推行委員會。 (2) 圈之命名 各圈命名ill圈員共商決定之，圈名以兩字為妥(如松柏圈、長青 圈等)。 (3) 選出圈長 起初山組長或副組長擔(dān)任，后山圈員互選擔(dān)任，盡可能采取輪流 方式擔(dān)任圈長，各項會議先由圈長擔(dān)任主席，以后再互推之，每 次開會III主席指定記錄。 (4) 向QCC推行委員會登記 品管圈登記時，填寫(品管圈登記卡)一式兩份，1份自存，1 份送QCC
