Ltd in A400 block. And Shanghai Lianheng ISO cyanate grease Co., Ltd. MDI expansion project process device for civil engineering. By synthesizing MDI unit, MDI early rain pool, MDA in the early rain pool, MDA treatment unit, the deluge valve chamber and tube frame five unit composed.1.3 基坑概況Foundation Ditch Overview :1.3.1 MDI合成單元Synthetic unit(1)光氣隔離艙、HCL吸收及尾氣處理的墊層底標(biāo)高-2.25m,板底厚為1200mm,墊層厚100mm,建筑面積為638.44m。本工程設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)高100.000m為0.000所應(yīng)對(duì)的絕對(duì)標(biāo)高為吳淞標(biāo)高+4.500m,場(chǎng)地內(nèi)部自然地面絕對(duì)標(biāo)高約為+4.500m,即為相對(duì)標(biāo)高0.000m,則開(kāi)挖深度為2.25m。其中,水池的墊層底標(biāo)高-5.90m,板厚為1000mm,墊層厚100mm,建筑面積為31.59。本工程設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)高100.000m為0.000所應(yīng)對(duì)的絕對(duì)標(biāo)高為吳淞標(biāo)高+4.500m,場(chǎng)地內(nèi)部自然地面絕對(duì)標(biāo)高約為+4.500m,即為相對(duì)標(biāo)高0.000m,則開(kāi)挖深度為5.9m。(1) The phosgene compartment, HCL absorption and tail gas treatment of cushion bottom elevation of 2.25 m, the bottom of the plate thickness is 1200 mm, cushion thickness of 100 mm, with a construction area of 638.44 m squared. Should be block construction after digging to the bottom elevation and within 72 hours to complete the plain concrete cushion, and grasping the construction foundation slab.4.2鋼板樁施工方法Steel sheet pile construction method 、基線確定:施工員在基坑邊上定出軸線,留出以后施工需要的工作面,確定鋼板樁施工位置。參照設(shè)計(jì)要求(SLIC-cMDI2-CP02)。 、定樁位:按順序標(biāo)明鋼板樁的具體樁位,灑灰線標(biāo)明。、鋼板樁施打:第一根鋼板樁插打:吊起鋼板樁,打開(kāi)機(jī)頭夾板夾住樁頭,垂直后在設(shè)計(jì)位置通過(guò)打樁機(jī)的液壓振動(dòng)錘將鋼板樁插入至設(shè)計(jì)深度。后續(xù)鋼板樁插打:第一根樁打插完成以后,后續(xù)鋼板樁沿前一根樁的扣槽插入至設(shè)計(jì)深度。在鋼板樁施工中,打設(shè)的允許誤差為:樁頂標(biāo)高偏差100mm,鋼板樁軸線偏差100mm,鋼板樁垂直度偏差為1%;在打設(shè)過(guò)程中,應(yīng)監(jiān)測(cè)是否在允許誤差范圍內(nèi),超出時(shí)及時(shí)糾正。(1)Baseline to determine: the builder set axis on the edge of the foundation pit, set aside after the construction needs of the working face, determine the position of steel sheet pile construction.
