暖的輻射板表面即地面溫度,為了滿足人體的舒適感,根據(jù)?暖通空調(diào)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范?要求:人員經(jīng)常停留的地面宜采用24—26℃,最高不超過28℃人員短期停留的地面宜采用28—30℃,最高不超過32℃無人員停留的地面宜采用35—40℃,最高不超過42℃本設(shè)計(jì)采用人員經(jīng)常停留的地面選用25℃,人員短期停留的地面選用30℃,無人員停留的地面,選用40℃。2.加熱管管材的選?。河捎谒璧墓懿膽?yīng)滿足耐高溫、承壓高、耐老化以及易于彎曲,易于施工的塑料管材,綜合各種塑料管的參數(shù):本設(shè)計(jì)采用交聯(lián)鋁塑復(fù)合管(XPAP)其參數(shù)如下:名稱長(zhǎng)期使用溫度短期使用溫度軟化溫度工作壓力試樣壓力線膨脹系數(shù)導(dǎo)熱率優(yōu)點(diǎn)XPAP≤60≤901331.02.1—3.02.5*100.45易彎曲成型,完全消除氧滲,線膨脹系數(shù)小3.加熱管管徑的確定:加熱管的管徑按限制流速法確定:為防止空氣積聚形成氣塞,加熱管管中應(yīng)保持不低于0.5m/s的流速。本設(shè)計(jì)采用0.5m/s的流速加熱管的管徑按下式計(jì)算:D=0.0188(G/v)?d加熱管內(nèi)徑(m)v加熱管內(nèi)熱媒流速(m/s)G=0.86Q/△tG經(jīng)過某根加熱管的熱媒流量(m3/h)Q某根加熱管所負(fù)擔(dān)的熱負(fù)荷(Kw)△t—熱媒流過加熱管的溫降(℃)本設(shè)計(jì)所鋪盤管管徑采用統(tǒng)一型號(hào)(內(nèi)徑外徑均相等),故所需管徑為平均管徑。依一層的平均管徑為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。各個(gè)房間的總負(fù)荷為42231W(不包括兩個(gè)400人的公共教室以及低壓配電室、管理監(jiān)控室、管理用房),所需盤管為22個(gè)(見平面圖),則每個(gè)盤管所承擔(dān)的平均負(fù)荷為:Q=42231/22=1919.5W=1.92KW
