前言

本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作導(dǎo)則第1部分:標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化文件的結(jié)構(gòu)和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)

定起草。

本文件代替GB/T17727—2017《船用法蘭非金屬墊片》,與GB/T17727—2017相比,除結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)

整和編輯性改動外,主要技術(shù)變化如下:

a)增加了材料為柔性石墨復(fù)合板、膨體聚四氟乙烯的墊片材料及適用范圍(見表1);

b)更改了材料的代號和使用溫度范圍(見表1,2017年版的表1);

c)更改了產(chǎn)品標(biāo)記(見4.4,2017年版的3.4);

d)刪除了墊片強度性能要求和試驗方法(見2017年版的4.2和5.2);

e)增加了墊片密封性,阻燃和耐火性能要求和試驗方法(見5.2、5.3、5.4、6.2、6.3、6.4);

f)增加了運輸要求(見8.3);

g)更改了貯存要求(見8.4,2017年版的第7章)。

本文件描述了船用法蘭非金屬墊片(以下簡稱墊片)的分類和標(biāo)記、試驗方法,規(guī)定了性能要求、

本文件適用于船舶管路系統(tǒng)及其附件法蘭連接用非金屬墊片的設(shè)計、制造和驗收。
