3.RentalFees

8.1EitherpartymayterminatethisContractbygivingtheotherpartywrittennoticeofterminationatleast__________dayspriortotheterminationdate.

8.2ThisContractshallterminateautomaticallyupontheexpirationoftherentalterm.

9.DisputeResolution

10.MiscellaneousProvisions

10.2ThisContractshallbeexecutedintwocopies,witheachpartyholdingonecopy.

10.3AnyamendmentorsupplementtothisContractshallbevalidonlyifitismadeinwritingandsignedbybothparties.

10.4TheattachmentsheretoareanintegralpartofthisContract,andthefollowingattachmentsareherebyattached:

1.AcopyoftheidentitycardoftheLessee;

2.AcopyoftheidentitycardoftheLessor;

3.Acopyofthecarregistrationcertificate;

4.Acopyofthecomprehensiveinsurancepolicyforthecar.

2.PrincipalLessee'sRightsandObligations

2.1ThePrincipalLesseehastherighttoselectthecarandnegotiatetherentaltermswiththeLessor.

2.2ThePrincipalLesseeshallensurethattheSubsequentLesseeisawareofthetermsofthisContractandshallberesponsiblefortheSubsequentLessee'scompliancewiththeContract.

2.3ThePrincipalLesseeshallbeartheresponsibilityforanybreachoftheContractbytheSubsequentLessee.

3.SubsequentLessee'sRightsandObligations

3.1TheSubsequentLesseehastherighttousethecarfortheagreedpurposesandwithintheagreedrentalperiod.

3.2TheSubsequentLesseeshallpaytheLessortherentalfeesinaccordancewiththetermsofthisContract.

3.3TheSubsequentLesseeshallmaintainthecaringoodconditionandreturnittotheLessorinthesameconditionuponterminationoftherentalperiod.

4.ThirdParty'sRightsandObligations

4.1TheThirdPartyhastherighttoreceiveacommissionformediatingtherentaltransaction.

4.2TheThirdPartyshallensurethatboththePrincipalLesseeandtheSubsequentLesseearefullyawareofthetermsofthisContractandshallassistintheexecutionoftheContract.

4.3TheThirdPartyshallnotdiscloseanyconfidentialinformationobtainedduringthemediationprocess.

5.Lessor'sRightsandObligations

5.1TheLessorhastherighttoreceivetherentalfeesfromtheSubsequentLessee.

5.2TheLessorshallprovidethecartotheSubsequentLesseeingoodworkingorder.

5.3TheLessorshallnotmakeanyunauthorizedchangestothetermsofthisContractwithouttheconsentofthePrincipalLesseeandtheSubsequentLessee.

6.BreachofContractandLiability

6.1IntheeventofabreachofthisContractbytheSubsequentLessee,thePrincipalLesseeshallbeartheresponsibilityforthebreachandshallindemnifytheLessorforanylossesincurred.

6.2TheLessorshallnotbeliableforanydamagetothecarcausedbytheSubsequentLessee'smisuseornegligence,exceptforthecaseswherethedamageisduetotheLessor'sfault.

6.3TheThirdPartyshallnotbeliableforanybreachofthisContractbyeitherthePrincipalLesseeortheSubsequentLessee.

7.TerminationoftheContract

7.1EitherpartymayterminatethisContractbygivingtheotherpartywrittennoticeofterminationatleast__________dayspriortotheterminationdate.

7.2ThisContractshallterminateautomaticallyupontheexpirationoftherentalperiod.

8.DisputeResolution

TheinvolvementoftheThirdPartyinthisContractservestofacilitatetherentalprocess,ensurethesmoothexecutionoftheContract,andprotecttheinterestsofallpartiesinvolved.TheThirdPartyactsasanintermediary,providingaplatformforcommunicationandnegotiation,andensuringthatthetermsoftheContractareclearlyunderstoodbyallparties.

11.SignificanceandPurposeofthePrincipalLessee'sDominance

ThePrincipalLessee,astheinitiatingparty,hastherighttoselectthecarandnegotiatetherentalterms.BydominatingtheContract,thePrincipalLesseeensuresthattheSubsequentLessee'suseofthecarisinlinewiththeagreedpurposesandterms.ThisalsoallowsthePrincipalLesseetoholdtheSubsequentLesseeaccountableforanybreachesoftheContract.

4.ThirdParty'sRightsandObligations

4.2TheThirdPartyshallensurethatboththeOwnerandtheManagerarefullyawareofthetermsofthisContractandshallassistintheresolutionofanydisputesthatmayarise.

4.3TheThirdPartyshallnotdiscloseanyconfidentialinformationobtainedduringthemediationprocess.

5.BreachofContractandLiability

5.1IntheeventofabreachofthisContractbytheManager,theThirdPartyshallhavetherighttoterminatetheContractandseekcompensationforanydamagesincurredbytheOwner.

5.2TheOwnershallnotbeliableforanybreachoftheContractbytheManager,exceptincaseswherethebreachisduetotheOwner'sfailuretofulfilltheirobligationsundertheContract.

5.3TheThirdPartyshallnotbeliableforanybreachoftheContractbyeithertheOwnerortheManager.

6.TermandTermination

6.1ThetermofthisContractshallcommenceon__________andshallcontinueforaperiodof__________years,unlessterminatedearlierinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthisContract.
