1附錄外文翻譯資料theapplicationofPro/EintrackedvehiclesdrivetrainsystemmodellingLOCKHEEDMARTINCORPORATION2005-5-19DiscussedthedevelopmentoftechnologytoenterprisesPro/ENGINEERsecondaryimportance.3DCADmadeinthesoftwaredevelopmentprocessshouldbecarriedouttwonotableproblems,suchassystemdevelopmentpurposes,thedevelopmentoftoolsused.BytheauthorbasedonPro/TOOLKITtoolPro/ENGINEERtrackedvehicledrivetrainsystemtechnologyinthesecondarydevelopmentoftheapplicationmodelling,furtherelaboratedthedevelopment,implementationPro/TOOLKITtwobasicstepstopreparedocumentsandsources,enforceabledocumentsgenerated,registrationandoperationofcriticaltechnologies.Finally,theauthorthroughthedevelopmentofpracticeprovedPro/ENGINEERseconddevelopmentisdesignedtoenhancethecapacityandefficiencyofthenecessarymeans.Keyword:Pro/ENGINEER,secondarydevelopment,modelsmodelling,1theformerstatementWithcomputer-aideddesignandmanufacturingtechnologiessupportingrapiddevelopmentinexpandingitsfieldofapplication,theengineeringindustryandthemanufacturingindustryhasundergoneprofoundchanges,whichisshowninthestructuraldesignoftheproductisparticularlynotable.3Dmodellingtechnology,designparameters,suchasnewtechnologiesandvirtualrealitytechnologyconcepts,newmethodshavepermeatedthetraditionalstructuraldesign,andplayanunprecedentedroleinthepromotionofengineeringandtechnologydevelopment.PTCisthecompanyPro/ENGINEERmodernCADsystemrepresentatives,2whichspearheadedtheintroductionoftherevolutionarydesignconcepts-basedontheparametersofthedesigncharacteristics,leadingtothedevelopmentofmodernCADtrend.Itsmainfeaturefunctions:therelevance,basedonthecharacteristicsofthemodelparametersmodelling,advancedinformationmanagementsystemsandprojectmanagementdatabasetousetheassembly.Itseasytouse,canfunctioninavarietyofhardwareplatforms.Allowsuserstosimultaneouslycompletetheindustrialdesign,structuraldesignfunction,simulationprocessingmanufacturing,shorteningproductdevelopmenttimeandprocess.ButjustbecausesuchaPro/ENGINEERsoftwareandBointeroperability,itcannotbedirectlyappliedinthespecifichandlingofspecificproductsbecauseofthedesignrequirementsarevastlydifferententerprisesowneddesignresourcesanddesignenvironmentarealsodifferent,coupledwithexternaldesignconcepts,standardsandinternaldifferences,intheuseofthespecificsoftwareproductdesignwillnotfeelsomespecialconvenience.Forthisreason,inordertoenableenterprisestoPro/ENGINEERsoftwaredesignspecificproductstomaximizethepotentialofcreatingefficiency,theneedforasecondPro/ENGINEERdevelopment.Pro/ENGINEERistofurtherenrichandimprove,improve,andbecomeapplicableCAD/CAE/CAMuserapplications.2Attentionshouldbegiventoissuesintheseconddevelopment.2.1Clearthepurposeofthesecondarydevelopment.Priortothedevelopmentofproductsspecificallydesignedforthenatureandcapacity,thusestablishingthefunctionaldesignofproducts,designtheoryandtherequiredhumanandmaterialresources,butalsotoconsiderupdatingandfutureproductstomarkettomaintainlong-termavailabilityandvitalityproducts.2.2developmenttoolchoice.Self-developedsoftwareproductstobecompatiblewithothers,withspecialattentiontotheresourcesintheestablishmentofadatabaseinformationsystem,developmentofsoftwaretobeinthefinalbuildtopreventthetransmissionofdatabetweendifferentsoftwarecannotchangethebasicparametersoftheproblem,3attentionshouldbepaidtosolvingsystem-datainterfaces.Solutionsusuallyuseproprietaryinterfaceswiththemediaandneutralpaperasacentraldatabasefordatatransmissiondataexchangeaccess.2.3customizedstandardizedapplicationenvironment.Inordertoaccommodateallthedesignersinalinewiththeinternationalstandardworkingenvironment,andtoensurethecorrectnessofthedesignofproducts,standardization,standardizationPro/ENGINEERusersneedcustomizedapplicationenvironment,includingsettingstandardsfortheworkingenvironment,suchasthedefinitionofthethreedocumentsandsetmodelstemplates.2.4trackedvehicledrivetrainsystemmodellingdevelopmentthinking.Manycompanysofproductsmostlystereotypedproducts,themassproductionofsuchproducts,generic,andthehighdegreeofstandardization.Theseproductsusedinthedesignofmathematicalmodelsandproductstructuresarestatic,onlydifferentsizesofthestructureofdifferentproducts,thesizeandstructureofthedifferenceswereduetothesamenumberofknownconditionsinthedifferenttypesofproductdesignspecificationsforthedifferentvalue.Forsuchproducts,couldbeknownconditionsandtheotherwithproductspecificationsandchangethebasicparametersusedtoreplacethecorrespondingvariables,andthenbasedontheknownconditionsandbasicparametersautomaticallybycomputergraphicsenquiriesdatabase,orbycorrespondingmappingsoftwaretocalculateallthedatarequiredbythespecializedmappingsoftwaregeneratedautomaticallyinscreendesigngraphics.Asfigure1showstheoperatingprinciples.4Figure1parametersofCADdesignprinciplesTrackedvehicledrivetrainsystemofmassproduction,standardizationanduseofhigh-leveldevices.Itisdifferentpurposevehiclesimportantcomponentassumedpowertransmission,distributionandconversion,andotherfunctions,thevehiclethroughthesystemtoachieveandmeetvarioustrafficdemands.Trackedvehiclesincludingarmouredvehicles,logisticsvehiclesandengineeringvehicles.Becauseofitsspecialpurposeandrequirementsdeterminethestructure,functionsandthetheoryofcomplexity.Intrackedvehicledrivetrainsystemdesign,3DparametersofCADtechnologyhasbeenappliedtoforeignindustrialcountries,greatlyimprovingtheefficiencyofthedesign.2.5TrackedvehicledrivetrainsystemdevelopmenttoolchoicePro/ENGINEERprovidedinthesecondarydevelopmentofavarietyoftoolscommonlyusedinclude:FamilyTab(communaltable),Program(Procedure),UDF(userdefinedcharacteristics)andPro/TOOLKIT.Thesetoolscanrapidlysecondarydevelopment,thedevelopmentshallbebasedonthefunctionaluseoftheease,designersofhighqualityproductsandthestructuralcharacteristicsofselected
