All of these are aimed at arousing the students interest in reading and in English. Task 1: Matching (1 minute) Purpose: Let the students read through each paragraph quickly (20 seconds for Para.1, 10 seconds for Para.2, and 15 seconds for Para.3), and match each paragraph with its main idea in order to train the reading skill - Skimming.Read each paragraph very quickly in the screen, and match each paragraph with the main ideas.
