Unit6 Section A 2 (3a-3c)一、教學目標: 1. 語言知識目標:1) 學習掌握下列詞匯:object, magic, stick, hide, tail, turninto, excite, western 2)閱讀短文,能按要求找到相應的信息。3)通過閱讀提高學生們的閱讀能力。4) 了解西游記中美猴王這一人物的大體情況。2. 情感態(tài)度價值觀目標:多閱讀中國傳統(tǒng)文學名著,讓學生們明白中國傳統(tǒng)文化。二、教學重難點1. 教學重點:1) 掌握本部分出現(xiàn)的生詞和詞組,達到熟練運用的目標。2) 閱讀短文,獲得相關的信息。通過閱讀練習,來提高閱讀能力。2. 教學難點:1) 閱讀短文,獲得相關的信息的能力。2) 理解并運用所學的詞匯及表達方式。三、教學過程Step1 Revision Let some Ss tell the story of Yu Gong moves a mountain.Step2 Lead-in1. Look at the pictures and answer the questions.1. In which book are they the main characters?2. Which character do you like best? Keys:1. Journey to the West. 2. I like Monkey King best. 2. Watch a video about the Monkey King.Step3 Reading Work on 3a: 1. Tell Ss to read the article in 3a quickly and try to find the answers to the questions: Which book is talked about? Who is the main character? What is he like?Ss read the article quickly and try to answer the questions: 2. 方法指導:帶著問題,然后快速閱讀短文,爭取在較短的時間內(nèi),找到答案。3. 學生們按老師指導的方法進行閱讀,并快速回答這三個問題。 4. 最后,教師讓部分學生回答答案,并校對答案。Keys: 1. Journey to the West. 2. The Monkey King. 3. He is not just any normal monkey. In fact, he sometimes does not even look like a monkey! The Monkey Kings magic stick is so long that he cant hide it in his ear. 8. Western children like to read this book because the Monkey King keeps fighting to help the weak and never give up.
