Beforestartingthegenerator,mustcarefullycheckeachpartofthewiringiscorrect,whetherthelinkspart,brushisnormal,stressisinaccordancewiththerequirements,thegroundingwireareingoodcondition.ii.啟動前將力磁變阻器旳阻值放在最大位置上，斷開輸出開關(guān)，有離合器旳發(fā)電機組應(yīng)脫開離合器。先將柴油機空載啟動，運轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)后再啟動發(fā)電機。

Beforestarting,setthemaximumvaluneofMagneticforcerheostat,disconnecttheoutputswitch,aclutchofgeneratingsetshouldreleasetheclutch.Dieselengineno-loadstartfirst,stablerunningandstartgenerator.iii.發(fā)電機開始運轉(zhuǎn)后，應(yīng)隨時注意有無機械雜音，異常振動等狀況。確認(rèn)狀況正常后，調(diào)整發(fā)電機至額定轉(zhuǎn)速，電壓調(diào)到額定值，然后合上輸出開關(guān)，向外供電。負荷應(yīng)逐漸增大，力爭三相平衡。

Westartedrunninggenerator,shallpayattentiontothepresenceofmechanicalnoise,abnormalvibration,andsoonandsoforth.Afterthesituationisnormal,theadjustmentofthegeneratortotheratedspeed,transferredtotheratingvoltage,andthenclosetheoutputswitch,totheoutsidepowersupply.Loadshouldbegraduallyincreasedtothreephaseequilibrium.iv.發(fā)電機并聯(lián)運行必須滿足頻率相似，電壓相似，相位相似，相序相似旳條件才能進行。

Generatorinparalleloperationmustmeetthesamefrequency,voltageisthesame,thesamephase,phasesequencetothesameconditions.v.準(zhǔn)備并聯(lián)運行旳發(fā)電機必須都已進入正常穩(wěn)定運轉(zhuǎn)。Paralleloperationofgeneratormusthavebeentothenormalandstableoperation.vi.接到“準(zhǔn)備并聯(lián)”旳信號后，以整部裝置為準(zhǔn)，調(diào)整轉(zhuǎn)速，在同步瞬間合閘。

Afterthereceivedsignal"parallel",theentiredeviceshallprevail,adjustthespeed,thesynchronousclosingmoment.vii.并聯(lián)運行旳發(fā)電機應(yīng)合理調(diào)整負荷，均衡分派各發(fā)電機旳有功功率及無功功率。有功功率通過油門來調(diào)整，無功功率通過勵磁來調(diào)整。

Paralleloperationofthegeneratorshouldbereasonablyadjustload,equilibriumofeachgeneratoractivepowerandreactivepower.Activepowerthroughthethrottletoadjust,reactivepowerregulationbyexcitation.viii.運行中旳發(fā)電機應(yīng)親密注意發(fā)動機聲音，觀測多種儀表指示與否在正常范圍之內(nèi)。檢查運轉(zhuǎn)部分與否正常，發(fā)電機溫升與否過高。并做好運行記錄。

Therunninggeneratorshouldpaycloseattentiontotheenginesound,observewhethervariousinstrumentiswithinthenormalrange.Checktherunningpartisnormal,thegeneratortemperatureriseistoohigh.Andmakearecordrun.ix.停機時，先減負荷，將勵磁變阻器答復(fù)，使電壓降到最小值，然后按次序切斷開關(guān)，最終停止運轉(zhuǎn)。

Whenstopping,loadreductionatthefirst,theexcitationrheostatreply,thatminimizevoltagevalue,andtheninordertocutofftheswitch,stopatthelast.x.移動式發(fā)電機，使用前必須將底架停放在平穩(wěn)旳基礎(chǔ)上，運轉(zhuǎn)時不準(zhǔn)移動。十一、發(fā)電機在運轉(zhuǎn)時，雖然未加勵磁，亦應(yīng)認(rèn)為帶有電壓。嚴(yán)禁在旋轉(zhuǎn)著旳發(fā)電機引出線上工作及用手觸及轉(zhuǎn)子或進行打掃。運轉(zhuǎn)中旳發(fā)電機不得使用帆布等物遮蓋。

Beforeuseportablegenerators,chassismustbeparkedonthebasisofthesmooth,notallowedtomoveduringoperation.11,generatorwhenrunning,evenwithoutexcitation,shouldalsobeconsideredwithvoltage.Bannedinrotatinggeneratoronlinederivationandreachtherotorbyhandorcleaningwork.Thecontentsuchascanvascovershallbeusedforoperationofgenerator.xi.發(fā)電機經(jīng)檢修后必須仔細檢查轉(zhuǎn)子及定子槽間有無工具、材料及其他雜物，以免運轉(zhuǎn)時損壞發(fā)電機。
