PAGE云陽縣黃石高鐵新城廣場路道路及管網(wǎng)工程、高鐵大道工程(二期)勘察設(shè)計(jì)平安寨大橋59.5+110+59.5m連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算書工程編號:計(jì)算:校對:審查:核定:日期:2020年08月設(shè)計(jì)單位:59.5+110+59.5m連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋計(jì)算書PAGE11一、概述橋梁分為左右對稱兩幅,兩幅橋之間間距0.02m。橋斷面由單箱雙室斷面組成,橋箱梁頂寬均為16.89m;墩頂箱梁高7.5m,跨中及兩端梁高3.5m(箱梁高度變化成二次拋物線形式),頂板厚0.3m,底板厚0.3~0.9m(箱梁底板厚度變化成二次拋物線形式),并在箱體角部設(shè)置腋角;外側(cè)翼緣懸挑3.0m,翼緣端部厚度0.2m,翼緣根部厚度0.6m;箱梁腹板厚度跨中為0.6m,在梁端漸變?yōu)?.9m。箱梁兩側(cè)橋臺支點(diǎn)處端橫隔梁寬2.0m,墩頂0#塊寬10.0m。除0號塊外劃分為14對梁段,16號及17號梁段為合攏段,15號梁段為現(xiàn)澆段。其中0號塊長10m,1至5號塊長3.0m,6至9號塊長3.5m,10至14號塊長4.0m,邊跨現(xiàn)澆段長9m;邊、中跨合攏段長度均為2.0m;0、1號梁段在墩頂托架上現(xiàn)澆施工,2~14號梁段采用掛籃懸臂澆筑施工,懸澆段最大節(jié)段重量為約243噸,掛藍(lán)自重(含機(jī)具和施工人員重)按100噸考慮。單幅橋面布置:4.5m(人行道)+11.5m(車行道)+1.0m(中分帶)=17.0m。箱梁混凝土強(qiáng)度等級為C55,橋梁按縱、豎、橫向配置預(yù)應(yīng)力,縱向按全預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土構(gòu)件設(shè)計(jì)。二、計(jì)算依據(jù)1.《公路橋涵設(shè)計(jì)通用規(guī)范》(JTGD60-2015)2.《公路工程技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(JTGB01-2014)3.《城市橋梁設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》(CJJ11-2011)4.《公路鋼筋混凝土及預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土橋涵設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》(JTG3362-2018)5.《公路橋梁抗風(fēng)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》(JTG/T3360-01-2018)6.《城市橋梁抗震設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》(CJJ166-2011)三、計(jì)算方法箱梁縱向計(jì)算按平面桿系理論,并采用“MIDAS”計(jì)算。將結(jié)構(gòu)對象作為平面梁單元劃為結(jié)構(gòu)離散圖,根據(jù)橋梁實(shí)際施工過程和方案劃分施工階段,進(jìn)行荷載組合,求得結(jié)構(gòu)在施工階段和運(yùn)營階段時的應(yīng)力、內(nèi)力和位移,按規(guī)范中所規(guī)定的各項(xiàng)容許指標(biāo),驗(yàn)算主梁是否滿足要求。四、設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算參數(shù)混凝土、鋼絞線等材料的彈性模量、設(shè)計(jì)抗壓(拉)強(qiáng)度參數(shù)等基本參數(shù)均按《公路鋼筋混凝土及預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土橋涵設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》(JTG3362-2018)取值?;炷罜55彈性模量:3.55×104MPa容重:26.0kN/m3線膨脹系數(shù):1.0×10-5泊松比:0.2強(qiáng)度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值:fck=35.5MPa;ftk=2.74MPa強(qiáng)度設(shè)計(jì)值:fcd=24.4MPa;ftd=1.89MPa預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼絞線規(guī)格:1×7(七股),d=15.2mm,15(17)根一束抗拉標(biāo)準(zhǔn)強(qiáng)度:fpk=1860Mpa,抗拉設(shè)計(jì)強(qiáng)度:fpd=1260Mpa彈性模量1.95×105Mpa容重:78.5kN/m3線膨脹系數(shù):1.2×10-5,泊松比:0.3張拉控制應(yīng)力:σcon=0.72fpk(≤0.75fpk)=0.72×1860=1339Mpa管道摩阻系數(shù):μ=0.17局部偏差系數(shù):κ=0.0015錨具變形、鋼筋回縮和接縫壓縮值合計(jì):12mm(兩端張拉)松弛系數(shù):ζ=0.3(低松弛)恒荷載一期恒載自重:由軟件自動計(jì)算,下部齒塊:0.75×25=18.75KN/個,上部齒塊:0.83×25=20.75KN/個。二期恒載橋面布置:4.5m(人行道)+11.5m(車行道)+1.0m(中分帶)=17.0m。80mm厚瀝青+80mm厚砼:24.5×0.16×11.5=45.08KN/m人行道及防撞欄桿:9+5+4.5×(0.61+0.79)/2×0.5×25=53.38KN/m中分帶:0.53×1×25=13.25KN/m合計(jì)取111.71KN/m掛籃型式和臨時荷載掛籃按1000KN計(jì)算,合攏單側(cè)壓重350KN,作用點(diǎn)距懸臂端部0.5米。收縮徐變考慮10年(3650天)活荷載汽車:城市—A級汽車活載按,3列車隊(duì)布置,車道橫向折減0.78。另考慮活載的不均勻性,計(jì)入偏載系數(shù)1.2。汽車沖擊系數(shù)據(jù)軟件特征值計(jì)算出基本頻率后計(jì)算。溫度荷載根據(jù)連續(xù)梁的特點(diǎn),本次計(jì)算考慮梯度溫度的影響及均勻溫差的影響,參照《公路橋涵設(shè)計(jì)通用規(guī)范》(JGJD60-2015)第4.3.10條取值,如下圖所示(反溫差為正溫差乘以-0.5);考慮整體升溫25℃,降溫25℃計(jì)算。圖1溫度梯度計(jì)算簡圖風(fēng)荷載下部結(jié)構(gòu)計(jì)算時考慮風(fēng)荷載,風(fēng)荷載取值按照《公路橋梁抗風(fēng)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》(JTG/T3360-01-2018)5.3.1條計(jì)算如下:(下圖片為舊規(guī)范,同新規(guī)范5.3.1)Vg:等效陣風(fēng)速取27.5×1.29=35.48m/sH:=5.5(梁均高)+1.1(護(hù)欄高)=6.6mCH=2.1-(17/5.5)/10=1.8計(jì)算得主梁側(cè)向每米風(fēng)荷載為:FH=0.5*1.25*35.482*1.8*6.6=9347N/m=9.35KN/m。橋墩橫向風(fēng)壓參考橫梁取值:FH=0.5*1.25*35.482*1.8*6.0=8497N/m=8.50KN/m。7.荷載組合7.1內(nèi)力組合①承載能力極限狀態(tài)內(nèi)力組合△組合I:基本組合;按規(guī)范JTGD60-2015第4.1.5條規(guī)定;按此組合驗(yàn)算結(jié)構(gòu)的承載能力極限狀態(tài)的強(qiáng)度。②正常使用極限狀態(tài)內(nèi)力組合△組合I:長期效應(yīng)組合;按規(guī)范JTGD60-2015第4.1.6條規(guī)定?!鹘M合II:短期效應(yīng)組合;按規(guī)范JTGD60-2015第4.1.6條規(guī)定;按此組合驗(yàn)算鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的裂縫寬度。7.2應(yīng)力組合△組合I:長期效應(yīng)組合,僅供部分預(yù)應(yīng)力A類構(gòu)件的抗裂安全驗(yàn)算(參照規(guī)范JTGD62–2004第6.3.1條),組合原則按規(guī)范JTGD60-2015第4.1.6條規(guī)定,但組合時只考慮直接作用荷載,不考慮間接作用,例如不計(jì)汽車沖擊等;符合規(guī)范JTGD62-2004第6.3.1條規(guī)定?!鹘M合II:短期效應(yīng)組合,對預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土構(gòu)件而言是按照抗裂驗(yàn)算的要求進(jìn)行組合計(jì)算的,組合原則按規(guī)范JTGD60-2015第4.1.6條規(guī)定,并滿足規(guī)范JTGD62–2004第6.3.1條有關(guān)規(guī)定?!鹘M合III:標(biāo)準(zhǔn)組合,所有應(yīng)力組合時各種荷載的分項(xiàng)組合系數(shù)都為1.0,參與組合的荷載類型為規(guī)范JTGD60-2015第4.1.6條中短期效應(yīng)組合中規(guī)定的所有荷載類型,只是荷載分項(xiàng)系數(shù)都為1.0。各組合荷載分項(xiàng)系數(shù)根據(jù)《公路橋涵設(shè)計(jì)通用規(guī)范》取值,安全等級按一級考慮。五、結(jié)構(gòu)模型描述1.結(jié)構(gòu)計(jì)算簡圖全橋主梁共劃分成85個單元,如圖2所示:圖2結(jié)構(gòu)計(jì)算簡圖2.模擬支點(diǎn)信息(永久支撐)支點(diǎn)節(jié)點(diǎn)水平剛性豎向剛性轉(zhuǎn)動剛性2010830108711188111注:1表示具有剛性約束,0表示不具有約束3.結(jié)構(gòu)配筋描述頂板束采用15.2-15,邊跨頂板束、腹板束采用15.2-15,中跨底板束采用15.2-17,邊跨底板束采用15.2-15,鋼筋配置詳見設(shè)計(jì)圖紙。4.施工階段描述第0階段:澆筑下部橋墩構(gòu)造。第一階段:臨時支持上澆筑0#塊塊、張拉相應(yīng)鋼束,并架設(shè)懸澆掛籃。第二階段:鋼束注漿、移動掛籃。第三階段:在掛籃上對稱澆筑1#塊、張拉1#塊鋼束。第四階段:鋼束注漿、移動掛籃。第五階段:在掛籃上對稱澆筑3#塊、張拉3#塊鋼束。......第13階段:在掛籃上對稱澆筑14#塊、張拉14#塊鋼束。同時支架現(xiàn)澆邊跨現(xiàn)澆段。第14階段:拆除掛藍(lán)、在勁性合攏鋼架上澆筑合攏邊跨合攏段。第15階段:張拉底板鋼束、拆除現(xiàn)澆段支架、合攏中跨合攏段,第16階段:實(shí)施橋面二期恒載。第17階段:收縮徐變完成。六.施工階段驗(yàn)算根據(jù)施工階段劃分表中各施工工序,進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)計(jì)算。最大懸臂階段即13階段,成橋階段即17階段主梁的內(nèi)力、上下緣應(yīng)力如下。最大懸臂階段箱梁正應(yīng)力圖示最大10.5MPa,最小0.3MPa最大懸臂階段箱梁主拉應(yīng)力圖示最小-0.5MPa成橋階段箱梁正應(yīng)力圖示最大9.9MPa成橋階段箱梁主拉應(yīng)力圖示最小0.7MPa《公路鋼筋混凝土及預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土橋涵設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》(JTG3362-2018)第7.2.8條:預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土受彎構(gòu)件,在預(yù)應(yīng)力和構(gòu)件自重等施工荷載作用下截面邊緣混凝土的法向應(yīng)力應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:壓應(yīng)力≤0.70=0.70×34.4(100%設(shè)計(jì)強(qiáng)度)=24.08MPa(C55)拉應(yīng)力不應(yīng)超過1.15=1.15×-2.74(100%設(shè)計(jì)強(qiáng)度)=-3.15MPa(C55)從上計(jì)算,可知,橋梁施工階段應(yīng)力驗(yàn)算滿足規(guī)范要求。七、正常使用階段驗(yàn)算1.正常使用極限狀態(tài)應(yīng)力驗(yàn)算1.1使用階段正截面抗裂1.2使用階段斜腹板抗裂1.3使用階段正截面壓應(yīng)力標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值組合下截面法向壓應(yīng)力最大16.0Mpa≤17.75Mpa。1.4使用階段主壓應(yīng)力驗(yàn)算知正常使用階段,應(yīng)力驗(yàn)算滿足規(guī)范要求。八.承載能力極限狀態(tài)強(qiáng)度驗(yàn)算(1)正截面抗彎驗(yàn)算如下:承載力組合墩頂最小、大彎矩及抗力圖示墩頂最小彎矩-1235502KN·m,截面抗力-1769810KN·m,富裕量43%。中跨跨中最大彎矩211252KN·m,截面抗力258679KN·m,富裕量22%。邊跨跨中最大彎矩51388KN·m,截面抗力208482KN·m,富裕量300%。通過上述計(jì)算,知箱梁正截面抗彎承載力滿足規(guī)范要求。驗(yàn)算位置最小/最大組合名稱組成結(jié)果安全系數(shù)rMu
