南昌園林主宅小區(qū)2#樓畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)摘要本畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)工程為南昌園林住宅小區(qū)2#樓畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)??偨ㄖ娣e3400m2,主體建筑層數(shù)為6層,采用框架結(jié)構(gòu)。本畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)主要完成下列內(nèi)容:建筑方案的確定:建筑平面、剖面及立面設(shè)計(jì)。設(shè)計(jì)荷載分別考慮了水平荷載和豎向荷載下的結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)力計(jì)算。對(duì)于水平荷載下的結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)力計(jì)算,考慮了地震作用和風(fēng)荷載效應(yīng)對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)力的影響。設(shè)計(jì)時(shí),先進(jìn)行了層間荷載代表值的計(jì)算,接著利用頂點(diǎn)位移法求出自振周期,進(jìn)而按底部剪力法計(jì)算水平地震荷載作用下大小,采用D值法求出在水平荷載作用下的框架梁柱內(nèi)力(彎矩、剪力、軸力)。對(duì)豎向荷載下內(nèi)力計(jì)算,主要考慮了恒荷和活荷效應(yīng)的影響。內(nèi)力計(jì)算主要采用了分層力矩分配法計(jì)算框架梁柱桿件內(nèi)力。結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)力計(jì)算中還考慮了幾組最不利的內(nèi)力組合,選取最不利內(nèi)力組合進(jìn)行了梁柱的配筋計(jì)算。選取最安全的結(jié)果計(jì)算配筋并繪圖。關(guān)鍵詞房屋建筑結(jié)構(gòu)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)

引言房屋建筑工程項(xiàng)目投標(biāo)制度的推行,有利于促使房地產(chǎn)工程建設(shè)按程序進(jìn)行,保證建設(shè)的科學(xué)性、合理性;有利于保證工程質(zhì)量、縮短工期、節(jié)約投資;有利于促進(jìn)承包企業(yè)提高履約率,提高經(jīng)營(yíng)管理水平。近年來(lái),我國(guó)房地產(chǎn)建設(shè)事業(yè)得到持續(xù)、健康、快速發(fā)展。房地產(chǎn)建設(shè)資金發(fā)展到多元化投資模式,特別是實(shí)行法定工程招標(biāo)投標(biāo)機(jī)制以來(lái),市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制不斷完善,房地產(chǎn)建設(shè)市場(chǎng)也在日趨規(guī)范,市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)將會(huì)日趨激烈。因此對(duì)房地產(chǎn)工程招投標(biāo)的標(biāo)書編制工作提出了更高的要求:一是必須快速準(zhǔn)確地運(yùn)用定額科學(xué)地編制工程概預(yù)算;二是要求在很短的時(shí)間內(nèi)熟悉招標(biāo)文件和圖紙及工程計(jì)量規(guī)則;三是要求認(rèn)真研究施工方案并科學(xué)合理地編制施工組織設(shè)計(jì)建議書;四是要求熟悉招標(biāo)中的評(píng)標(biāo)原則,研究投標(biāo)策略并在很短的時(shí)間內(nèi)提出科學(xué)合理的報(bào)價(jià);五是要求投標(biāo)單位認(rèn)真編制標(biāo)書,把握工程造價(jià)的動(dòng)態(tài)因素,使其投標(biāo)報(bào)價(jià)不僅科學(xué)合理,而且既有良好的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性,同時(shí)又有合理的利潤(rùn)。
