一種對空氣中復(fù)合材料層合橢圓殼聲振分析的統(tǒng)一預(yù)測方法(英文)AUnifiedPredictionMethodforAcousticVibrationAnalysisofCompositeLayeredEllipticalShellsinAirIntroduction:Compositelayeredshellsarewidelyusedinvariousengineeringapplicationsduetotheirlightweight,highstrength,stiffness,anddurability.However,structuralvibrationandnoisearecriticalissuesthatneedtobeaddressedduringthedesignandoperationofcompositeshells.Theacousticpropertiesofcompositeshellsdependonthematerialproperties,geometry,andboundaryconditions.Thepredictionoftheacousticvibrationresponseofcompositeshellsisessentialinvariousapplications.Thispaperpresentsaunifiedpredictionmethodforacousticvibrationanalysisofcompositelayeredellipticalshellsinair.Background:Theacousticpropertiesofcompositeshellsareaffectedbyvariousfactorssuchasmaterialproperties,massdensity,stiffness,damping,geometricparameters,andboundaryconditions.Thepredictionoftheacousticresponseofcompositeshellsischallengingduetothecomplexnatureofthecompositematerials,thenonlinearbehavioroftheairmedium,andthecouplingbetweenthestructuralandacousticmodes.Theconventionalfiniteelementmethods(FEM)havebeenwidelyusedtoanalyzethevibrationandnoiseofcompositeshells.However,theFEMsolutionrequiresalargenumberofelements,whichresultsinsignificantcomputationaltimeandcost.Moreover,theaccuracyoftheFEMsolutiondependsonthequalityofthemesh,whichcanbechallengingforcomplexgeometries.Toovercomethesechallenges,recentresearchhasfocusedondevelopingsimplifiedmethodsthatcanpredicttheacousticpropertiesofcompositeshellswithhighaccuracyandlowcomputationalcost.Variousnumericalandanalyticalmethodshavebeenproposed,includingtheboundaryelementmethod,thewave-basedmethod,thetransferfunctionmethod,andthefrequencyresponsefunctionmethod.Methodology:Inthispaper,aunifiedpredictionmethodisproposedforacousticvibrationanalysisofcompositelayeredellipticalshellsinair.Theproposedmethodisbasedonthewavepropagationapproach,whichconsidersthevibrationoftheshellandthesoundwavepropagationintheairmedium.Thecompositelayeredellipticalshellisconsideredasamulti-layeredstructure,andeachlayerisassumedtobehomogeneousandisotropic.Theairmediumisassumedtobelinearandinviscid.Thewavepropagationapproachisusedtosolvethecoupledequationsofmotionandsoundwaveequations.Theacousticmodesarecalculatedusingthewave-basedmethod,whichconsidersthewavepropagationintheairmedium.ThestructuralmodesarecalculatedusingtheRayleigh-Ritzmethod,whichconsidersthevibrationoftheshell.ThecouplingbetweenthestructuralandacousticmodesisachievedusingtheRayleigh-Ritzmethod.Thepredictionoftheacousticresponseofthecompositelayeredellipticalshellcanbeobtainedbysolvingthecoupledequationsofmotionandsoundwaveequations.Theproposedmethodcanpredicttheacousticresponseoftheshellforvariousboundaryconditions,includingfree,simplysupported,andclampedconditions.Results:Theproposedmethodisvalidatedusingnumericalsimulationandexperimentalresults.Thenumericalsimulationisconductedusingthefiniteelementmethod,andtheexperimentalresultsareobtainedusingacustom-madeexperimentalsetup.Thenumericalandexperimentalresultsshowthattheproposedmethodcanpredicttheacousticresponseofthecompositelayeredellipticalshellwithhighaccuracyandlowcomputationaltimeandcost.Theproposedmethodcanalsopredicttheeffectofvariousdesignparameters,includingthethickness,fiberorientation,andboundaryconditions,ontheacousticresponseoftheshell.Conclusion:Theproposedunifiedpredictionmethodforacousticvibrationanalysisofcompositelayeredellipticalshellsintheairprovidesasimple,accurate,andefficientsolutionforengineersandresearchers.Theproposedmethodcanpredicttheacousticresponseoftheshellwithhighaccuracyandlowcomputationalcost.Theprop
