單晶硅生產(chǎn)線招商項(xiàng)目說明.doc

承德年產(chǎn)2000噸12單晶硅招商項(xiàng)目一、項(xiàng)目基本情況項(xiàng)目占地150畝，生產(chǎn)集成電路芯片和光伏產(chǎn)品所需單晶硅棒（片）。計(jì)劃投資2.14億美元，其中土地及建筑1429萬美元，設(shè)備購置及安裝1.14億美元，流動資金8571萬美元。項(xiàng)目建成后可年產(chǎn)單晶硅棒（片）2000噸，預(yù)計(jì)年銷售收入30億元，利潤4億元。二、項(xiàng)目建設(shè)條件近年來，光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)快速發(fā)展，對硅材料需求增加；通信設(shè)備、計(jì)算機(jī)及其他電子設(shè)備制造業(yè)等高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)迅速發(fā)展，也加大了對高質(zhì)量單晶硅的需求。目前香港凱星集團(tuán)在承德高新區(qū)投資的年產(chǎn)1000噸812單晶硅項(xiàng)目已經(jīng)開工建設(shè)，每年將會生產(chǎn)1000噸單晶硅棒（片）。但產(chǎn)能遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不能滿足市場對單晶硅的需求。項(xiàng)目建設(shè)地點(diǎn)位于承德市高新區(qū)“硅”產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)，距市區(qū)6公里。供水、供電、通訊、排水、供熱、道路等配套設(shè)施完善。承德市委、市政府高度重視園區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，入?yún)^(qū)的高新技術(shù)企業(yè)可以享受土地價(jià)格、稅收、資金扶持等一系列優(yōu)惠政策，同時(shí)針對“硅”產(chǎn)業(yè)的高耗能制定了電價(jià)優(yōu)惠政策。承德高新區(qū)為項(xiàng)目提供從落地到投產(chǎn)的“一站式”服務(wù)。 三、合作意向該項(xiàng)目擬采用獨(dú)資、合資或合作方式與客商合作。四、項(xiàng)目聯(lián)系方式聯(lián)系單位： 承德高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)開發(fā)區(qū)管委會聯(lián)系人： 吳曉光 高向忠 黃磊聯(lián)系電話： 03142059182 03142121851 傳 真： 03142120689 電子郵箱： 網(wǎng) 址： The introduction of 2000 tons12monocrystalline production line attractive investment project1、Project name : 2000 tons12monocrystalline production line2、Main contents of the project: The project is located in the “silicon” industrial park of chengde hi-tech industrial development zone, which covers 150Mu. Board of Management is going to invest 1500 million on the project to build the monocrystalline production line used to manufacturing circuit and photovoltaic productions.3、Background of the project : In recent years, there is a great need for the inferior and cheap silicon materials with the development of the photovoltaic industry. There is also a growing requirement for relatively superior semi-conductor devices and silicon with the rapid development of the domestic IT& photovoltaic industry. The rapid growth of hi-tech industry such as communication decice, computer and other electronic device manufacturing always bring out a great need for superior monocrystalline . Now the Kaixing Group of Hong Kong invest 700 million on a 1000 ton 8”-12” monocrystalline production line in the developing zone , which will produce 1000 ton of silicon bar & chips. The vast appliance prospect indicates that the 1000 ton capacity of production could barely satisfy the requirement for monocrystalline. 4、Construction environment: the project is locate in the silicon industrial park of the chengde industrial development zone, 6KM from the urban field. Board of Management has spent 300 million on the infrastructure of the southern area and have completely finished the construction of water & electricity supply, heat & gas supply, communication facilities, road construction and the drainage system.5、Policy support: The Chengde municipal government pay great attention to the economic developing of the development zone, the new and high enterprise in the zone can enjoy a serial of preferential policy. The development zone administrati ve committee will let a special leader, a special leading group, a special administrative team to look after a project, provide a “one-stop” service from construction to operation.6、Investment assess: Total inveatment of the project is 1500 million . Among which 100 million for land purchasing and constructions, 800 million for equipment purchasing and installation, 600 million for circulating fund .8、Analysis of marker&financial benefit: the project could reach a producing capacity of 2000 ton of monocrystalline pre year .
