Yet, there are a number of things in having a home based business that makes it more of a business than a pleasure. Yet there are some simple rules to follow that can make your home based business more enjoyable even in the harder times.First rule of home based business success: there is nothing so bad that it wont look better tomorrow. Scarlet OHara said it best that “Tomorrow is another day.” Many times you will feel like you are just sitting still and not getting anywhere. Dont give up and be patient. Each day you work hard will make it a little better, and things are sometimes clearer in the morning.Second rule of home based business success: keep who you are out of what your business is. That means keep your personal identity separate from your business identity. Many people who love what they do become so enmeshed in the work that there is no separating one from the other. We all need to find things outside of our jobs to give us a sense of self-worth. This way, if things get stymied or difficult, your happiness doesnt go with it.Third rule of home based business success: “I think I can. I think I can,” should become your mantra. We all see the roadblocks in front of us, but remember that there is always another route. Dont let others limitations stop you from your goals. And for that matter, dont let your own self-imposed limitations stop you. Think of another way to do it. Take control of your business - dont let it control you.Fourth rule of home based business success: set realistic expectations and really think about what you want. Ever heard the saying, “be careful what you wish for”? If you set a goal make sure it is really what you want. Sometimes we set goals that we think we should want, and then we get there and dont know what to do with the result.Fifth rule of home based business success: stand by your decisions. After all, who knows your business needs better than you? No one. Sometimes a lot of things happen that make you second guess yourself, even though you are making a great decision. Learn to drown out the extra noise and distractions so that you know you are making the best decision for your business to reach the goals you really want.導(dǎo)入二About Job HuntingThe following apperception is the result of my 2-month job hunting experience in Shanghai and presented here for the benefits to those friends who are or will be looking for a job in Shanghai in their next stage in life. Job market in shanghai was challenging and disappointing to me in the initial few weeks, not because of limited job opportunities but because of relatively high standards, almost every firm want to recruit talents with related experiences(3-5 years experiences are required), that is also why it took me so long to find one. Job market climate in shanghai: (All the points here are based on my personal perception, and rights of further explanations are reserved)1) Many opportunities for experienced candidates but not for fresh graduates2) Seemingly, only sales-related vacancies open to fresh graduates3) Few graduate programs available and most of them could easily turn me down in the first round4) Dont have to be negative, if keeping on trying, some opportunities do emerge, especially when employers prefer fresh graduates with overseas experiences, if thats the case, you should try to make the most of it.5) Never go to Job Exposition, it has been just proved to waste your precious time, totally like supermarkets, remember high-end positions in distinguished companies will never be sold on those supermarkets. If you are looking for a position like a salesman, it sure is the right place you should go to.6) In e-times, its necessary for you to register a couple of well-designed resumes dedicated to different kinds of job positions in the 3-4 eminent job hunting webs such as 51job, Chinch, and 1010job. Its more efficient to cut after your knife is sharpened, so it pays to prepare good resumes in webs and you can get it done once and for ever.7) Higher degree is not as workable as it is in Cancun, but a relatively high degree from a renowned university can still make a difference.8) One signal, to your a
