2025年度建筑工程合同英文版翻譯及合同糾紛解決服務(wù)本合同共三部分組成，僅供學(xué)習(xí)使用，第一部分如下：CONTRACTFORENGLISHTRANSLATIONOFCONSTRUCTIONENGINEERINGAGREEMENTANDDISPUTERESOLUTIONSERVICESFORTHEYEAR2025PartiestotheContract:1.Contractor(TranslationServicesProvider):Name:___________________________Address:_________________________ContactPerson:___________________Position:________________________2.Client(ProjectOwner):Name:___________________________Address:_________________________ContactPerson:___________________Position:________________________1.ScopeofWork:TheContractoragreestoprovideEnglishtranslationservicesfortheconstructionengineeringagreement(hereinafterreferredtoas"theAgreement")fortheyear2025.Thetranslationservicesshallinclude,butnotbelimitedto,thefollowing:TranslationoftheentireAgreementfromtheoriginallanguagetoEnglish.Proofreadingandeditingofthetranslateddocumenttoensureaccuracyandclarity.Deliveryofthetranslateddocumentwithintheagreedtimeframe.2.DeliverySchedule:TheContractorshalldeliverthetranslatedAgreementtotheClientwithin___________daysfromthedateofreceiptoftheoriginalAgreementandallnecessarydocumentation.3.QualityStandards:4.FeesandPaymentTerms:4.1Thetotalfeeforthetranslationservicesshallbe___________(___________currency).4.2Paymentshallbemadeinaccordancewiththefollowingschedule:___________uponexecutionofthisContract.___________upondeliveryofthefirstdraftofthetranslatedAgreement.___________uponfinaldeliveryofthetranslatedAgreementandreceiptofClient’sapproval.4.3Allpaymentsshallbemade___________(e.g.,banktransfer,check,etc.).5.Confidentiality:BothpartiesagreetokeepallinformationexchangedduringthecourseofthisContractconfidential.Thisincludes,butisnotlimitedto,thecontentoftheAgreement,anytechnicalspecifications,andanyotherproprietaryinformation.6.Liability:6.1TheContractorshallbeliableforanyinaccuraciesoromissionsinthetranslation.TheContractoragreestocorrectanysuchinaccuraciesoromissionsatnoadditionalcosttotheClient.6.2TheContractorshallnotbeliableforanylossordamagearisingfromtheuseofthetranslatedAgreement,exceptincasesofgrossnegligenceorwillfulmisconduct.7.DisputeResolution:IntheeventofanydisputearisingoutoforinconnectionwiththisContract,thepartiesshallfirstattempttoresolvethedisputeamicablythroughnegotiations.Ifthedisputecannotberesolvedamicably,itshallbesubmittedtoarbitrationinaccordancewiththerulesoftheInternationalChamberofCommerce(ICC).8.GoverningLaw:ThisContractshallbegovernedandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof________________________(country).9.EntireAgreement:ThisContractconstitutestheentireagreementbetweenthepartiesandsupersedesallprioragreements,understandings,negotiations,anddiscussions,whetherwrittenororal,relatingtothesubjectmatterofthisContract.10.Amendments:AnyamendmenttothisContractshallbeinwritingandexecutedbothparties.EndofFirstPart第二部分：第三方介入后的修正1.IntroductiontoThirdPartyInvolvement:IntheeventthateitherParty(ContractororClient)wishestoinvolveathirdparty(hereinafterreferredtoas"theThirdParty")intheperformanceofthisContract,thefollowingprovisionsshallapplytogoverntherelationshipbetweenthePartiesandtheThirdParty.2.DefinitionofThirdParty:ForthepurposesofthisContract,"ThirdParty"shallmeananyindividual,entity,ororganizationotherthantheContractorandtheClient,whichisengagedtoprovideservicesrelatedtothetranslationanddisputeresolutionaspectsofthisContract.3.TypesofThirdPartyInvolvement:3.2TheThirdPartymaybeengagedtoprovideadditionaltranslationservicesortoactasaconsultantonthetranslationprocess.3.3TheThirdPartymaybeengagedtoprovidedisputeresolutionservices,includingmediationorarbitration.4.RightsandResponsibilitiesoftheThirdParty:4.1TheThirdPartyshallhavetherighttoreceivepaymentfortheservicesprovided,asagreedupontheParties.4.2TheThirdPartyshallberesponsibleforperformingtheservicesinaprofessionalandtimelymanner,inaccordancewiththetermsofthisContractandanyadditionalagreementsenteredintowiththeParties.4.3TheThirdPartyshallmaintainconfidentialityofallinformationreceivedinthecourseofperformingitsdutiesunderthisContract.5.LiabilityLimitationoftheThirdParty:5.1TheliabilityoftheThirdPartyforanybreachofitsobligationsunderthisContractshallbelimitedtotheamountoffeespaidtotheThirdPartythePartiesfortheservicesrendered.5.2TheThirdPartyshallnotbeliableforanylossordamagearisingfromthenegligenceorwillfulmisconductoftheContractorortheClient.6.Indemnification:6.1TheContractorandtheClientagreetoindemnifyandholdharmlesstheThirdPartyagainstanyclaims,actions,demands,orliabilitiesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththeperformanceoftheservicesunderthisContract,excepttotheextentsuchclaimsarisefromthegrossnegligenceorwillfulmisconductoftheThirdParty.7.ThirdParty’sRelationshipwiththeParties:7.1TheThirdPartyshallactasanindependentcontractorandshallnotbedeemedanemployeeoragentofeithertheContractorortheClient.7.2TheThirdPartyshallnothavetheauthoritytomakeanydecisionsorenterintoanyagreementsonbehalfoftheContractorortheClient.8.ChangestotheScopeofWork:8.1AnychangestothescopeofworkrequiredtheinvolvementoftheThirdPartyshallbeagreeduponinwritingallPartiesinvol
