so that的用法詳解及習(xí)題

1、so . that. 如此.以致于. (that 引導(dǎo)的結(jié)果狀語從句) so的后面跟副詞或形容詞, 如后跟名詞時要用such.(.such +n +that+.) 例句： 老師說的太快了，以至于我聽不清楚他的話。 the teacher speaks so fast that i cant catch the words,語言點,比較sothat與so that （1）引導(dǎo)結(jié)果狀語從句，意為“因此，所以”，主句和從句間常用逗號分開，一般不與情態(tài)動詞連用。 nothing more was heard of him，so that people thought that he was dead.

2、 未再聽到他的消息，以致人們認(rèn)為他已死去了。 （2）引導(dǎo)目的狀語從句，意為“為了，以便”，通常從句中用may，might，can，could等情態(tài)動詞。 we left early so that we could catch the first bus. 我們很早出發(fā)，以便能趕上第一班汽車。 注意：so that引導(dǎo)目的狀語從句時，可用in order that(以便，為了）替換，以上兩句中的so that均可換成in order that,比較sothat與suchthat sothat的句型構(gòu)成是so+adj./adv.+that; suchthat的句型構(gòu)成是such+n.+that;
