You are suggested to read this chapter before applying the instrument.31安裝注意事項(xiàng)Installation precautions311安裝環(huán)境要求：The ambient requirement1. 專(zhuān)機(jī)專(zhuān)房必須安裝在獨(dú)立的房間內(nèi)；Set aside a special room for the instrument- It must be installed in an independent room.2. 房間要進(jìn)行特別的防X射線(xiàn)裝修處理（如采用防輻射墻料和門(mén)窗）；The room must be decorated with X-ray shielding material.(e.g. material on wall, door or window should be resistant to radiation)3. 房間內(nèi)要配備冷暖空調(diào)、電腦、打印機(jī)等設(shè)備；The room must be equipped with air-conditioner, computer and printer.4. 房間內(nèi)不宜有水源、熱源、強(qiáng)電磁干擾、易燃物和大量積塵，以及陽(yáng)光直射。There shouldnt be water source, heat source, strong electromagnetic interference, inflammable material or bulk dust in the room. The room should not be exposed to direct sunlight either.312避免將本機(jī)安裝在以下環(huán)境：Avoid installing the instrument to the following environments.l 濕度極高和溫度極低的環(huán)境An environment with rigid high or low temperature.應(yīng)避免將本機(jī)安裝在水龍頭、熱水器、加濕器等附近，以及溫度過(guò)低的環(huán)境中。如果溫度過(guò)低，當(dāng)儀器溫度升高（至常溫）時(shí)，儀器內(nèi)會(huì)形成潮氣，這樣會(huì)毀壞電路板；雨水、濕氣、和液體含有礦物質(zhì)，會(huì)腐蝕精密部件。Avoid installing the instrument near a tap, water-heater, humidifier or any place in low temperature. If the ambient temperature is too low, then when the instrument get warm (rising to normal temperature), humidified vapor will be formed inside, which will damage the circuit board. The raindrop, humidified vapor or liquid usually contain minerals that erode the precision parts of the instrument.l 高溫環(huán)境 High temperature environment高溫會(huì)縮短電子器件的壽命、毀壞電池。High temperature will shorten the lifespan of the electron devices and damage the battery.l 大量積塵的環(huán)境Bulk dust environment 灰塵會(huì)污染儀器的光路系統(tǒng)，導(dǎo)致儀器檢測(cè)不準(zhǔn)甚至無(wú)法檢測(cè)。Dust may pollute the light path system of the instrument and lead to inaccurate measurement results or inability of measuring.l 易揮發(fā)或易燃物的附近。Near volatile or flammable material 切勿將本機(jī)安裝在酒精、油漆稀釋劑或其他易燃物附近，如果易燃物質(zhì)與本機(jī)內(nèi)部的電氣部件接觸，可能會(huì)導(dǎo)致火災(zāi)或觸電事故。Please do not install the instrument near ethanol, paint thinner or other flammable materials. When the flammable materials contact with the electronic parts inside the instrument, a fire or electric shock may occur. l 易受震動(dòng)的位置Place vulnerable to vibration 應(yīng)避免將本機(jī)安裝在不平穩(wěn)的桌子或支架上，如柔軟表面、不平穩(wěn)或易受劇烈震動(dòng)的位置，否則可能導(dǎo)致本機(jī)跌落或翻倒，造成人身傷害和財(cái)產(chǎn)損失。Avoid installing the instrument on unstable desks or brackets. Nor soft surfaces or other places uneven or vulnerable to vibration. Otherwise, the instrument may fall or turn over, which may cause harm to people or damage to property. l 強(qiáng)電磁干擾的環(huán)境中。Strong electromagnetic interference避免將本機(jī)安裝在電視機(jī)、高壓電纜、大功率天線(xiàn)、電焊設(shè)備、收音機(jī)或類(lèi)似電子設(shè)備的附近。Avoid installing the instrument near TV set, high-voltage cable, high-power antenna, electric welding devices, radio or electronic equipments like this. l 狹窄的空間或靠墻角處 Narrow space or against a corner.應(yīng)為本提供充足的安裝空間，儀器每一側(cè)距墻、門(mén)或其它器物的距離應(yīng)保持在30cm以上，以便本機(jī)操作時(shí)不受限制。Ample room should be set aside for this instrument. The distance from the sides of the instrument to wall, door or other objects in the room should be over 30 cm. This benefits the operation of the instrument.32儀器連接(Connecting the instrument) （略）(Omitted)四、儀器操作Operating the instrument41操作注意事項(xiàng)Operation precautionsl 切勿嘗試拆卸或改裝本機(jī)，非專(zhuān)業(yè)人員對(duì)儀器的處理會(huì)損壞儀器。Do not try to disassemble or remold this instrument. Any actions taken by laypeople may damage the instrument.l 不要濺入液體或讓任何異物掉入本機(jī)內(nèi)。如果異物與本機(jī)內(nèi)的電氣部件接觸，可能會(huì)引起短路并且導(dǎo)致火災(zāi)或觸電事故。Dont splash liquid on or let other objects fall into the instrument. When alien objects contact with the electronic parts inside the instrument, it may cause short circuit and lead to a fire or electric shock. l 如果本機(jī)冒煙或發(fā)出異常噪音，應(yīng)立即關(guān)閉主電源開(kāi)關(guān)，從電源插座拔出電源線(xiàn)，然后致電當(dāng)?shù)氐氖跈?quán)Skyray經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商。在這種情況下繼續(xù)使用本機(jī)，可能會(huì)導(dǎo)致火災(zāi)或觸電事故。同時(shí)應(yīng)避免在電源插頭附近放置物品，以便隨時(shí)能夠拔出本機(jī)的電源插頭。If the instrument gives off smoke or makes unusual noises, turn off the mains supply as soon as possible and pull out the plug from the socket. Call the local authorized Skyray agent. Under this circumstance, to go on using the instrument will lead to a fire or electric shock. Meanwhile, avoid piling up things around the power supply. Ensure the plug can be pulled out at any time. l 為安全起見(jiàn)，長(zhǎng)時(shí)間不使用本機(jī)時(shí)（例如在夜間）請(qǐng)關(guān)閉本機(jī)的電源開(kāi)關(guān)。此外，作為附加的安全措施，長(zhǎng)期不使用本機(jī)時(shí)（例如連續(xù)的假期期間），請(qǐng)用防塵罩蓋好，放在干燥、通風(fēng)的安全之處，關(guān)閉主電源開(kāi)關(guān)并且拔出電源線(xiàn)。For security reason, the instrument should be disconnected with power supply when it is not used for period of time (e.g. at night). Furthermore, the instrument should be covered with dust-proof cover and seated in a dry, ventilated place as additional safety measures. 42儀器操作Operating the instrument421如何打開(kāi)儀器電源：How to turn the machine on:首先檢查電源、計(jì)算機(jī)、儀器之間是否已連線(xiàn)，并確定之間的連線(xiàn)正確無(wú)誤后開(kāi)啟電源。開(kāi)啟電源的正確操作為：Check if mains supply, computer and instrument are correctly connected and turn the power on if everything is OK. Carry out the procedures in the following sequence:1. 打開(kāi)總電源開(kāi)關(guān)Turn on the mains switch.2. 打開(kāi)X熒光分析儀器主機(jī)電源開(kāi)關(guān)Turn on the power of the XRF spectrometer3. 打開(kāi)打印機(jī)電源開(kāi)關(guān)Turn on the power of the printer4. 打開(kāi)計(jì)算機(jī)主機(jī)電源開(kāi)關(guān)Turn on the power of the computer422如何把樣品放入儀器檢測(cè)：How to put the sample into the instrument for detection?1. 抓住儀器蓋把手往上推開(kāi)打開(kāi)樣品腔。Grasp the handle of the cover and push upwards- open the sample chamber.2. 然后把待檢測(cè)的樣品放進(jìn)樣品腔中的測(cè)量窗口。Place the sample on the detecting window in the sample chamber.3. 抓住儀器蓋把手往下壓關(guān)閉樣品腔。Grasp the cover and press downwards-close the sample chamber.4. 重復(fù)以上步驟把檢測(cè)完的樣品取出Repeat the above steps to take the sample out after detection.五、儀器的維護(hù)和保養(yǎng)Repair and Maintenance天瑞儀器是具有優(yōu)良設(shè)計(jì)和工藝的產(chǎn)品，屬高科技貴重精密儀器，應(yīng)小心使用和保養(yǎng)。我們給予的以下建議，可幫助用戶(hù)遵守保修條款和延長(zhǎng)儀器的使用壽命。Skyray instruments are products of good design and fine workmanship. They are precious high-tech instruments which are highly sophisticated. They must be handled carefully and maintained properly. The following suggestions may help you to follow the warranty terms and prolong its service life.建議：Suggestions1 儀器應(yīng)由專(zhuān)人使用并負(fù)責(zé)保管，任何其他人員在未經(jīng)允許的情況下不得接觸、操作和搬動(dòng)儀器。The instrument should be used and watched by a specifically-assigned man.
