Warming up 1. Listen to a song and guess what the song is about.2. Show a piece of one-hundred yuan to Ss and say “Money is made of paper”. Then ask Ss to think about what other things are made of paper in our daily life.3. Show some pictures of shirts and ask “What are the shirts made of?”II. Presentation1. Show some pictures on the big screen. Try to learn “be made of” structure. e.g.: Her blouse is made of cotton. The table is made of glass. The chopsticks are made of wood.2. Work on 1a.Let Ss read the things and materials in 1a. Discuss with their partners and match them with the materials. More than one answer is possible. Check the answers with the Ss.3.
