Party B offers teaching and organizing service. Party A has the right to supervise the service and result from party B during the cooperation.三 乙方在合作期間享受的福利Benefits of party B1. 在合作期間，甲方有責(zé)任保證乙方工作環(huán)境的安全，并且對(duì)此提供相應(yīng)的援助。During cooperation, party A can offer assistance and advice regarding any issues with local officials enquiring about cooperation.2. 甲乙雙方合作滿半年后，乙方可以享受5天的帶薪休假。After six-month cooperation, party B is eligible for 5 days paid leave. 3. 甲方為乙方提供不定期的團(tuán)隊(duì)出行和團(tuán)隊(duì)用餐的補(bǔ)貼。On regular occasion, the school will pay for days out or lunch subsidies. 4. 甲乙雙方合作滿一年并續(xù)簽一年新合約，甲方將為乙方提供9000元人民幣年終獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)，此獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)將作為辦理工作簽證的補(bǔ)貼。如果乙方不需要辦理工作簽證，則可以選擇5000元人民幣現(xiàn)金獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。Upon completion of one year cooperation and signing a new contract, party A will offer upto 9000 RMB subsidy towards the working visa of party B or receive a 5000 RMB bonus if no assistance is required for the working visa.四 乙方工作時(shí)間和工作內(nèi)容The working hours of party B1. 根據(jù)學(xué)校的作息時(shí)間表， 每周工作日為6天（節(jié)假日除外），如遇節(jié)假日學(xué)校調(diào)換課程時(shí)間則按學(xué)校要求安排授課。每周授課時(shí)間為23小時(shí)（不包含活動(dòng)），培訓(xùn)時(shí)間為4小時(shí)。如遇特殊情況，超出的小時(shí)數(shù)將以 50/小時(shí) 支付給乙方。l 工作時(shí)間安排如下：星期一，休息星期二至星期五，15:00-21:00星期六，9:00-12:00, 14:00-17:00, 17:30-18:30星期日，9:00-12:00, 14:00-17:00, 17:30-18:30l 寒假和暑假學(xué)期期間的課時(shí)安排如下:星期一至星期六，9:00-12:00, 14:00-17:00星期日，休息According to the schools teaching schedule, teachers usually work 6 days a week (except holidays). If the school changes the schedule during the holiday, teachers have the obligation to take up the classes according to the schools arrangement. There are 21 teaching hours (activities are not included) and 4 training hours per week. Every month, there are less than 84 teaching hours.During the normal semester, if necessary and required, Party A will pay extra 50/hour to party B for every additional teaching hour monthly.l The schedule is as follows:（the schedule may be switched by special occasion）Monday, offTuesday to Friday, 15:00-21:00Saturday, 9:00-12:00, 14:00-17:00, 19:00-20:00Sunday, 9:00-12:00, 14:00-18:00During the summer and winter vacation semesters, the working schedule will be switched to as follows Monday to Saturday 9:00-12:00, 14:00-18:00Sunday, Off2. 乙方有責(zé)任準(zhǔn)時(shí)到校備課，如果違反一次，將予以警告。違反兩次以上，將從乙方每月工資中扣除50元/次，乙方接受甲方各店店長(zhǎng)的監(jiān)督。 Party B has the obligation to be present in the school on time and do not be late. If party B doesnt obey this regulation for the first time, party B will receive a verbal warning. If party B receives a second warning, party A has the right to cut the salary by 50 RMB each time party B is late. 3. 遇甲方在合作學(xué)校有特殊活動(dòng)時(shí)，乙方應(yīng)該參加，如慶祝日、教研活動(dòng)及一些重要的英語(yǔ)活動(dòng)等，甲方對(duì)此給予乙方一定的交通補(bǔ)助，但不再支付其他費(fèi)用。If party A hosts some special activities, party B should attend it. For example, celebration day, teaching research activities and some important English activities. Party A will provide financial help towards transport fees for party B, but no extra payment (salary).4. 乙方服從甲方分配的教學(xué)任務(wù)和課程安排；在甲乙雙方約定的教學(xué)時(shí)長(zhǎng)和工作時(shí)長(zhǎng)內(nèi)，對(duì)于甲方的課程安排，乙方不得拒絕接受。乙方應(yīng)按期完成工作任務(wù)，保證教學(xué)工作的質(zhì)與量。Party B has the obligation to accept the reasonable arrangement of the classes and schedule. Party B is not allowed to be absent from the classes within the teaching hours as agreed. If there is a special reason for absence, party B has to inform party A at least 3 days ahead. In case of an emergency or illness or accident, party B has to submit proper certification duly signed by an authorized person.5. 乙方有義務(wù)遵守甲方的外教管理工作守則，包括主要工作時(shí)間安排，日常工作職責(zé)獎(jiǎng)懲制度等。乙方有義務(wù)認(rèn)真完成上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)所下達(dá)的工作任務(wù)和按時(shí)按質(zhì)完成。Its the obligation for Party B to follow the Rules and Regulations set out for all foreign teachers, including the working schedule, daily work and responsibility, Party B also has the obligation to keep classrooms clean and tidy after each class has finished and any additional tasks that may be asked by the supervisor.6. 甲方為乙方提供教學(xué)內(nèi)容和教學(xué)材料，乙方有責(zé)任提前完成備課任務(wù)，并與助教和教學(xué)主管核對(duì)每周備課內(nèi)容。Party B will be given material for each class, they must fully prepare before commencement of each class and is obliged and required to fulfill this task to the level required by the school or supervisor.7. 乙方有責(zé)任參加甲方舉行的戶外推廣活動(dòng)。如因推廣活動(dòng)而導(dǎo)致超時(shí)工作，超過(guò)30分鐘將按加班工資核算。Occasionally party B is required to participate and attend promotional activities and outdoor activities to promote the cause of the school. This period is within the working hours. Any extra time extending 30 minutes will be paid accordingly. 8每三個(gè)小時(shí)的課程將有兩個(gè)課間休息，每次休息不得超過(guò)10分鐘。在此期間，乙方必須留在學(xué)校，不允許在此期間抽煙、喝酒、接打私人電話。Two breaks of ten minutes are permitted within each 3-hour class. Party B must remain on school premises during these breaks and is not permitted to smoke or drink alcohol or attend personal phone calls. Supervision is still required of the children during these breaks. 9. 乙方在工作時(shí)間不允許閑聊，玩手機(jī)，玩電腦游戲，外出用餐，外出購(gòu)物等活動(dòng)。如需外出，需向上級(jí)提出口頭申請(qǐng)，并經(jīng)得各店店長(zhǎng)同意。Any period during the working hours when party B is not teaching, must refrain from using their mobile phone from any use apart from making or receiving phone calls. Any use of school equipment such as computers is meant for official work and not for playing games, etc. Party B is not allowed to leave the school without permission of the supervisor. 10. Uniform provided by the school must be worn at all times when part A is in school.三、授課地點(diǎn)Working address and location甲方根據(jù)乙方的實(shí)際情況，為乙方安排的課程在內(nèi)，如有其他變化，雙方協(xié)商解決。On rare occasions, party B may be requested to cover or substitute another teacher at our second branch with or without prior notice.四、薪酬標(biāo)準(zhǔn)Salary criteria1. 雙方協(xié)商達(dá)成一致，按月薪資的方式計(jì)算工資，首月工資結(jié)算自入職日起至每月最后一天，按實(shí)際工作天數(shù)結(jié)算。次月工資自每月第一天起，自每月最后一天為止。每月甲方支付乙方人民幣_(tái)10000_元整，每月15日發(fā)放上月工資。When the two parties agree with each other, party B will be paid monthly. Party B will receive their salary after the completion of each month on the 15th of every month. Party A pays Party B_10000_ RMB per calendar month. (For example, if party B signs the agreement on 20th of the month, then the salary from 20th of that month to the last day of that month will be paid on the 15th of the next month. The salary of the first day of the calendar month to the last day of the month will be paid on the 15th of the next month)2. 雙方合作期間，甲方為乙方提供_1000/月_交通補(bǔ)助。During the time of cooperation , party A offers party B an additional 1000/month subsidy towards the costs of transportation. 五、其他事項(xiàng) Matters of reference:1. 乙方在合作期間的健康及醫(yī)療由乙方自行解決。Personal matters including accommodation, health and illness are the responsibility of party B. Party A is available for advice and help at all time. 2. 病假及事假：Sick leave and compassionate leave（1）如果乙方因患病并經(jīng)醫(yī)院證明確不能工作，可以向甲方提出請(qǐng)假。如果乙方連續(xù)7天請(qǐng)病假，甲方可以按照國(guó)家外專局合同有關(guān)規(guī)定中止與受聘方的合同。In the event of sickness, party B must produce adequate certification from the correct hospital to prove their sickness in regards to sick leave. Upon providing certificate sick leave will be granted. If the sick leave runs for 7 days continually, party A has the right to terminate the contract according to the contract issued by state administration of the Foreign Experts Affairs.（2）如果乙方在工作時(shí)間內(nèi)需要請(qǐng)事假，須得到甲方的批準(zhǔn)；如果乙方未向甲方提出請(qǐng)假，而曠工不上課，甲方有權(quán)在其曠工期間罰扣其一個(gè)月工資If Party B applies for a day off because of personal reasons during the work time, it must be confirmed by party A. If party B is absent from class without application or informing, then party A has the right to cut one months salary to cover the loss of our administration costs, reputation and hiring of a replacement teacher.七保密協(xié)議 confidentiality agreement 1. 雙方不得將合作內(nèi)容和任何合作詳細(xì)信息透露給第三方，包括甲方內(nèi)部員工。Both parties are not allowed to divulge any information or details regarding either the school or party B. All aspects of cooperation between party A and B are confidential 2.在任何情況下，甲乙雙方不得將工資，協(xié)議內(nèi)容，國(guó)籍，年齡，教學(xué)年限和中介來(lái)源透漏給第三方，包括甲方公司員工。The two parties are not allowed to divulge personal information regarding salaries, contract, nationality, and age or recruitment agency.
