tǒng)的污水處理廠運(yùn)行管理的復(fù)雜性。而分流制系統(tǒng)可以保證管內(nèi)的流速,不易發(fā)生沉淀,同時流入污水廠的水量和水質(zhì)比合流時變化小得多,污水廠的運(yùn)行易于控制。綜上所述,從環(huán)境保護(hù)、工程造價和運(yùn)行維護(hù)費(fèi)用等方面考慮,以及污水需要集中處理、雨水應(yīng)就近排入水體的要求,該城市采用截流式分流制排水系統(tǒng)。3.4排水管道布置形式的確定由(3.1)提到的地區(qū)基本情況以及該地區(qū)地形圖可知,該地區(qū)地勢向水體適當(dāng)?shù)膬A斜,且地面坡度比較均勻。所以該地區(qū)管網(wǎng)應(yīng)該采用正交式布置,即干管與水體垂直相交。并且正交式布置的干管長度短,管徑小,因而較經(jīng)濟(jì),污水和雨水排出也迅速。3.5考慮工業(yè)廢水與城市生活污水有無合并處理的可能性若該城市工廠污水徑局部處理后,其水質(zhì)符合最新《污水排入城市地下水道水質(zhì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》,則該城市工業(yè)廢水可以排放到城市污水管網(wǎng)系統(tǒng),同城市生活污水一并送入城鎮(zhèn)生活污水處理廠集中處理。3.6確定污水廠、出水口的位置污水處理廠位置選在城市東北方,該地區(qū)屬于地形較低點(diǎn),且位于河流下游,處理后的污水對城市水質(zhì)不會有明顯的影響,通過集中處理后,就近排入水體,所以在該地選擇建污水處理廠是合理的。污水管道的設(shè)計4.1在平面上布置管道4.1.1控制點(diǎn)的選定4.1.1.1控制點(diǎn)為排水系統(tǒng)的水力條件最不利點(diǎn),并且具有如下特點(diǎn):=1\*GB3①排水管道系統(tǒng)的最起始點(diǎn);=2\*GB3②在起伏比較大的地區(qū),應(yīng)該選擇洼地的最低點(diǎn)為控制點(diǎn);=3\*GB3③控制點(diǎn)應(yīng)該符合最小覆土厚度,并且留有一定的發(fā)展余地。4.1.1.2污水管道的控制點(diǎn)選在城市西南方(具體地點(diǎn)見附圖),該點(diǎn)為排水管道系統(tǒng)的最起始點(diǎn),且為管道的高程最高點(diǎn)。4.1.2污水管的的布置簡述通過計算污水設(shè)計流量可以看出,該地區(qū)污水流量比較?。ㄖ鞲晒芪鬯髁縌總僅為47L/s),所以設(shè)計兩根干管,支管服務(wù)兩個街坊;在貼近河流的地方設(shè)置主干管,用于截流干管中的污水,并送入污水處理廠處理后排放。4.2街區(qū)編號并計算其面積4.2.1街區(qū)編號。應(yīng)本排水系統(tǒng)設(shè)計不涉及集中流量的收集,所以只對居民區(qū)進(jìn)行編號。4.2.2計算街區(qū)面積a、b---地圖中街區(qū)邊長(cm),比例尺為1:45.454.3劃分設(shè)計管段,計算設(shè)計流量4.3.1劃分管段污水管段劃分為主干管、干管、支管,并對主干管和干管進(jìn)行編號,計算各管段管長。4.3.2計算設(shè)計流量4.3.2.1生活污水比流量的確定n----生活污水定額或綜合污水定額[L/(人·d)]N----設(shè)計人口數(shù)(人)。4.3.2.2總變化系數(shù)的確定4.3.2.3設(shè)計流量的確定F---各管段的服務(wù)面積(m2)4.4水力計算4.4.1查水力計算表,通過流量滿足最小設(shè)計流速、最大設(shè)計充滿度和最小坡度等原則,確定管道的管徑D、坡度i、流速v等。4.4.2管徑、設(shè)計坡度的確定4.4.2.1根據(jù)我國《室外排水設(shè)計規(guī)范》規(guī)定,街坊最小管徑為200mm,最小坡度為0.004,街道最小管徑為300mm,最小坡度為0.003。4.4.2.2管徑與設(shè)計坡度。在保證安全可靠性的前提小,盡可能使坡度最小,以減少土石方工程的投資。4.4.3設(shè)計流速的確定各管段設(shè)計流速應(yīng)瞞住最小設(shè)計流速0.7m/s,并且隨著污水的流向逐漸增大,避免產(chǎn)生回水。4.4.4設(shè)計充滿度的確定設(shè)計充滿度應(yīng)小于各管段的最大設(shè)計充滿度。污水最大設(shè)計充滿度管徑或渠高(mm)最大設(shè)計充滿度200-3000.55350-4500.65500-9000.7010000.754.4.4管道坡降的確定L---管道長度(m)---管道坡度(‰)各管段管道坡降(見附表)4.4.5地面、水面、管內(nèi)底標(biāo)高以及埋深的確定地面標(biāo)高:根據(jù)高程圖,用內(nèi)差發(fā)計算出各管段節(jié)點(diǎn)出的地面高程。管內(nèi)底標(biāo)高:水面高程:埋設(shè)深度:4.4.6管道銜接方式考慮到當(dāng)?shù)氐匦纹教埂⑵露染鶆虻那闆r,管道銜接方式采用水面平接。4.5繪制管道平面圖和縱剖面圖4.5.1平面圖的繪制要點(diǎn):4.5.1.1應(yīng)有地形、地物、風(fēng)玫瑰或指北針等;4.5.1.2標(biāo)出主干管和干管的位置;4.5.1.3已有和設(shè)計的污水管道用粗(0.9mm)單實(shí)線表示,其他均用細(xì)線(0.3mm)單實(shí)線表示;4.5.1.4標(biāo)明檢查井的準(zhǔn)確位置及與其它地下管線或構(gòu)筑物交叉點(diǎn)的具體位置、高程;4.5.1.5建筑小區(qū)污水干管或工廠污水排入管接入城市污水支管、干管或主干管的位置和標(biāo)高;4.5.1.6圖例、工程項(xiàng)目表和施工說明。4.5.2管道縱剖面圖的繪制要點(diǎn)4.5.2.1初步設(shè)計一般不會繪制管道的縱剖面圖,有特殊要求時可繪制;4.5.2.2技術(shù)設(shè)計或施工圖設(shè)計階段要繪制管道的縱剖面圖,圖上用細(xì)(0.3mm)單實(shí)線表示原地面高程線和設(shè)計地面高程線,用粗(0.9)雙實(shí)線表示管道高程線,用細(xì)(0.3mm)雙豎線表示檢查井。4.6注意事項(xiàng)4.6.1管道材料考慮到當(dāng)?shù)夭粚儆诘卣饚?,為減少管材的造價,同時為了保證排水管道系統(tǒng)的安全可靠性,管道材料為鋼筋混泥土管。4.6.2鋼筋混泥土管的最大流速5m/s,4.6.3在干燥土壤中,管道最大埋深不超過7-8m,在多水、流砂、石灰?guī)r地層中,管道最大埋深不超過5m。4.6.4檢查井考慮到當(dāng)?shù)氐匦尾粡?fù)雜,具有良好的水力條件,所以檢查井間距取50m即可。(污水管的設(shè)計所涉及的數(shù)據(jù)計算與處理以及圖紙請見附表、附圖)5.雨水管道的設(shè)計5.1劃分排水流域和管道定線5.1.1劃分排水流域通過暴雨強(qiáng)度公式可知該地區(qū)雨水流量較大,可以確定為每一條街道為一個排水流域。第一排水流域(干管一)的雨水除降雨初期雨水截流到污水管以外,其余雨水全部排入小河中,以減少工程造價;第五排水流域(排水渠)因綠化面積較大,大部分雨水形成地下徑流,所以通過建設(shè)明渠來排放雨水。其余排水流域的降雨初期雨水排入截流到污水管,其余雨水均排放到河流中。5.2劃分設(shè)計管段在各排水流域劃分設(shè)計管段,并分別編號。5.3劃分并計算各設(shè)計管段的匯水面積a、b---排水區(qū)域的面積5.4確定各排水流域的徑流系數(shù)、設(shè)計重現(xiàn)期P、地面集水時間5.4.1管道雨水系統(tǒng)的徑流系數(shù)采用綜合徑流系數(shù)0.8,明渠雨水系統(tǒng)的徑流系數(shù)采用綜合徑流系數(shù)0.2。5.4.2設(shè)計從現(xiàn)期P為1a。5.4.3地面集水時間tt1---地面雨水集水時間(min)t2---設(shè)計管段內(nèi)雨水流行時間(min)m---折減系數(shù),暗管m=2,明渠=1.25.4.3.1地面集水時間t1確定。根據(jù)暴雨強(qiáng)度公式,通過資料收集,該地區(qū)位于我國華北,與湖南長沙的降雨情況相似,而該地區(qū)地面集水時間去10-15min,地面徑流系數(shù)去0.6-0.9。綜合以上信息確定:該城市地面集水時間取15min,綜合徑流系數(shù)取0.8。5.4.3.2設(shè)計管段內(nèi)雨水流行時間t2的確定v---各設(shè)計管段滿流時的流速(m/s)L---各設(shè)計管段管長(m)5.5求單位面積徑流量q0---地面徑流系數(shù)q---暴雨強(qiáng)度公式5.6列表進(jìn)行雨水的設(shè)計流量和水力計算Q---雨水設(shè)計流量(L/s)5.6.1管徑和坡度的確定我國《室外排水設(shè)計規(guī)范》中規(guī)定,在街道下的雨水管道,最小管徑為300mm,對應(yīng)最小設(shè)計坡度為0.003;雨水連接口最小管徑為200,對應(yīng)最小設(shè)計坡度為0.01。5.6.2設(shè)計流速和輸水能力的確定通過鋼筋混泥土圓管(滿流n=0.013)計算圖,可以確定雨水管的設(shè)計流速和輸水能力,并且流水和輸水能力應(yīng)逐步增加。5.6.3坡度和坡降的確定5.6.3.1地面坡度和地面坡降的確定通過地形圖和管道長度可以計算出地面坡度及地面坡降。5.6.3.2管道坡度和管道坡降的確定通過鋼筋混泥土圓管(滿流n=0.013)計算圖,可以確定雨水管的設(shè)計坡度。并且雨水管道的設(shè)計坡度應(yīng)盡量參考地面坡度設(shè)計,以減少埋深和工程造價。5.6.4地面標(biāo)高、管內(nèi)底標(biāo)高、埋深的確定地面標(biāo)高:根據(jù)高程圖,用內(nèi)差發(fā)計算出各管段節(jié)點(diǎn)出的地面高程。管內(nèi)底標(biāo)高:埋設(shè)深度:5.6.5管道的銜接方式采用管頂平接的銜接方式。5.7繪制雨水管道平面的繪制要點(diǎn)5.7.1應(yīng)有地形、地物、風(fēng)玫瑰或指北針等;5.7.2標(biāo)出干管的位置;5.7.3已有和設(shè)計的雨水管道用粗(0.9mm)單實(shí)線表示,其他均用細(xì)線(0.3mm)單實(shí)線表示;5.7.4標(biāo)明檢查井的準(zhǔn)確位置及與其它地下管線或構(gòu)筑物交叉點(diǎn)的具體位置、高程;5.7.5圖例、工程項(xiàng)目表和施工說明。5.8注意事項(xiàng)5.8.1雨水管道的充滿度,即雨水管道為滿流設(shè)計。5.8.2我國《室外排水設(shè)計規(guī)范》中規(guī)定,雨水管道(滿流時)的最小設(shè)計流速為0.75m/s。明渠最小設(shè)計流速為0.4m/s,且超高為不得小于0.2m,街道邊溝超高應(yīng)大于等于0.3m。5.8.3雨水管道中最大設(shè)計流速金屬管道最大設(shè)計流速為10m/s,非金屬管道為5m/s5.8.4管道材料考慮到當(dāng)?shù)夭粚儆诘卣饚В瑸闇p少管材的造價,同時為了保證排水管道系統(tǒng)的安全可靠性,管道材料為鋼筋混泥土管。5.8.4檢查井考慮到當(dāng)?shù)氐匦尾粡?fù)雜,具有良好的水力條件,檢查井間距取50m。(污水管的設(shè)計所涉及的數(shù)據(jù)計算與處理以及圖紙請見附表、附圖)6.參考資料6.1給水排水管道系統(t
