What do you see? (Robots.) What can robot do? Get Ss to talk about robot with the sentence: Robot can3. Watch the video T: Robot can do a lot of things. Here is TV show about robots. Please watch carefully and try to catch: What are the robots doing?4. Talk about the robots: What are the robots doing in the video?Step2 Presentation1. Imitate a robot and present: Im like a/an T: Look at me. Im imitating a robot. Im speaking like a robot. Im walking like a robot. (with the actions)Get Ss to imitate a robot with the sentence: Im like a robot.First individuals, then practice in group of four and check.( 生生互評(píng))2. Read the story quickly and underline the key words about the question: What animals does Robin see?2. Read the story carefully and find out: What are the animals doing?3. Read the story carefully again with your desk-mate. Discuss and find out: What is Robin doing there? Present: Hes imitating the animals.4. Imitate and readA T: Look! Robin is imitating a bird. Can he fly? (No.) He cant fly. So he is unhappy. Can you imitate Robin to say the sentences? Ss imitate Robin loudly.BListen and find more about Robin feels unhappy. T: Why is Robin unhappy?
