veragetoprotectagainstliabilitiesarisingfromtheperformanceoftheirservices.14.TerminationofEngagement14.1TheengagementofanyThirdPartymaybeterminatedeitherthePrincipalPartyortheAgentPartyuponwrittennoticetotheotherpartyandtotheThirdParty,providedthatsuchterminationdoesnotprejudicetherightsoftheotherpartyunderthiscontract.EndofPart2第三部分：其他補(bǔ)充性說明和解釋說明一：附件列表：1.BillofLading(B/L):Adocumentissuedthecarriertotheshipper,acknowledgingthereceiptofcargofortransportationandservingasatothegoodsandreceiptofpaymentforthetransportation.DetailedRequirements:TheB/Lmustbeissuedinaccordancewiththetermsofthiscontract,specifyingthefulldetailsofthecargo,consignor,consignee,andcarrier.2.CommercialInvoice:Adocumentissuedtheshipper,itemizingthedescription,quantity,andvalueofthegoodsbeingshipped.3.PackingList:Adocumentlistingthecontentsofeachpackage,includingdescriptions,quantities,andweights.4.CustomsDocumentation:Allnecessarydocumentsrequiredforcustomsclearance,includingbutnotlimitedto,import/exportdeclarations,billsofentry,andcertificatesoforigin.DetailedRequirements:Theinsurancepolicymustcovertheagreeduponlimitsandbeinforcethroughoutthetransportationperiod.6.ProofofDelivery(POD):Adocumentsignedtheconsigneeuponreceiptofthegoods,confirmingdelivery.DetailedRequirements:ThePODmustbesignedtheconsigneeandcontainthedateandtimeofdelivery.7.Waybills:Documentsissuedthecarrier,detailingthetransportationofthecargofromthepointoforigintothedestination.DetailedRequirements:Thewaybillsmustbeaccurateandcontainallrelevantinformationaboutthecargoandtransportation.8.FreightForwardingAgreement:AdocumentoutliningthetermsandconditionsofthefreightforwardingservicesprovidedtheAgentParty.DetailedRequirements:Theagreementmustbeinwritingandsignedbothparties,specifyingthescopeofservices,fees,andobligations.9.PaymentSchedule:AdocumentdetailingthepaymenttermsandscheduleagreeduponthePrincipalPartyandtheAgentParty.DetailedRequirements:Thepaymentschedulemustbeclear,specifyingtheamountsdue,duedates,andpaymentmethods.10.DisputeResolutionAgreement:AdocumentoutliningthedisputeresolutionmechanismtobeusedintheeventofadisputebetweenthePrincipalPartyandtheAgentParty.DetailedRequirements:Theagreementmustspecifythemethodsofdisputeresolution,suchasmediation,arbitration,orlitigation.說明二：違約行為及責(zé)任認(rèn)定：1.LateDelivery:IftheAgentPartyfailstodeliverthecargotheagreedupondate,itconstitutesabreachofcontract.Responsibility:TheAgentPartyshallbeliableforanyadditionalcostsincurredthePrincipalPartyduetothedelay,includingstoragefees,demurrage,andanyotherexpenses.Example:IfthecargoisscheduledtoarriveonJanuary1stbutisdelayeduntilJanuary5th,theAgentPartymaybeliableforthecostsassociatedwiththedelay.2.LossorDamagetoCargo:Ifthecargoislostordamagedduringtransportation,itconstitutesabreachofcontract.Responsibility:TheAgentPartyshallbeliableforthefullvalueofthelostordamagedcargo,subjecttothelimitationsofliabilitysetforthinthiscontract.Example:Ifashipmentofelectronicsisdamagedduringtransportation,theAgentPartymaybeliableforthecostofthedamagedgoods.3.FailuretoProvideProperDocumentation:IftheAgentPartyfailstoprovidethenecessarydocumentationforcustomsclearanceorotherpurposes,itconstitutesabreachofcontract.Responsibility:TheAgentPartyshallbeliableforanycostsincurredthePrincipalPartyduetothefailur
