givethechildrenabatheverynightat8:00,putthem

intheirpajamasreadthemstoriesandputthemtosleep

by9:00.Therearetimeswhenthisisinconvenient,but

everyoneinthehouseholdishappierifwesticktoour

routine.Inaddition,ourfriendsknowwhentofindus

athomeandwhenwearefree.Thismakesvisiting
