7、廣交會(huì)。由于參展企業(yè)數(shù) 量眾多,一般需要提前預(yù)定,才能有位置較好攤位。2、打樣費(fèi)用。打樣的數(shù)量相對(duì)不大,但是打樣樣品的質(zhì)量非常重要,直接關(guān)系到后續(xù)大的定單。由 于打樣不是大批量生產(chǎn),往往產(chǎn)生原料的大量浪費(fèi),使得打樣成本增加;如果客戶要求打樣的定單較 多,累計(jì)費(fèi)用也是一筆大的投入。對(duì)此,我們可以向客戶預(yù)先收取打樣費(fèi);待將來正式下定單后,我 們可以視情況扣除該筆打樣費(fèi)用,這樣對(duì)雙方都有利。3、寄樣費(fèi)用。包括國(guó)內(nèi)和國(guó)際部分,一般國(guó)內(nèi)費(fèi)用較低,也較少。本市國(guó)內(nèi)快遞業(yè)務(wù)的公司也較多, 如EMS申通、中通等,長(zhǎng)三角地區(qū)次日都能夠送到。國(guó)際快遞費(fèi)用約占三分之二的比重,對(duì)外貿(mào)業(yè) 務(wù)量大的公司,快遞費(fèi)用是一塊比

8、較大的支出。但是對(duì)于一些新客戶,根據(jù)具體情況,可以采取到付 的方法。這樣做的好處可以考察對(duì)方是否真正有誠(chéng)意。因?yàn)檎嬲牟少?gòu)商一般不會(huì)在意支付快遞費(fèi)用 的。4、必要的差旅、公關(guān)費(fèi)用。由于長(zhǎng)三角地區(qū)是中國(guó)制造業(yè)最發(fā)達(dá)的地區(qū),大多數(shù)外貿(mào)產(chǎn)品在該區(qū)域 一般都能夠找到合適的生產(chǎn)廠家; 而且該地區(qū)道路交通十分發(fā)達(dá),出行十分方便, 一般可以當(dāng)天返回 當(dāng)然,隨著業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展,差旅、公關(guān)費(fèi)用會(huì)響應(yīng)增加。第四節(jié):國(guó)際市場(chǎng)開拓的主要途徑1、國(guó)際市場(chǎng)開拓的主要途徑 、參加會(huì)展。這是開拓國(guó)際市場(chǎng)最主要,也是收效最好的途徑。分專一和綜合性會(huì)展。積極參加全 球有影響的專一性會(huì)展,雖然綜合費(fèi)用大些,但只要產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量高、價(jià)格具有競(jìng)
