Warming- up and revision1. Review the new words and phrases of Section A by showing pictures. Get the students read and spell those words.2. Review some preposition within two students. One ask and one answer. Learn the new words and phrasesT: Everybody look at the blackboard. Look at these traffic signs. Turn left, turn right and go along. Read after me.S: Turn left, turn right and go along. Turn left, turn right and go along.T:Write down these new words on your exercise book and each word two times. Open your books, Turn to page46 and finish 1a.T: Show the picture of the word “crossing” and teach this word. Then let students try to say some phrases on PPT and ask them try to remember them. . PracticeT: Look at the picture. This is girl. Her name is Helen. She is new in town and she is lost. We should help her. The first place is the post office Now lets discuss it in groups.S: Discuss the way to . And one student say it.T: The second place is the park. Now discuss.S: Discuss the way to . And one student say it. Listening Look at 1a and 1b. First of all lets observe the picture. Find out how many places there are in the picture and how many streets there are in the picture. T: Let us listen.1. T asks the Ss to listen andwrite the correct place for each letter in the picture.2. Listen again. Fill in the blanks. Check the answers. Ask two students to read it aloud. Other students check their answers. Group work T: Ask 7 students to be 7 places standing on their own seat. And ask three students to be three roads: New Street, Long Street and Bridge Street. S: Two students come to the front of the classroom and make a conversation by asking and answering the way.VI. Homework Draw a map with these words and make a conversation.
