538kg/lforLPG0.654kg/m3forNG(1)(b)hydrogen-carbonratio:fixe1.85forpetrol1.86fordiesel2.525forLPG4.00forNG2.93forNG(NMHC).(1)ThisisthemeanvalueoftheG20andG23referencefuelsat15.共54頁第11頁1980L1268——2004年02月19日—004.001▼M24.2.試驗(yàn)結(jié)果必須用舍入最接近的整數(shù)的二氧化碳排放量克/公里（g/km）表示。4.3.燃油消耗量則利用測定的二氧化碳排放量和其他碳相關(guān)排放量（一氧化碳CO和碳?xì)浠衔颒C），根據(jù)第7項(xiàng)用碳平衡方法計(jì)算。計(jì)算結(jié)果應(yīng)四舍五入到小數(shù)點(diǎn)后第一位數(shù)。▼M34.4.試驗(yàn)燃油4.4.1.汽油和柴油汽車試驗(yàn)所用的燃油必須是最后一次修訂的《指令70/220/EEC》附件IX中規(guī)定的合適的參考燃油。4.4.2.液化石油氣（LPG）和天然氣（NG）汽車對于液化石油氣（LPG）和天然氣（NG），必須使用制造商依據(jù)《指令80/1269/EEC》附件I為測定凈動(dòng)力所選用的燃油。被選用的燃油應(yīng)在附件II指定的傳達(dá)文件中規(guī)定。4.4.3.對于4.3中提到的計(jì)算目的，應(yīng)使用下列燃油特性：（a）密度：根據(jù)ISO3675或同等的方法對試驗(yàn)燃油的測定；汽油和柴油使用15℃時(shí)測定的密度；液化石油氣（LPG）和天然氣（NG）則使用參考密度；如下所示：液化石油氣0，538千克/升（kg/l）天然氣0，654千克/立方米（kg/m3）（1）（b）氫-碳比：使用固定值，如下所示：汽油1.85柴油1.86液化石油氣2，525天然氣4，00天然氣NG（非甲烷烴NMHC）2，93。(1)這是G20和G23參考燃油在15oC的平均值。共54頁第12頁1980L1268—EN—19.02.2004—004.001▼M25.TESTCONDITIONS5.1.Testvehicle5.1.1.Thevehiclemustbepresentedingoodmechanicalcondition.Itmusthavebeenruninanddrivenatleast3000kilometres,butlessthan15000kilometres,beforethetest.5.1.2.Thesettingsoftheengineandofthevehiclecontrolsmustbethoseprescribedbythemanufacturer.Thisrequirementalsoapplies,inparticulartotheidlesettings,tothecoldstartdeviceandtotheexhaustgaspollutantemissioncontrolsystem.5.1.3.Thelaboratorymaycheckthatvehicleperformanceisasspecifiedbythemanufacturerandthatitispossibletouseitinnormaldrivingconditions,particularlycoldandhotstart.5.1.4.Beforethetest,thevehiclemustbestoredinaroomwherethetemperatureremainsbetween293and303K(20and30℃).Thisconditioningperiodwilllastatleastsixhoursandtoapointwherethetemperatureoftheenginelubeoilandtheenginecoolantarewithin±2Koftheroomtemperature.Attherequestofthemanufacturer,thetestmaybeconductedwithinamaximumof30hoursafterthevehiclehasbeenusedatnormaltemperature.▼M3

Atthemanufacturer'srequest,positiveignitionenginedvehiclesmaybepreconditionedaccordingtotheprocedureprescribedinitem5.2.1ofAnnexVItoDirective70/220/EEC,aslastamended.Compressionignitionenginedvehiclesmaybepreconditionedaccordingtotheproceduredescribedinitem5.3ofAnnexIIItothesameDirective.▼M25.1.5.Onlytheequipmentnecessaryforthefunctioningofthevehicleduringthetestshallbeinoperation.Ifthereisamanuallycontrolleddeviceonthecarburettorinletforairheating,itmustbeinthe'summer'position.Ingeneral,theauxiliaryequipmentrequiredforthenormalrunningofthevehiclemustbeinoperation.共54頁第13頁1980L1268——2004年02月19日—004.001▼M25.試驗(yàn)狀態(tài)5.1.試驗(yàn)車輛5.1.1.被提交的汽車必須處于良好的機(jī)械狀態(tài)。試驗(yàn)前，該車必須已經(jīng)過試車且行車?yán)锍讨辽贋?000公里，但少于15000公里。5.1.2.發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)和控制系統(tǒng)的狀態(tài)必須與制造商規(guī)定的一致。該要求，尤其是對怠速狀態(tài)來說，也適用于冷態(tài)啟動(dòng)裝置和廢氣污染物排放控制系統(tǒng)。5.1.3.試驗(yàn)室可以檢查汽車性能是否與制造商的說明一致以及是否可以在正常行車狀態(tài)下使用，尤其是在冷啟動(dòng)和熱啟動(dòng)方面。5.1.4.試驗(yàn)之前，該汽車必須存放在溫度保持在293和303K（20oC和30oC）之間的房間內(nèi)。該溫度狀態(tài)的時(shí)間應(yīng)持續(xù)至少6個(gè)小時(shí)并且應(yīng)使得發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)潤滑油和發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)冷卻液的溫度保持在室溫的2K范圍內(nèi)。應(yīng)制造商的要求，汽車在常溫下使用后至多30個(gè)小時(shí)內(nèi)，可以進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)。▼M3應(yīng)制造商的要求，強(qiáng)制點(diǎn)火發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的汽車可以依據(jù)最后一次修訂的《指令70/220/EEC》附件VI中5.2.1項(xiàng)規(guī)定的程序進(jìn)行預(yù)處理。壓縮點(diǎn)火發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的汽車可以依據(jù)同一《指令附件III中5.3項(xiàng)規(guī)定的程序進(jìn)行預(yù)處理。▼M25.1.5.可以運(yùn)行的裝置只能是對汽車試驗(yàn)過程中的功能必不可少的裝置。若空氣供暖的汽化器進(jìn)口有手動(dòng)控制裝置，必須設(shè)定在“夏季”位置上。一般來說，汽車正常運(yùn)行所需要的附屬設(shè)備必須工作。共54頁第14頁1980L1268—EN—19.02.2004—004.001▼M25.1.6.Iftheradiatorfanistemperaturecontrolled,itmustbeoperatingasitwouldnormallyonthevehicle.Thepassengercompartmentheatingsystemmustnotbeoperating,normusttheairconditioningsystem,althoughitscompressormustbeoperatingnormally.5.1.7.Ifapressurechargingdeviceisfitted,itmustbeoperatingasitwouldnormally.5.2.LubricantsAlllubricantsmustbethoserecommendedbythemanufacturerofthevehicleandmustbeindicatedonthetestreport.5.3.TyresThetyresmustbeofoneofthetypesspecifiedasoriginalequipmentbythevehiclemanufacturer,inflatedtothepressurerecommendedforthetestloadandspeeds(adjusted,wherenecessary,fortest-bedoperationundertestconditions).Thepressuresusedmustbeindicatedinthetestreport.6.MEASUREMENTOFCO2ANDCARBON-RELATEDEMISSION▼M36.1.
