HDPE排水管電熔連接施工方案編制時(shí)間：一、工程概述：本施工技術(shù)方案是根據(jù)甲方施工要求與注意事項(xiàng)，并結(jié)合國家現(xiàn)行的專業(yè)和行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)情況初步調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行編制的。施工單位為陜西晨瑞建設(shè)工程有限公司。二、施工準(zhǔn)備工作在施工前，需要對(duì)施工所需的開挖機(jī)械、工具及勞動(dòng)力進(jìn)行合理的安排及技術(shù)交底；對(duì)施工專業(yè)技術(shù)人員進(jìn)行本工程的維修交底；準(zhǔn)備現(xiàn)場(chǎng)文明施工及小區(qū)內(nèi)成品保護(hù)所需的圍擋、彩條布、警示標(biāo)志牌等；并施工前及時(shí)協(xié)調(diào)甲方落實(shí)工程施工的材料堆放地點(diǎn)。三、施工技術(shù)方案一）土方開外及定位查明漏水點(diǎn)在配合甲方對(duì)水務(wù)公司所勘察找尋出的各個(gè)給水管道漏點(diǎn)進(jìn)行有效、針對(duì)性的標(biāo)識(shí)記錄后，按照工序?qū)λM(jìn)行施工的各個(gè)漏水點(diǎn)進(jìn)行有范圍的密閉式圍擋。對(duì)周邊小區(qū)場(chǎng)地進(jìn)行警示標(biāo)識(shí)或警戒防范。人工對(duì)施工區(qū)域原有綠地內(nèi)草坪及苗木進(jìn)行鏟除、挖移并成品保護(hù)。對(duì)挖機(jī)開挖部位的成品保護(hù)后，挖機(jī)對(duì)所標(biāo)識(shí)的漏水點(diǎn)進(jìn)行土方開挖，所挖出土方進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)所指定位置進(jìn)行堆方，對(duì)地面進(jìn)行保護(hù)。挖機(jī)挖土距至管道上表的30公分處，機(jī)械停止開挖。剩余土方由人工進(jìn)行開挖，以防止管道二次破壞。土方開挖完成后，人工及時(shí)對(duì)管道管身、管頭、接頭等部位進(jìn)行清理，準(zhǔn)確查明管道漏水點(diǎn)部位、原因。二）管道滲漏修補(bǔ)有滲漏管道維修需在泄空無壓狀態(tài)下進(jìn)行。由于室外地下給水管道材質(zhì)常用為鋼管、鑄鐵管道和塑料管。依施工常見引起給水管道滲漏的位置和表現(xiàn)形式為：管道承插口滲漏、管道及管件銹蝕、管道爆裂、管道出現(xiàn)的砂眼、設(shè)計(jì)、施工等原因。修補(bǔ)時(shí)需要針對(duì)性的選擇修補(bǔ)材料和方法，確保修補(bǔ)質(zhì)量。Thisplansummarizesthevariousleakageproblemsthatmayoccurinthewatersupplypipelinesmadeofdifferentmaterials,toensurethatallkindsofleakageproblemsintheoutdoorwatersupplynetworkofthisprojectcanberepaired.2.1Treatmentofsteelpipeleakage2.1.1ThreadedconnectionleakageIfthethreadisnottightenough,itcanbetightenedwithhempthread.Ifthewatersupplypipelinefittingsarecrackedorrusted,theyshouldbereplaced.Forseverecorrosion,pipecracksorexcessivethreaddamageattheconnection,anewpipelineshouldbereplaced.2.1.2LeakageofflexiblejointsIftheflexiblejointandthejointnutleak,tighteningtheboltscangenerallystoptheleak.Ifitdoesnotwork,theoldgasketshouldbereplaced.2.1.3FlangeleakageFlangeleakageisgenerallycausedbyloosebolts,whichcanbefixedbytighteningthebolts.Ifthereisnogasketbetweentheflanges,agasketshouldbeadded.2.1.4PipesandholesandrustForsandholes,theHafcopluggingmethodcanbeused.Awoodenwedgeisinsertedintothehole,thenarubberclothof2-3mmisadded,andfinally,theappropriateHafcoclampisselectedaccordingtothepipediameterandtightenedwithbolts.Forseverelycorrodedpipes,thepipesneedtobereplaced.Cutoffoneorbothendsofthepipe,thencutasuitablelengthofpipeandconnectitwithaflexiblejoint.2.1.5PipebodyruptureFortherupturedsteelpipebody,itisgenerallyrepairedbyreplacingthepipe.Smallpipescanbeconnectedwithflexiblejoints,andlargepipescanbeweldedwithflangesorweldedconnectionsatbothends.Smallcracksorlargeholesonsteelpipescanbeweldedwithelectricwelding.2.2Leakageofcastironpipes2.2.1LeakageatsocketjointsofcastironpipesForthegreenjointinterface,thejointcanbetightened.Forasbestoscementinterfaces,suchasstresscementmortarinterfaces,gypsumcementinterfaces,etc.,theinterfacematerialcanberemovedandreconnected.Forflexiblerubberringinterfaces,iftherubberringisnotcorrectlypositionedornottight,therubberringpositioncanbecorrectedandconnected.Iftherubberringisagedorbroken,itneedstobereplaced.2.2.2SandholeleakageofcastironpipesPutsomeleadsheetsandfusesatthesandhole,andflattenthemwithahammer.Ifthereisnoleakage,itisokay.TheHafcopluggingmethodcanalsobeused.2.2.3CrackedcastironpipesIfthecrackissmall,wrapitwitharubberplateandclampitwithaclip.Ifitisalargeleakthatcannotberepaired,cutoffthecrackedpipesection,addasleeve,andre-fillandconnect.2.2.4SevereleakageofcastironpipesTheentirepipelinemustbereplaced.Usesocketconnectionsononesideandsleeveconnectionsontheotherside.3)Siterestorationafterpipelineleakagerepair4.Environmentalprotectionmeasuresforconstructionsites1.DustpreventionmeasuresattheconstructionsiteBeforeconstruction,planandsetuptemporaryconstructionroads,andsprinklewateratanytimetoreduceroaddust.2.Coverexposedsoilwithshadingnetintime.2.NoisepollutionpreventionmeasuresReducethenoiseofconstructionmachinery.2、在施工過程中，必須對(duì)施工人員進(jìn)行文明施工教
