催開信用證

在外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)中，應(yīng)在合同條款中規(guī)定信用證開立的時(shí)間。買方應(yīng)嚴(yán)格按照合同的規(guī)定開立信用證；即使未在合同中訂立開證時(shí)間，也應(yīng)在規(guī)定交貨期前一個(gè)月開

出信用證。但在實(shí)際工作中，買方往往因各種原因拖延開證，對(duì)此，賣方應(yīng)催促對(duì)方迅速辦理開證手續(xù)，說(shuō)明不按期開證的利害關(guān)系。
