HongKongTenancyAgreement

ThisTenancyAgreement(“Agreement”)ismadeandenteredintoon[Date]byandbetween[Landlord’sNameandDetails],hereinafterreferredtoas“Landlord”and

[Tenant’sNameandDetails],hereinafterreferredtoas“Tenant”.

1.BasicInformationofParties

ThelandlordandtenantagreethattheLandlordisthelawfulownerofthisproperty,situatedat[PropertyAddress],andtheTenantagreestoleasethesaidpropertyforresidentialpurposesonly.

2.Tenant’sObligations

TheTenantagreesthatduringthetermoftenancy,anydamagetothepropertycausedbynegligenceorintentionalactionswillbesolelythetenant’sresponsibility.TheTenantisresponsiblefortheupkeepandgeneralcleanlinessoftheproperty.AnyrepairsrequiredasaresultofimproperusewillbeatthesolecostoftheTenant.

3.RentPayment

TheTenantshallpaytherenttotheLandlordonthe[Day]ofeverymonth.Failuretopaytherentontimewillbeconsideredabreachofcontract.Alatepaymentfeeof5%ofmonthlyrentwillbechargedtotheTenant,iftherentisoverduebymorethan7days.

4.TermofTenancy

Thisleaseagreementisvalidforatermof[NumberofMonths/Years],commencingon[StartingDate]andendingon[EndingDate].

5.TerminationofTenancy

Eitherpartymayterminatethisagreementbygivingwrittennoticeof30daysbeforetheexpectedterminationdate.

6.BreachofContract

IftheTenantbreachesthetermsofthisAgreement,theLandlordmaytakelegalactiontoenforcethetermsoftheAgreement.

7.ApplicableLawandJurisdiction

ThisAgreementshallbegovernedbythelawsofHongKongandthepartiesagreetosubmittotheexclusivejurisdictionoftheHongKongcourts.

8.GeneralProvisions

ThisAgreementconstitutestheentireagreementbetweenthepartiesandsupersedesallpriornegotiations,understandings,andagreementsbetweentheparties.

9.Counterparts

ThisAgreementmaybeexecutedincounterpartswitheachcounterpartexecutedandexchanged,eachcounterpartbeingdeemedanoriginal,andallcounterpartstogetherconstitutingoneagreement.
