1 ScopeAreaofApplication使用范圍AllemployeesofPollmannElectromechanical(Kunshan)Co.,Ltd.andallemployeesof3PLandSecuritycompanieswhoareworkinginPollmann.XX機(jī)電(昆山)有限公司所有員工及3PL和保安公司所有常駐XX工作的人員。2 Purpose目的InordertopromotethemoreextensiveandcorrectuseofSafetyMindinthecompany,improvetheefficiencyofworkcommunication,andclarifytheresponsibilitiesofvariousdepartmentsandpersonnelintheprocessofsoftwareuse,thisWIisformulated.ThisWIdoesnotexplainhowtousethesoftware,ifyouhaveanyquestionsaboutindividualoperation,youcanviewthevideointroductionofthefunctionthroughthemobilephone,inthe"UsageInstructions"onthehomepageofthepublicaccountofSafetyMind.為了促使安科興在公司內(nèi)部得到更廣泛和正確使用,提高工作溝通效率,明確各部門(mén)及人員在軟件使用過(guò)程中的職責(zé),特制定本制度。本制度不對(duì)軟件如何使用進(jìn)行說(shuō)明,如有個(gè)別操作疑問(wèn),可以通過(guò)手機(jī)端,在安科興公眾號(hào)首頁(yè)“使用說(shuō)明”內(nèi)查看功能的視頻介紹。3 ReferenceDocument/Tools/Material相關(guān)文件參考文件/工具材料NoneJobDescriptionandDocumentation工作職責(zé)ResponsibilityofpersoninchargeMD主要負(fù)責(zé)人職責(zé)TheeffectiveoperationofthisWIensurestheinvestmentofsafetyculture.本制度的有效運(yùn)行,確保安全文化的資金投入。FAResponsibilities廠務(wù)職責(zé)ResponsibleforthemanagementofSafetyMind,assigntherightsofthesecondaryadministratortorelatedpersonnel.負(fù)責(zé)安科興小程序的后臺(tái)管理,授權(quán)給相關(guān)人員二級(jí)管理員的權(quán)限。ResponsiblefortheusetrainingoftheSafetyMind.負(fù)責(zé)安科興小程序的使用培訓(xùn)。ResponsibleforsupervisingthestandardizeduseofSafetyMindsoftwarebyalldepartments,takefulladvantageofSafetyMindsoftware,improvetheefficiencyofsafetywork.負(fù)責(zé)監(jiān)督各部門(mén)規(guī)范使用安科興軟件,充分利用安科興軟件,提高安全工作的效率。ResponsibleforthepreparationandmodificationofthisWI.負(fù)責(zé)本制度的編制和修改。Responsibleforpointsmanagementmodule,deductoraddpointsmanuallyaccordingtotheactualsituation,quarterlypointsredemptionnotice,annualclearpointsreminder.負(fù)責(zé)積分管理模塊管理、根據(jù)實(shí)際情況手動(dòng)扣分或加分,每季度積分兌換通知、每年度清零提醒。HRResponsibilities人事職責(zé)Responsibleforsettingandpurchasingprizes.負(fù)責(zé)獎(jiǎng)品的設(shè)置及采購(gòu)工作。Supervisetheexchangeofprizesofalldepartments.負(fù)責(zé)監(jiān)督各部門(mén)獎(jiǎng)品的兌換情況。Responsibilitiesofeachdepartment各部門(mén)職責(zé)Alldepartmentsshalltimelycompletetherelevantworkthroughthefunctionsofthesoftwaresuchashiddendangerinvestigation,hiddendangerreporting,visitorapproval,jobapproval,taskmanagement,trainingandlearning,andtimelychecktherelevanttraining,meeting,hiddendangerandotherinformationreleasedbythesoftware.各部門(mén)要及時(shí)通過(guò)安科興軟件的隱患排查、隱患匯報(bào)、訪客審批、作業(yè)審批、任務(wù)管理、培訓(xùn)學(xué)習(xí)等功能完成相關(guān)工作,及時(shí)查看安科興發(fā)布相關(guān)培訓(xùn)、會(huì)議、隱患等信息。ItisstrictlyprohibitedtocheatandmaliciouslybrushpointswhenusingSafetyMindsoftwaretocarryoutvariouswork.在使用安科興軟件進(jìn)行各項(xiàng)工作時(shí),嚴(yán)禁弄虛作假,惡意刷積分。EnsurethatallemployeesofthedepartmenthavejoinedthesoftwareofSafetyMind,andnotifythedepartingemployeestoapplyforquittingSafetyMindintime.確保本部門(mén)所有員工均已加入到安科興軟件中,通知離職人員及時(shí)申請(qǐng)退出安科興。Thevisitorhostinformsthevisitortosubmitthevisitorapplicationinadvance.訪客接待人提前通知來(lái)訪人提交訪客申請(qǐng)。Procedure程序內(nèi)容Hiddendangerreporting:Eachdepartmentreportsthesecurityrisksandviolationsfoundinthedailyworkprocessthroughthehiddendangerreportingfunction,andthesecuritydepartmentsummarizesthereportedhiddendangersofeachdepartmentonthehiddendangerofthecompanyeverymonth.Foreachhiddendangerreported,thereportingpersongets1point.Foreachhiddendangerrectificationcompleted,therectificationpersongets1point.隱患匯報(bào):各部門(mén)通過(guò)安科興隱患匯報(bào)功能,將日常工作過(guò)程中,發(fā)現(xiàn)的安全隱患、人員違章等問(wèn)題進(jìn)行上報(bào),每月安全部針對(duì)各部門(mén)在安科興上隱患的提報(bào)情況進(jìn)行匯總。每匯報(bào)一個(gè)隱患,匯報(bào)人獲取1積分。每完成一項(xiàng)隱患整改,整改人獲取1積分。Forallviolationsreportedbynon-EHSdepartmentsandmanagers,theviolatorscanbeexemptedfromfines(excludingperformanceandbonus).所有由非EHS部門(mén)及經(jīng)理層人員提報(bào)的人員違章行為,違章人員可以免除罰款(不包括績(jī)效和獎(jiǎng)金)。HiddenDangerDetection:Divisionoflaboriscarriedoutaccordingtothehiddendangerdetectiontask.Theresponsiblepersonshallcompletethehiddendangerdetectiontaskinatimelymanneraccordingtothefrequencyofthehiddendangerdetectiontask.隱患排查:根據(jù)隱患排查任務(wù)進(jìn)行分工,相關(guān)責(zé)任人需按照隱患排查任務(wù)規(guī)定的排查頻次,及時(shí)完成隱患排查任務(wù)。LearningCenter:Thecompanywilluploadvideos,filesandotherlearningmaterialsonaregularbasis,andemployeesshouldsendlearningnotificationstothemwithinaspecifiedperiodcompletethetrainingtask.Completeonetrainingsessiontoearn1point.Attheendofeachyear,thevideolearningsituationofalldepartmentswillbecountedandreportedastheperformanceindicatorofthedepartment'sannualsafetytraining.學(xué)習(xí)中心:公司會(huì)定期上傳視頻、文件等學(xué)習(xí)資料,員工通過(guò)推送的學(xué)習(xí)通知,需要在規(guī)定期限內(nèi)完成培訓(xùn)任務(wù)。完成一次培訓(xùn)獲取1積分。每年年底對(duì)各部門(mén)視頻學(xué)習(xí)情況進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì),作為部門(mén)年度安全培訓(xùn)的績(jī)效指標(biāo)進(jìn)行匯報(bào)。TestCenter:①Insomevideosinthelearningcenter,therewillbeapop-upprompttotakethetestaftercompletingthetraining.②Byparticipatinginsomeofflinetraining,wewillalsopushtheexam.Foreachtesttask,theemployeecanrepeatthetest5timesandrecordthehighestscoreofthe5times.Foreverytestyoupassed,youwillreceiveonepoint.考試中心:①在學(xué)習(xí)中心的部分視頻,在完成培訓(xùn)后會(huì)有彈窗提示進(jìn)行考試。②通過(guò)參加部分線下培訓(xùn),也會(huì)推送考試。每項(xiàng)考試任務(wù),員工可以重復(fù)參加考試5次,記錄5次中的最高分。每參加1項(xiàng)考試,并且及格,員工可以獲得1積分。RationalizationSuggestions:Employeesandmanagersareencouragedtoputforwardsecurity-relatedrationalizationsuggestionstothecompany,andtherationalizationsuggestionspassedbyEHSreviewwillberewardedwith1point.Fortherationalizationsuggestionsforeliminatingmajorhiddendangerstothecompany,aftertheevaluationofthesafetycommitteeandtheapprovalofthegeneralmanager,acashrewardof100-1000yuanwillbegiven.合理化建議:鼓勵(lì)廣大員工及管理人員向公司提出安全相關(guān)的合理化建議,經(jīng)EHS審核通過(guò)的合理化建議,給予1分獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。對(duì)于給公司消除重大隱患的合理化建議,經(jīng)安全委員會(huì)評(píng)估,總經(jīng)理批準(zhǔn)后,給予100-1000元的現(xiàn)金獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。Dangerousoperations:includinghotoperations,climbingoperations,limitedspaceoperations,liftingoperations,earthoperationsonlineapplicationoftheworkcertificate,involvingtheabovespecialoperations,mustbeapprovedonlinebeforetheimplementationoftheoperation.Therelevantpersonnelorprojectleaderswhostarttheworkwithoutapplyingorcompletingtheapprovalwillbededucted5pointseachtime.危險(xiǎn)作業(yè):包括動(dòng)火作業(yè)、登高作業(yè)、有限空間作業(yè)、吊裝作業(yè)、動(dòng)土作業(yè)的作業(yè)證的在線申請(qǐng),涉及以上特殊作業(yè)的工作,必須經(jīng)過(guò)在線審批后,方可實(shí)施作業(yè)。對(duì)未申請(qǐng)或未完成審批即開(kāi)始作業(yè)的相關(guān)人員或項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人進(jìn)行扣分,每次5分。PointsManagement:EmployeescanobtainpointsthroughregulartaskspublishedbySafetyMind.Employeesearnpointsthatcanberedeemedforgifts.Theresponsibilityshouldbestrictlylinkedtothepoints,thatis,whoinvestigatesthehiddendangers,whogetsthepoints;Whorectifieshiddendangers,whogetspoints;Whoevercommits"threeviolations"willdeductpoints,andeachpersonwilldeduct3points(thesupervisorofthedisciplinarypersonnelshouldnoticetoEHS,andEHSwillmanuallyadjustthepoints).Everyquarter,theEHSDepartmentorganizesapointsandprizesactivity,andemployeescanexchangetheirpointsobtainedintheworkfortheirfavoriteprizes.PointsarevalidforthecurrentyearandwillbeclearedonJanuary1ofeachyear.積分管理:?jiǎn)T工可以通過(guò)安科興發(fā)布的定期任務(wù)獲取積分。員工獲取的積分可以兌換禮品。應(yīng)嚴(yán)格
