，已經(jīng)閱讀并且明白以下規(guī)章守則AllresidentsareadvisedtoreadandcomplywiththerulesandregulationserningresidenceintheJurongWestAve5 .Ifindoubt,pleaseconsultSOTStudentWelfareOfficer.所有入住學(xué)員需閱讀并遵守此份裕廊西5巷學(xué)生宿舍的規(guī)章守則。疑問，請向院學(xué)生福利人員詢問InspectionofRoomsSOTmaydesignateastafftoenterandinspectaresidenceintheinterestsofthestudentstomaintainorrepairthepremises.Rooms&SurroundingsStudentsarenotallowedtomakeanyaltiontothepremisesortoremoveanyfittings.Studentsarenotallowedtoinstalllocksoftheirownunlessitisapprovedbythestudentwelfareofficer.Noobjectsareallowedtobedisyedonthedoors.Studentsareliableforthecostincurredbytheschoolfortheremovaloftheobjectsorrecementofthedoors.Studentsarenotallowedtousedouble-sidedtapes,bluetack,concretenailsorothermeansoffixingobjectstothefurniture,windows,walls,doors,etc.oftheapartmentandsurroundings.Thecostinmakinggoodanydamagesdoneintheprocessofremovingthedisyedobjectswillbechargedtotheresidentsconcerned.Studentswhodamagethebuilding,propertyorfixturesandfittingsintheapartmentinexcessofreasonablewearandtearandwhichintheopinionofthestudentwelfareofficer,fallsintotheforegoingcategories,shallberequiredtodefraythecostofrepairorrecement.Dismantlingoffurnitureprovidedisnotallowed.Studentsarerequiredtopayforthecostofassemblingandattachingtheseitemstotheiroriginalstate.學(xué)員若損壞建筑、財產(chǎn)或宿舍內(nèi)的固定裝置和配件（正常磨損除外，情況由學(xué)生福利人員裁定），需Studentsareresponsibleforthecleanlinessoftheirrooms&surroundingpremises.Studentswillbeliableforthecostincurredbytheschooltoengagecontractortocleanuptherooms.RoomFurnitureUponcoleconofherome,eachudenthalcheckandreportoheudentefareoffcerofanyssngordaaedie()onhefolowngorkingda.Oherwse,twlbeasuedhatalfurniurenheroomsngoodorder.udenswlbereponbeforanyossordaagehereafer.houdauentihdra,hereanngresidetinadoube/rperoomileresonbeforalhefurnurenheroo.一旦領(lǐng)取間后，學(xué)員發(fā)現(xiàn)任何缺少或損的物品，應(yīng)下一個工作日向生福利人員報告否則將視房間內(nèi)所有家具狀況良好，日后學(xué)員需為遺失或損壞物品負責(zé)。若有學(xué)員撤銷住宿，則責(zé)任歸LossoforDamagetoProperty財產(chǎn)遺失或損Studentwillbeliableforthecostincurredbytheschoolinrecingthelossofthekeysandchangeordamagetothedoorlockset.UseofElectricalAppliancesStudentsaretouseonlyelectricalaccessoriessuchas3pin-plug,multi-plugandextensiondrumthatbearstheapprovedstampfromPUB/SISIR.Thisistoensurethesafetyofallusersandtominimizenuisancetrip.學(xué)員只可使用經(jīng)PUB/SISIR批準的電器配件，如3腳插頭、插排和延長線。此乃確保使有使用者的安Studentsarenotallowedtousethepowersocketslocatedoutsidetheirunits.Thesepowersocketsareusedthecontractorsforcleaningofcommonareas.TheHos totakeoverhis/herroombyresidingunderhis/hername.Theillegalsquatterwillbefine$100andcharged$20perdayforaminimumperiodofoneweek.TheywillbebarredfromSchool modation;othernecessaryactionsmayalsobetakenagainstthis
