論文摘要“影兒”服裝是一家由本論文作者經(jīng)營(yíng)的小型個(gè)體商店,銷(xiāo)售女人時(shí)裝及服飾。本店是2006、1月開(kāi)張以來(lái),主要是銷(xiāo)售女士的職業(yè)裝、休閑裝,它落座在深圳市效區(qū)的一個(gè)城鎮(zhèn),是深圳的十大品牌之一,價(jià)格較貴,也贏得了一些忠實(shí)的客戶(hù)。但是,由于受經(jīng)營(yíng)規(guī)模較小,營(yíng)業(yè)時(shí)間短,經(jīng)營(yíng)業(yè)績(jī)一直不太理想。隨人們的生活水平越來(lái)越好,吃的物質(zhì)更豐富,肥胖的人群也越來(lái)越多,服裝的尺碼也需更多不同的型號(hào),有錢(qián)的師奶們要講究穿著,經(jīng)過(guò)仔細(xì)的調(diào)查分析及切實(shí)可行的設(shè)計(jì),在設(shè)計(jì)方面多傾向肥胖人的體型方面,讓肥胖人士穿著不顯肥!在號(hào)碼方面增加到兩個(gè)加號(hào)了。在質(zhì)量方面,選用上等質(zhì)量,即垂直又不易皺。改善服務(wù)態(tài)度顧客是上帝、微笑,改善經(jīng)營(yíng)手段,采用積分大贈(zèng)送,一次性買(mǎi)多的顧客贈(zèng)送一些服裝的配飾,如發(fā)夾、腰帶、項(xiàng)鏈等,為了挽留更多顧客,還為熟客辦理會(huì)員卡,給顧客打折得到更多的實(shí)惠。這樣客戶(hù)數(shù)量持續(xù)快速增長(zhǎng),營(yíng)業(yè)收入和利潤(rùn)均獲得了預(yù)期的效果,只要與時(shí)俱進(jìn),創(chuàng)新?tīng)I(yíng)銷(xiāo)方式,生意同樣紅紅火火。財(cái)源廣進(jìn)。
