Section B (2a-2c)一、教材分析1.本單元在整套教材中的功能和地位:本節(jié)課的教學(xué)內(nèi)容是人教版goforit七年級下冊unit5whydoyoulikepandas?在整個初中3年的學(xué)習(xí)中,多個單元與本單元所涉及的語言知識相關(guān)聯(lián),如七年級上冊unit6doyoulikebananas?和unit9myfavoritesubjectisscience.為相關(guān)話題單元,為本單元提供了話題和語法知識的支持。本單元涉及中考24個話題中的第22個話題:自然。talkaboutanimals是中考中常見的話題。涉及11個日常交際用語中第2個關(guān)于態(tài)度的表達(dá)中的talkaboutpreference。所以學(xué)好本單元會為以后的學(xué)習(xí)打下基礎(chǔ)。2本課時在整個單元中的功能和地位:本節(jié)課為第五單元第四課時。本課時是一節(jié)讀寫課,教學(xué)內(nèi)容貼近學(xué)生實際生活,容易激發(fā)學(xué)生交流的興趣。同時,在循序漸進(jìn)提高學(xué)習(xí)的過程中,本課時教學(xué)內(nèi)容的學(xué)習(xí),會為本單元的進(jìn)一步學(xué)習(xí)奠定詞匯,句式基礎(chǔ),為最后語言的輸出提供有力的支持。3.學(xué)生情況分析學(xué)生了解一定的動物英文名稱和描述性形容詞;基本了解特殊疑問句的用法;會對動物話題感興趣。4.process and method(過程與方法):展開各種任務(wù)活動,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生同步閱讀,增強(qiáng)其運用語言獲取更多信息的能力。5.cultural awareness(文化意識):通過圖片了解大象在泰國的相關(guān)文化和大象的現(xiàn)實處境,喚起學(xué)生珍惜并保護(hù)瀕危動物的意識。二、teaching key points(教學(xué)重點):1. vocabularies:flag, symbol, water, kill, ivory, cut, save,thailand, be in great danger, cut down, get lost, one of, be made of.2. reading skills.三、teaching difficult points(教學(xué)難點):1. using the target language to describe animals.2. how to sum up the main ideas of each paragraph.四、teaching aids:(教具):music;multi-media; ppt五、teaching methods(教學(xué)設(shè)計):self-introduction and greetings:nice to meet you! my family name is zhang. you can call me miss zhang. i am from no. 2middle schoolofguixi. today im very happy to be here to give you a class. i think all of you are lovely! i am sure we will have a good time and become friends. well. class begins! good morning, class! sit down, please!today, we will learn (板書)step1 warm-upA guessing game : What animal is it?【教學(xué)設(shè)計說明】通過猜動物激發(fā)學(xué)生的興趣,把學(xué)生引入英語學(xué)習(xí)的氛圍中。并復(fù)習(xí)描述動物的形容詞。step2 lead-in What kind of animals do you like and why? (i think the danger is from human beings. people cut down too many trees, so animals are losing their homes. and some of animals dont have enough food, some people even kill them for money.) do you think so? so we should try our best to protect them.can you tell me what we should do?
