2.CommissionRate

4.2PartyAshallnotengageinanyactivitythatmayconflictwiththerightsandinterestsofPartyBunderthisContract.

5.ObligationsofPartyB

5.1PartyBshalldiligentlyandprofessionallyperformitsdutiesas[describetheroleofPartyB]andmakereasonableeffortstopromoteandselltheProductswithintheTerritory.
