承擔(dān).如發(fā)現(xiàn)缺貨,則運(yùn)費(fèi)由供應(yīng)商承擔(dān).Inventoryownership:

物料運(yùn)出Hub之前,所有存庫物料權(quán)仍在供應(yīng)商.供應(yīng)商要及時(shí)補(bǔ)貨以保證庫存充足.Logistics:11NewProductmanagement與供應(yīng)商溝通NewProduct,下PO給供應(yīng)商;供應(yīng)商確認(rèn)收到PO,回復(fù)ETA給Hub.shipped:DDUHubRamp-upManagement:目標(biāo):需求突增時(shí)保證供應(yīng)需求突增量=使庫存充裕,並能及時(shí)補(bǔ)貨.How:Suppliertoplanshipmentsofthe4firstmonths折中措施:供應(yīng)商起始庫存應(yīng)當(dāng)3WOS於日常生產(chǎn)用量.HubManagement:確定所有料號(hào)均鍵入系統(tǒng).通知Hub預(yù)定儲(chǔ)位.HaveaclosefollowupandBeproactiveNewProductmanagementHaveac12EndOfLifemanagementFrozendemand:在最後需求月之前×個(gè)月,停止下月forecast.客戶指示EOL數(shù)據(jù).客戶正式聲明此產(chǎn)品已到EOL時(shí)期.凍結(jié)forecast第一天就通知供應(yīng)商即時(shí)庫存.Left-to-shipquantity:

登錄VMIHub網(wǎng)站數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確性.這兩條標(biāo)準(zhǔn)用以評(píng)估表現(xiàn),並且會(huì)影響市場(chǎng)佔(zhàn)有率及未來的產(chǎn)品回鐀率.RulesoftheGame

提供每月需求forecast

確保forecast在Hub系統(tǒng)中的準(zhǔn)確性和時(shí)效性.Usebusinesssharetocommunicatesuppliers.-

Definebusinessshare%Supplier:確保數(shù)據(jù)在VMI系統(tǒng)中的準(zhǔn)確性和時(shí)效性.提供Volumeforecast給Hub.

Hub:

保證隨時(shí)有倉位提供給各個(gè)供應(yīng)商.為供應(yīng)商學(xué)習(xí)VMI系統(tǒng)提供培訓(xùn).VMIRolesandResponsibilities15VMIRolesandResponsibilities–

InventoryData

Hub:把更新的庫存數(shù)據(jù)上傳到VMI網(wǎng)頁(即時(shí)或隔夜)必要時(shí)覆蓋詳細(xì)記錄數(shù)據(jù).

批準(zhǔn)供應(yīng)商定義的庫存警戒線.

如果供應(yīng)商過失引起庫存不足要提供此報(bào)告給供應(yīng)商和GSP.

根據(jù)實(shí)際情形reporttoGSP商定供應(yīng)商懲罰措施.GSP:提供聯(lián)繫制造商料號(hào)、FOXCONN料號(hào)等迅息給供應(yīng)商和Hub.VMIRolesandResponsibilities16VMIRolesandResponsibilities–

InventoryData(cont.)Supplier:

提供符合當(dāng)?shù)胤梢?guī)定的精確貨物文件資料.熟悉Hub運(yùn)作流程及系統(tǒng),確信滿意Hub對(duì)貨物的掌控和庫存管理.定義庫存警戒水平.

當(dāng)庫存量小於警戒水平時(shí),通知GSP,Hub立即補(bǔ)救措施.Hub:確保Hub系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)頁的庫存迅息準(zhǔn)確、及時(shí).盡快標(biāo)出不準(zhǔn)確的數(shù)據(jù)或項(xiàng)目如數(shù)量等,以避免日常操作中的損失.VMIRolesandResponsibilities17VMIRolesandResponsibilities–

給出指導(dǎo)方針並檢查倉庫環(huán)境以便其達(dá)到供應(yīng)商的安全要求.Hub:
