Article1:Definitions

1.3"Workplace"referstotheplacewheretheEmployeeperformshisorherdutiesasagreeduponinthisContract.

1.4"WorkContent"referstothespecifictasksandresponsibilitiesthattheEmployeeshallperformduringthetermofthisContract.

1.5"WorkHours"referstothetimeduringwhichtheEmployeeshallperformhisorherdutiesasagreeduponinthisContract.

1.6"Salary"referstotheremunerationpaidtotheEmployeebytheEmployerfortheperformanceofhisorherdutiesasagreeduponinthisContract.

1.7"Benefits"refertothewelfareandinsurancebenefitsprovidedtotheEmployeebytheEmployerinaccordancewiththerelevantlawsandregulations.

Article2:EmploymentRelationship

2.1TheEmployerandtheEmployeeagreetoestablishanemploymentrelationshipbasedonthemutualwillandinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthisContract.

2.2TheEmployershallprovidetheEmployeewithaworkplace,workcontent,workhours,andsalaryasagreeduponinthisContract.

2.3TheEmployeeshallperformhisorherdutiesandresponsibilitiesinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthisContractandtheEmployer'srequirements.

Article3:WorkContentandWorkHours

3.1TheWorkContentoftheEmployeeshallbeasfollows:

(1)PerformthetasksandresponsibilitiesassignedbytheEmployer;

(2)AbidebytheEmployer'sworkrulesandregulations;

(3)ProtecttheEmployer'sinterestsandsecrets;

(4)PerformotherdutiesandresponsibilitiesasrequiredbytheEmployer.

3.2TheWorkHoursoftheEmployeeshallbeasfollows:

(1)ThestandardworkinghoursfortheEmployeeshallbeeighthoursperdayandfortyhoursperweek;

(2)TheEmployeeshallworkovertimeinaccordancewiththerelevantlawsandregulationsandtheEmployer'srequirements.

Article4:SalaryandBenefits

4.1TheSalaryoftheEmployeeshallbeasfollows:

(1)ThebasicsalaryoftheEmployeeshallbe[amount]yuanpermonth;

(2)TheEmployeeshallreceiveperformancebonusesandotherincentivesinaccordancewiththeEmployer'sperformanceevaluationsystem.

4.2TheBenefitsoftheEmployeeshallinclude:

(1)Socialinsurance,includingbasicpensioninsurance,medicalinsurance,unemploymentinsurance,work-relatedinjuryinsurance,andmaternityinsurance;

(2)Housingsubsidyoraccommodationallowance;

(3)Annualleave,sickleave,andotherleaveasstipulatedbytherelevantlawsandregulations.

Article5:TerminationofEmployment

5.1TheemploymentrelationshipbetweentheEmployerandtheEmployeemaybeterminatedinthefollowingcircumstances:

(1)TheemploymentrelationshipisterminatedbymutualagreementbetweentheEmployerandtheEmployee;

(2)TheemploymentrelationshipisterminatedduetotheEmployee'sviolationoftheprovisionsofthisContract;

(3)TheemploymentrelationshipisterminatedduetotheEmployer'sviolationoftheprovisionsofthisContract;

(4)TheemploymentrelationshipisterminatedduetotheEmployee'sretirement,death,orotherreasonsasstipulatedbytherelevantlawsandregulations.

5.2Intheeventoftheterminationoftheemploymentrelationship,theEmployershallpaytheEmployeethecompensationandbenefitsasstipulatedbytherelevantlawsandregulations.

Article6:Confidentiality

6.1TheEmployerandtheEmployeeagreetokeeptheconfidentialinformationoftheEmployer,includingtradesecrets,businesssecrets,andotherconfidentialinformation,strictlyconfidentialduringandafterthetermofthisContract.

6.2TheEmployeeshallnotdisclose,use,orallowotherstousetheconfidentialinformationoftheEmployerwithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheEmployer.

Article7:DisputeResolution

7.1AnydisputesarisingfromtheexecutionofthisContractshallberesolvedthroughfriendlynegotiationbetweentheEmployerandtheEmployee.

7.2Ifthedisputescannotberesolvedthroughfriendlynegotiation,thepartiesmaysubmitthedisputestothePeople'sCourtwithjurisdictionovertheEmployer'sregisteredofficefortrial.

Article8:EffectiveDate,Modification,andTermination

8.1ThisContractshallcomeintoeffectuponthesignatureofbothpartiesandshallremaineffectiveforaperiodof[duration],unlessotherwiseagreeduponbybothparties.

8.2ThisContractmaybeamendedorterminatedinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthisContractandwiththemutualagreementofbothparties.

8.3TheterminationofthisContractshallbesubjecttotheprovisionsofArticle5ofthisContract.

2.4PartyCshallprovideservicestoPartyAunderthisContract,ensuringthequalityandtimelinessoftheservices.

Article3:WorkContentandWorkHours

(1)PerformthetasksandresponsibilitiesassignedbyPartyA;

(2)AbidebyPartyA'sworkrulesandregulations;

(3)ProtectPartyA'sinterestsandsecrets;

(4)PerformotherdutiesandresponsibilitiesasrequiredbyPartyA.

3.2TheWorkHoursofPartyBshallbeasfollows:

(2)PartyBshallworkovertimeinaccordancewiththerelevantlawsandregulationsandPartyA'srequirements.

Article4:SalaryandBenefits

(3)Complywiththesafetyandenvironmentalprotectionregulationsduringtheprovisionofservices.

5.2PartyCshallberesponsibleforthetrainingandmanagementofthelaborforceprovidedtoPartyA.

Article6:ObligationsandResponsibilitiesofPartyC

6.1PartyCshallensurethequalityandperformanceofthelaborforceprovidedtoPartyA.

6.2PartyCshallprovidePartyAwiththenecessarydocumentationandcertificatesforthelaborforceprovided.

6.3PartyCshallbeliableforanydamagescausedbythelaborforceprovidedtoPartyA.

Article7:RightsofPartyA

7.1PartyAhastherighttosuperviseandinspecttheworkofPartyBandtheservicesprovidedbyPartyC.

7.2PartyAhastherighttoterminatethisContractifPartyBorPartyCfailstofulfilltheirobligationsunderthisContract.

7.3PartyAhastherighttorequestPartyCtoreplaceorremoveanylaborforcethatdoesnotmeettherequiredstandards.

Article8:TerminationofEmploymentandServices

8.1TheemploymentrelationshipbetweenPartyAandPartyBmaybeterminatedinthefollowingcircumstances:

(1)BymutualagreementbetweenPartyAandPartyB;

(2)DuetoPartyB'sviolationoftheprovisionsofthisContract;

(3)DuetoPartyA'sviolationoftheprovisionsofthisContract;

(4)Duetotheretirement,death,orotherreasonsasstipulatedbytherelevantlawsandregulations.

8.2TheprovisionofservicesbyPartyCmaybeterminatedinthefollowingcircumstances:

(1)BymutualagreementbetweenPartyAandPartyC;

(2)DuetoPartyC'sviolationoftheprovisionsofthisContract;

(3)DuetoPartyA'sviolationoftheprovisionsofthisContract.

Article9:DisputeResolution

9.1AnydisputesarisingfromtheexecutionofthisContractshallberesolvedthroughfriendlynegotiationbetweenPartyA,PartyB,andPartyC.

9.2Ifthedisputescannotberesolvedthroughfriendlynegotiation,thepartiesmaysubmitthedisputestothePeople'sCourtwithjurisdictionoverPartyA'sregisteredofficefortrial.

Article10:Conclusion

10.1TheinvolvementofPartyCinthisContractservesthepurposeofenhancingtheefficiencyandqualityofPartyA'soperationsandensuringthefulfillmentoftheprojectrequirements.

10.2PartyA'srightsareprioritizedinthisContracttoprotectitsinterestsandensurethesmoothprogressoftheproject.

10.3ByincorporatingPartyCintotheContract,PartyAaimstosecureareliablelaborforceandprofessionalservicestomeetitsbusinessneeds.

(3)CoordinatewithPartyCforthetimelycompletionofsubcontractedtasks.

2.2PartyCagreestoperformthefollowingsubcontractedtasks:

(1)ExecutethespecifictasksassignedbyPartyBwithintheagreed-upontimeframe;

(2)ComplywiththequalitystandardsandtechnicalspecificationssetbyPartyB.

Article3:RightsandObligationsofPartyA

3.1PartyAhastherightto:

(1)ReceivetheServicesfromPartyBandPartyCinaccordancewiththeAgreement;

(2)InspecttheprogressandqualityoftheProjectatanytime;

(3)TerminatethisAgreementifPartyBorPartyCbreachesthetermsandconditions.

3.2PartyAisobligatedto:

(1)Paytheagreed-uponfeestoPartyBandPartyCfortheServicesprovided;

(2)ProvidenecessaryinformationandsupporttoPartyBandPartyCtofacilitatetheProject'sprogress;

(3)ComplywiththelawsandregulationsapplicabletotheProject.

Article4:RightsandObligationsofPartyB

4.1PartyBhastherightto:

(1)SubcontractspecifictaskstoPartyCasnecessary;

(2)SetthequalitystandardsandtechnicalspecificationsfortheServices;

(3)RequestPartyAtoprovideadditionalinformationorsupportfortheProject.

4.2PartyBisobligatedto:

(1)EnsurethattheServicesprovidedtoPartyAmeettheagreed-uponscope,quality,andspecifications;

(2)CoordinatewithPartyCtoensurethetimelycompletionofsubcontractedtasks;

(3)MaintaincommunicationwithPartyAregardingtheProject'sprogressandanyissuesthatarise.

Article5:RightsandObligationsofPartyC

5.1PartyChastherightto:

(1)BecompensatedfortheServicesrenderedtoPartyB;

(2)RequestPartyBtoprovideclearinstructionsandsupportforthesubcontractedtasks;

(3)ReportanyissuesordelaystoPartyBimmediately.

5.2PartyCisobligatedto:

(1)Performthesubcontractedtaskstothebestofitsability;

(2)ComplywiththequalitystandardsandtechnicalspecificationssetbyPartyB;

(3)NotifyPartyBofanypotentialrisksordelaysinthesubcontractedtasks.
