Sentences about how to ask and answer about places:3. There be句型的一般疑問(wèn)句及其肯定與否定回答,以where引導(dǎo)的特殊疑問(wèn)句的構(gòu)成。4. Ask for and give directions on the street.Teaching Procedures:Step 1 ReviewLet Ss fill in the blanks in order to review the prepositions about position.Practice “Is there/ Are there?”Step 2 Work on 2d1. Ask Ss to look at the conversations in 2d and answer the questions.(1) Is there a bank near here?(2) Wheres the bank?(3) Is Center Street far from here?2. Then Ss read the conversation by themselves and try to find out difficulties and then role play the conversation.Step 3 Grammar focus and Revision1. Review the grammar box. Ask students to say the questions and answers. Ask students to circle these words in the grammar focus section of their books, such as: on, across form, next to, betweenand.2. Let Ss read grammar focus by themselves and translate the sentences.(1) 附近有銀行嗎?(2) 是的。它在中心街上。(3) 附近有餐館嗎?(4) 有,在郵局前面有一家。(5) 旅館在哪里?(6) 它在公安局后面。3. Ss check the answer with their partners.4. Give Ss six more minutes to try to remember the sentences.5. 探究學(xué)習(xí)there be句型。(1) There be .句型表示的是“某處有(存在) 某人或某物”,其肯定句式結(jié)構(gòu): There be (is,are) +名詞+地點(diǎn)狀語(yǔ)e.g. 在我的鉛筆盒里有兩塊橡皮。 _ _ two erasers in my pencil box. 在房子前有一棵大樹。 _ _ a tall tree in front of the house.(2) 否定句:There isnt / arente.g. 大橋街上沒(méi)有銀行。_ _ a bank on Bridge Street.在教室里沒(méi)有籃球。 _ _ any basketballs in the classroom. (3)一般疑問(wèn)句:Is/ Are + 主語(yǔ) +? 肯定回答:Yes, there is/are. 否定回答:No, there isnt/arent. e.g. 這附近有餐館嗎?_ _ a restaurant near here? 教室里有學(xué)生嗎?_ _ any students in the classroom?(4) There be句型的主謂一致原則1) 看微課2) There be句型中be動(dòng)詞的形式要和其后面的主語(yǔ)在人稱和數(shù)上保持一致。如果句子的主語(yǔ)是單數(shù)的可數(shù)名詞,或是不可數(shù)名詞,be動(dòng)詞用“is”。e.g. 緊挨著郵局有一個(gè)投幣電話。_ _ a pay phone next to the post office.3)如果句子的主語(yǔ)是復(fù)數(shù)名詞,be動(dòng)詞就用“are”。 e.g. 在公園里很多樹。_ _ many trees in the park. 4)如果有兩個(gè)或兩個(gè)以上的名詞作 主語(yǔ),be動(dòng)詞要和最靠近它的那個(gè)主語(yǔ)在數(shù)上保持一致,也就是我們常說(shuō)的“就近原則”。e.g.在桌子上有一個(gè)桔子和一些香蕉。_ _ an orange and some bananas on the table. 在桌子上有一些香蕉和一個(gè)桔子。_ _ some bananas and an orange on the table.(5)There be 句型與have的區(qū)別There be句型表示 “存在”,havehas表示 “擁有”、 “所有”,兩者不能同時(shí)使用。e.g.桌子上有一架模型飛機(jī)。 _ _ a model plane on the desk. 我有一架模型飛機(jī)。_ _ a model plane. (6) There be句型引導(dǎo)特殊疑問(wèn)句Step 4 Work on 3aLook at 3a, pay attention to the questions in the box. Ask students to read it out loud.Learn by heart the following phrases, write them down on the book.(1) in the neighborhood在附近地區(qū) (2)go straight直走(3) turn left 向左轉(zhuǎn) (4)turn right 向右轉(zhuǎn)(5) on the left在左邊 (6)on the right在右邊Step 5 Work on 3bLook at 3b. Ask the students to pay attention to the picture of 3a and write three sentences.
