ThisPartspecifiesthetechnicalrequirements,inspectionmethods,inspectionrules,marking,

storageandtransportationofconcreteblocksforlowvibrationtrack(hereinafterreferredtoasthe

blocks).

ThisPartisapplicabletotheblocksforlowvibrationtrackintunnelsofmixedtrafficrailways

withadesignspeedequaltoorlessthan160km/handanaxleloadequaltoorlessthan23t.

3TechnicalRequirements

3.1GeneralRequirements

3.1.1

Theblocksshallbemanufacturedaccordingtothedesigndrawingsandthisstandard.

3.1.2

Theblocksshallbemanufacturedinthefactorywhichshallhavethenecessarytooling

equipmentandmatureproductionprocesses.

3.2Materials

3.2.1

PortlandcementorordinaryPortlandcementwithastrengthgradenotlowerthan42.5shall

beused,andearly-strengthcementshallnotbeused.TheAlkalicontentofcementshallnotbe

greaterthan0.60%,thesulfurtrioxidecontentshallnotbegreaterthan3.0%andothertechnical

requirementsshallcomplywithTB/T3275.

3.2.2

Thecontinuousgradedcrushedstonewithaparticlesizeof5mm-20mmshallbeusedas

coarseaggregate,andthecrushedcobbleshallnotbeused.Thesoilcontentshallnotbegreaterthan

0.5%bymassandothertechnicalrequirementsshallcomplywithTB/T3275.

Naturalmedium-coarsefluvialsandshallbeusedasfineaggregate.Thesoilcontentshallnotbe

greaterthan1.5%bymassandothertechnicalrequirementsshallcomplywithTB/T3275.

NeitherAlkali-carbonatereactiveaggregatenorAlkali-silicatereactiveaggregatewithamortar

barexpansionrate(acceleratingmethod)greaterthanorequalto0.20%shallbeused.Beforethe

blocksareputintoproduction,whentheaggregatesourcechangesortheaggregatehasbeenusedfor

oneyear,thecorrespondingqualifiedinspectioninstitutionshalltestandevaluatethealkalireactivity

oftheaggregateaccordingtothemethodspecifiedinTB/T3275.

3.2.3

ThewatershallcomplywithTB/T3275.

3.2.4

TheadditiveperformanceshallcomplywithTB/T3275.

3.2.5

TheadmixtureperformanceshallcomplywithTB/T3275.

3.2.6

ThehotrolledribbedbarswiththeperformancenotlowerthanHRB400shallbeusedasthe

mainreinforcementofblocks,andtheirperformanceshallcomplywithGB1499.2;theplainbarswith

theperformancenotlowerthanHPB300shallbeusedasthestirrupandtheirperformanceshall

complywithGB1499.1.

3.2.7

TheembeddedironbaseshallcomplywithTB/T3515.2.

3.3Manufacture

3.3.1

Thesteelbarprocessingshallcomplywiththefollowingrequirements:

a)Oilstain,paintdirt,cementpaste,rust,etc.,shallberemovedfromthesteelbarsurface.

b)Steelbarprocessingshallbeconductedatnormaltemperatureinsuchawaythatitsmaterial

isnotdamaged.Thesteelbarshallbebentandshapedbymachinesandtoolsinoneoperation.

c)Thetoleranceshallbe±5mmforsteelbarpositioning,and0mmto+5mmforconcrete

coverthickness.

3.3.2

Concretepreparationandpouringshallcomplywiththefollowingrequirements:

a)Theconcretemixingratioshallbedeterminedbytestsandthecontentofcementitiousmaterialshall

notexceed480kg/m.

b)Theforcedmixershallbeusedforconcretemixing.Themixingtimeandthematerialmeasurement

errorshallcomplywithTB/T3275.

c)Beforeconcretepouring,thepositionandspacingofsteelbarsandembeddedironbases,

concretecoverthicknessshallbeverified,andnecessarymeasuresshallbetakentoensure

thecorrectpositionofsteelbars.

d)Concreteshallbepouredcontinuouslyandconsolidatedthroughvibration.

e)Duringconcretepouring,themouldtemperatureshouldrangefrom5℃to35℃.

f)Thetemperatureofconcretemixtureuponpouringintothemouldshallrangefrom5℃to35℃.

g)Beforetrialproduction,theselectedcement,aggregate,admixture,additiveandotherraw

materialsshallbeusedtomakeasetoffreezingresistancespecimensandanothersetof

electricfluxspecimensfordurabilitytests.

h)Duringconcretepouring,theconcretestrengthspecimensandelasticitymodulusspecimens

shallbemadebyrandomsampling,andsuchspecimensshallbeconsolidatedthrough

vibrationandcuredunderthesameconditionsastheblocks.The28dstandardspecimens

shallbecuredunderstandardconditionsafterdemouldingandtheconcretespecimensshallbe

curedunderthesameconditionsastheblocks.

3.3.3

Naturalcuringorsteamcuringmaybeadoptedfortheconcreteandshallcomplywiththe

followingrequirements:

a)Naturalcuringshallbecarriedoutafterconcretepouringandamoisturefilmshallbecovered.The

differenceoftemperaturesatthecoreandatthesurfaceofblocksshallbelessthan15℃,

andtheambienttemperatureforcuringshallrangefrom5℃to35℃.

b)Steamcuringconsistsoffourstages:staticresting,heating,constanttemperaturekeeping

andcooling.Afterconcretepouring,heatingshallbeconductedafterrestingfor2hoursat

anambienttemperaturebetween5℃and35℃.Theheatingrateshallnotexceed15℃/h.

Thecoretemperatureoftheblocksshallnotbehigherthan55℃underconstanttemperature

andthecoolingrateshallnotexceed15℃/h.Attheendofsteamcuring,thedifference

betweenthesurfacetemperatureofblocksandtheambienttemperatureshallnotexceed

15℃.

c)Temperatureshallbemeasuredduringcuring.Whenthemanufacturerfindouttherelationship

betweenthecoretemperatureofblocksandtheambienttemperature,itcancontrolthecore

temperaturebyregulatingtheambienttemperaturethroughoutthecuringprocess.However,

thecoretemperatureoftheblocks,whichshallberepresentativeofthecorrespondingbatch,shall

bemeasuredonceamonth.

3.3.4

Beforedemoulding,theconcretestrengthofblocksshallnotbelessthan35MPa.After

demoulding,concreteshallbemoisturizedfornotlessthan7daysatanambienttemperaturenotlower

than5℃.

3.4QualityRequirements

3.4.1

4InspectionMethods

4.1

Theoutlinedimensionsofblocksshallbeinspectedwithbothspecialandgeneralmeasuring

tools,andtheappearancequalityshallbevisuallyinspectedandmeasuredwithtools.

4.2

Theperformancetestofcement,admixture,coarseandfineaggregate,waterandadditiveshall

becarriedoutaccordingtoTB/T3275.

4.3

TheperformanceofconcretemixtureshallbetestedaccordingtoTB/T3275.

4.4

Thecompressivestrengthofconcreteshallbetestedaccordingtothecubespecimentestmethod

specifiedinTB/T3275andshallbeevaluatedaccordingtoTB10425.Theelasticitymodulusof

concreteshallbetestedaccordingtotheprismspecimentestmethodspecifiedinTB/T3275.The

concretespecimensshallbeformedandcuredunderthesameconditionsastheblocks,andthe28d

standardspecimensforcompressivestrengthtestshallbecuredunderstandardconditionsafter

demoulding.

TheconcretefreezingresistanceshallbetestedaccordingtoTB/T3275.

5.1

Theinspectionsoftheblocksincluderoutinetestandtypetest.

5.2

Theroutinetestofblocksshallbeconductedinbatches.Every2000blocksmanufacturedbythe

sameshift,withthesamematerialsandthesameprocessesshallbetakenasabatch.Ifthequantityis

lessthan2000blocks,itshallalsobedeemedasabatch.

5.3

Typetestshallbecarriedoutwhenoneofthefollowingconditionsoccurs:

a)Theblocksareputintoproductionforthefirsttimeortransferredtoanotherplantforproduction;

b)Significantchangesinmaterialsorprocessesduringproduction,whichaffecttheproductperformance;

c)Productionlastsconsecutivelyfor2.5years;

d)Productionhasbeensuspendedformorethanoneyear.

5.4
