2.QualityAssurance:TheSellerguaranteesthatallproductsandservicesprovidedwillmeetorexceedindustrystandardsandthespecificationsprovidedtheBuyer.TheBuyerreservestherighttorejectanygoodsorservicesthatdonotconformtothesestandards.

3.Inspection:TheBuyerreservestherighttoinspectthegoodsupondelivery.Ifthegoodsarefoundtobedefectiveornotinaccordancewiththepurchaseorder,theBuyermayreturnthegoodsforreplacementorrefund.

4.Warranties:TheSellerwarrantsthatallproductssuppliedunderthispurchaseorderwillbefreefromdefectsinmaterialandworkmanshipforaperiodof[WarrantyDuration,e.g.,12months]fromthedateofdelivery.
