InfraredradiationheatingprincipleandcharacteristicsofChinasabundantnaturalgasresources,withthenationalenergystrategy,technologytransferandtheexplorationandexploitationofthecontinuousdevelopmentofwesternChinainrecentyearsprovenandsuccessfuldevelopmentofanumberofhigh-qualitynaturalgasfields,hasbeentheformationoftheTarim,Qaidam,Shaanxi-Gansu-NingxiaandSichuan,Chongqing,fournaturalgasfieldsatnationallevel,alreadythebasisforthedevelopmentofgasindustryandconditions.Itisreportedthatnaturalgasasacleanandefficientenergyandhigh-qualitychemicalrawmaterials,energystructureintheworldtheproportionhasreached24%,whileinChina,thecurrentenergymixofnaturalgasintheproportionofonly2.2%.AccordingtoChinaNationalPetroleumCorporationin2000,ZhengHu,deputygeneralmanagerofChinaInternationalOilandGasConferencenewsconferencethatChinahasbeenthedevelopmentandutilizationofnaturalgasfortheearly21stcenturyenergystructureoptimizationandupgradingoftheoilindustryfocus,fortenyearsaboutthetime,sothatnaturalgasinChinasenergyconsumptionstructureintheproportionfromthecurrent2.2%to8%,TarimBasininXinjiangasthecountryslargestnaturalgasfieldsandthebirthoftheimplementationoftheproject,togetherwiththedevelopmentofoffshoreoilandnaturalgasandnaturalgasabroad,includingtheuseof2010isexpectedtoachievethisobjective.Isnodoubtthattodevelopthenationalsituation,thenaturalgasindustry,naturalgasasacleanenergyinindustrialproductionandnationallifeintheproportionofenergyconsumptionwillgrow.Undersuchcircumstances,howtorespondtonationalpolicytobetterpromotethenaturalgasindustryintheapplicationofHVACproblems,isfacingtheindustry,especiallyintheHVACequipmentmanufacturers,salesstaffanddesignbusinessbeforeanissue.First,theprincipleofinfraredradiationheating.Gas-firedinfraredradiantheatingsystemconsistsofoneormoreindependentvacuumsystem.Eachvacuumsystemincludesavacuumcontrolsystem,acertainnumberofgeneratorsandheatexchangers.Heatexchangersystemofsteelpipesfrom100mmdiameterpipelinelinkingandcoverageoftheaboveinitshigh-performancealuminumalloyconstitutesasoundingboard.Thesystemusesnaturalgas,liquefiedpetroleumgasorgas-gasheatandcombustionbythegenerator,theheatgeneratorintheair,throughtheuseofcentrifugalfansorpumpstheroleoftheheatedairandcombustionproductsoftheradiationtransporttube,radianttubeheatedtoacertaintemperature,producefar-infraredradianttubeoutsideheattransfer.ThesystemisbasedonthesunheatingtheEarthssurfacecreatedbytheprinciplesofdesign,supplyofsolarenergytotheEarthsanalysisconcludedthattheelectromagneticspectrum:wavelength10-8microns(m)belowforthecosmicrays,wavelengthinmorethan5108mforthesoundtowave,thermalradiationmainlyinthewavelengthrangeof2-10mbetween.Thesimulationofthesolarsystemcanproduceonlybyradiationandheatconductionmediumofair)forsomenon-thermalheatingoftheradiation(wavelength2-12m).Therefore,thedirectheatingofthesystemobjectspaceratherthanheatingtheair,butheatingobjects:space,staff,equipment,tools.Theseheatingobjectsinaccordancewithitsowncharacteristicsofphysicalandchemicalstructuretoabsorbandstoreenergyreceived,andthenexposedtoairthroughitssurfacetotheairspaceheatingheattransfer,whichcansolvethetechnologysectorhasbeenbesetallHVACkindsofmilitary,civiliantallwarehousespaceheatingandotherproblems.Infraredradiantheatingissimilartosolarradiation,infraredisthepartoftheelectromagneticparagraph.Differentwavelengthsoftheelectromagneticwavesareexposedtotheobjectswillproducedifferenteffects.Wavelengthsuchas0.76-1000umbetweentheelectromagneticwave,especiallyinthewavelengthrangeof0.76-40um,withanon-dispersiveandthustheenergyconcentrationofasignificantthermaleffect,thatis,infra-red.Thesunheatingtheearthssurfacewithdifferentheatingradiator,itdoesnotrequireheatingtheatmosphere,butbysolarradiationtodirectlyheattheEarthssurface.Throughinfraredradiation,radiationtotheregionofdirectheating,thermalradiationcanbeofconcretefloors,andabsorbedavarietyofobjects,andasecondradiationoftheseobjectsinordertoheatotherobjectsaround.Notonlythat,butalsoinfra-redobjectorthehumanbodythroughacertaindegreeofdepthofsurfacelayer,whichfromtheinsideoftheobjectorthebodyheat,thissystemisalsoreferredtoasartificialsolarheatingsystem.Gas-firedinfraredradiantheatingoftheradiationintensity,effective.Radiantheatingintheenvironment,retainingstructure,groundequipmentandtheenvironmenthaveahighersurfacetemperature,sothehumanbodyhaveabettercomfort,atthistimewhotherealsenseoftheenvironmenttemperatureishigherthanthesurroundingairtemperature.Infraredradiationheating,groundfloorroomtemperaturesarehigh,warmandcomfortableworkingenvironment,theupperlow-temperature,higherutilizationofitsheat.Second,gasinfraredradiationheatingoftheadvantagesof.1,tosaveenergyupto30-60%,significantlyloweroperatingcosts.2,whenthebuildingheatingconvectionheatingthanheatlosswhenlow,thereareseveralreasons:First,asaresultofradiationheating,theradiantheatexposuretodirectheatingobject,theenvironmentisvirtuallynon-heatingtheair,soheatingtheairtemperatureatthesamehealthconditionsthanconvectionheating,whentheairtemperaturelow,generallyless2-5,sosmalltemperaturedifferencebetweenindoorsandoutdoors,soasmalleramountofinfiltration.Second,asaresultofconvectionheating,theindoorairisheated,andtheformationofhotandcoldairconvection,sotheindoorairtemperaturehasalargergradient,theroofofsomehigh-temperature,lowtemperatureneartheground,thegeneralconvectionheatingtemperaturegradientofabout0.5-1.0/m,andradiantheating,theradiantheatdirectlydownwardradiation,thegroundsegmentcanalsobepartofenergysavings,indoorairtemperaturegradientisthereforesmall,thecorrespondingupperpartofthebuildingarealsolessheatloss.Third,theprocessgasinthetransportationthereisnoloss,whiletheradiatorisverycompletecombustion,sotheheatoftheheatingsystemcanbefullyutilized.Thetraditionalmethodofheatingsystemradiator,heatfromtheboilerafterthelead,alongwith10-15%ofheatloss,sothelowerthethermalefficiency.3,infra-redheatingisgoodforhealth,comfortandbetter.4,gas-firedinfraredradiatoroftheradiationtemperatureashighas800-1400,radiationintensitysohighandeffective.Radiantheatingintheenvironment,retainingstructure,groundandsurfaceenvironmentoftheequipment,whichhaveahighertemperature,sothehumanbodyhaveabettercomfort,atthistimewhotherealsenseoftheenvironmenttemperatureishigherthanairtemperature.5,thermaleffectquickly,theslowcooling.6,asaresultofheattransferusinginfraredradiationheating,andinfraredandvisiblelightareelectromagneticwaves,aspartofthedisseminationofboththespeedoflight,sotheradiatingoncereachedacertaintemperature,theheatcanthehumanbodyorequipmentandtoliftthefeelingofcold.Intheheatingperiod,theenvelopestructurearoundthegroundaswellastheindoorfacilities,bothtoabsorbheatradiation,andpartoftheheatstore,whentheradiantheatingstopped,theheatofthesesavings,heatdissipationtotheenvironment,itcanalsomaintainathermalenvironment.Therefore,inparticulartherapidstart-upradiantheating,andcoolingitmoreslowly,particularlyapplicabletointermittentheatingoftheplaces,suchaswarehouses,venue,sportsvenues,thecollectivedining,theatersandsoon.7,thestructureofthebuildingenvelopeinsulationlessdemandingconditions.8,canbelargespace,semi-open-spaceheating,orevenoutdoorsforheatingconvectionheatingwhichisunabletodoso.9,theheathasastrongdirectionalspread.10,accordingtodifferentneeds,flexibilityinlayout,youcanconductacomprehensiveheating,butalsoinalotofspaceheatinginthelocalregion.11,usingtheheatingtimecanbestoppedatanytimesince.12,thetraditionalheatingradiatorheatingcanonlyberunduringthequarterhasbeenoncetostopheating,plumbingequipment,pipelinesystems,theremaybeFrostCrack.13,noboilerroom,donotusetheareaoccupiedbybuildings.Radiationdevicesaregenerallyinstalledintheupperpartofthebuildingspaceheating,soit
