As we all know ,the opportunity is important in my life ,but different people have different views on opportunities.Someone complain that there are few opportunities in the world ,while others argue that opportunities are equal for everyone . As far as I am concerned ,I agree with the latter opinion .For instance ,LiuXiang who win the first prize in Olympics games .In order to catch the opportunity ,he practises everyday and prepare for long time .When the day comes ,he win the competition because he have prepared,so I firmly believe that opportunities are everywhere around us .As long as we are good at using our eyes ,we can discover opportunities.only if we get prepared well,we can seize the opportunities instead of letting them slip by. Just as the saying goes ,opportunities favor the prepared mind .If you want to catch the opportunities ,you must prepare .1 In order to live a healthy life you need to eat well, rest well, exercise well and perform daily activities accordingly. If you dont eat well then you probably wont have enough energy to do your daily tasks such as studying, cleaning the house or maybe even cooking. By eating well, you need to eat a lot of vegetables and proteins, you shouldnt eat too much meat or sweets. Also, if you dont sleep well, you will probably yawn a lot the next day, which will make you perform less well in many things. In order to sleep well, you need to go to bed before midnight and sleep for eight hours or so, so that when you wake up you will feel refreshed. Exercise will make you healthier and strong, so that you can live until a really old age. You can jog, play basketball or tennis or do many other athletic sports in your free time. Aside from living a healthy life physically, you also need to have a healthy mental life. Most importantly, you should have some hobbies that you are pursuing so that you are devoting your life to something meaningful, instead of wasting it. For instance, I like to read very much, so I read a book or two each day, and I improve my reading skills by looking up new vocabularies in the dictionary constantly. Hence, on top of living a healthy physical life, I also live a healthy mental life.2 Firstly,we should eat more fresh vegetables and fruits instead of eating the food with fats and sugar.By this we wont be fat.We should also drink less alcohol and drinks.And we shouldnt smoke.Secondly,we ought to have a goog living habit.Getting up early and going to bed early can help us keep healthy. Besides this,we can take regular exercise to have a healthy body.
