6.IntellectualProperty

Anyandallinventions,improvements,discoveries,andotherworkscreatedbyyouduringyouremploymentwiththeCompany,whicharerelatedtothebusinessoftheCompany,shallbetheexclusivepropertyoftheCompany.

7.Termination

ThisAgreementmaybeterminatedbyeitherpartyuponwrittennoticeinaccordancewiththenoticeprovisionssetforthinSection10ofthisAgreement.TheCompanymayterminatethisAgreementforcausewithoutnotice.

8.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution

ThisAgreementshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[Jurisdiction].AnydisputesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththisAgreementshallberesolvedthrough[methodofdisputeresolution,e.g.,negotiation,mediation,arbitration,orlitigation].

9.EntireAgreement
