.z.JY-ZKIntelligentJY-ZK智能型DCMotorControlCabinet直流電機控制箱OperationManual使用說明書Shaan*iJinyuanAutomationTechnologyCo.,Ltd.**金源自動化科技**一、Overview概述JY-ZKIntelligentDCmotorcontrolcabinetlubricatingproductsareaimedatgeneratingpowerplantsystemdesignanewtypeoflubricantreplacementproducts,mainlyusedforsteamturbineandgeneratorofthemainbearings,thrustbearingandthediskdevicestoprovidelubricatingoilvehiclecontrol,aswellasthegeneratorsealoilsystemprovidesoiltoensurethesafeoperationofthepressureoftheoilcontrol.Generatorcontrolsystemequipmentlubricantsusuallyare:lubricatingoiltank,mainoilpumps,AClubricatingoilpump(#1machine2Units),Oiler,andOilcooler,emergencyDCpumps,jackingoilpumpsystem,oil-fumeseparatedevicesandpurifyingSystemandsoon.Innormaloperation,allthelubricantoilsupplyfromthemainoilpump.Whenthemainpumpfailureresultedinreducedacertainvalue,AC,DClubricationpumpautomaticallylinkage.JY-ZK智能型直流潤滑電機控制箱系列產品是針對發(fā)電廠發(fā)電機潤滑油系統(tǒng)設計的新型換代產品，主要用于汽輪機和發(fā)電機各主軸承、推力軸承和盤車裝置提供潤滑油的控制，以及對發(fā)電**封油系統(tǒng)提供油源，確保系統(tǒng)平安運行的壓力油控制。發(fā)電機潤滑油控制系統(tǒng)設備通常為：潤滑油箱，主油泵、交流潤滑油泵〔#1機2臺〕、注油器、冷油器、事故直流油泵、頂軸油泵系統(tǒng)、油煙別離裝置和凈油系統(tǒng)等組成。系統(tǒng)在正常運行時，所有潤滑油的油量由主油泵供應。當主油泵故障導致油壓降至一定值時，交、直流潤滑油泵自動聯動。TraditionalDCgeneratorslubrication(sealed)pumpmotorcontrolsystemforthe60'stostartusingtheDCcontactresistanceswitching,thatisinDCmotorarmaturecircuitintothehigh-powerresistorstring,whenthemotorstarts,throughthestep-downresistortolimitthemotorstartingcurrenttoratedcurrentorspeedtoachieveacertainpercentage,theadoptionofDCcontactorbypassresistance.ThiswaytostarttheDCmotor'sadvantagesare:loopeasyandcheap;itsdisadvantagesare:1,Resistorsbuckwillstartonlywhenthemotorstart-upcurrenttoratedcurrentof2timestheDCsystemresultinlowertransientvoltageaffecttherelayprotectionofthenormalwork.2,DCContactorsusedinmanyfrequentcontactadhesionandcarbonationphenomenon.傳統(tǒng)的發(fā)電機直流潤滑〔密封〕油泵電機控制系統(tǒng)為60年代開場使用的直流接觸器切換電阻方式，即在直流電機的電樞回路中串入大功率電阻，當電機啟動時，通過電阻降壓來限制電動機的起動電流，使之電流或轉速到達額定值的一定百分比時，通過直流接觸器將電阻旁路。通過這種方式來啟動直流電動機的優(yōu)點是：回路簡單，造價低；其缺點是：1、電阻降壓起動時只能將電動機的啟動電流降至額定電流的2倍，會造成直流系統(tǒng)的電壓瞬間降低，以致影響到繼電保護的正常工作，2、直流接觸器在屢次使用后經常發(fā)生觸點粘連和碳化現象。MypanytodevelopandproducetheJY-ZKintelligentDCgeneratorlubrication(sealed)pumpmotorcontrolcabinetisamodernpowerelectronicdevices,PWMtechnology,andPLCtechnologyinonehigh-techproducts.ItcanachievesoftsmoothDCmotor,thecurrentnon-mutant,andtheDCsystemwillnotbeaffected;theuseofhigh-powerpowerelectronicdevicestoeliminatetheDCcontactorcontactadhesionhappen;withRemoteControl(DCS)andthenearestcontrolintwoways;canfaultself-diagnosis,overheating,andotherprotectioninone;Chineseman-machineinterfaceoperationandinformationdisplay.我公司研制生產的JY-ZK智能型發(fā)電機直流潤滑〔密封〕油泵電機控制箱是集現代電力電子器件、PWM技術、PLC技術于一體的高新技術產品。它可以實現直流電動機的平滑軟起，電流不突變，且直流系統(tǒng)工作不受影響；采用大功率電力電子器件，杜絕了直流接觸器觸點粘連的發(fā)生；設有遠控〔DCS〕和就近控制兩種方式；可以進展故障自診斷、過熱、等多種保護于一體；中文人機界面操作和信息顯示。二、PrincipleOutlined原理簡述AdoptingnewPWMcontrolofpowerelectroniccontrolmodeofhigh-powersemiconductordevices,conductionandshutoffwithPLCforthecoremanagementcontrol,usevoltagefeedbackformclosedloopcontrolofdcvoltage,linearadjustment.Accordingtoproportional-plus-integralcontrolrealizationnotstaticdifferencevelocitymodulationfunction,realizationdirectcurrentmachinereliablesoftstart.采用新型脈寬調制方式控制電力電子主控器件大功率半導體的導通與關斷，以PLC為核心管理控制，利用電壓負反應形成閉環(huán)控制，進展對直流電壓線性調節(jié)。根據比例積分調節(jié)實現無靜差調速作用，實現直流電機可靠的軟啟動。三、ControlFeatures控制特點High-powersemiconductordeviceswithhighjobswitchingfrequency,thesaturationvoltagedropsmall,highinputimpedance,voltage-drivenandsoon.Inthevelocitymodulationsystem,usesbythecontrolamplifiertocontrolDCmotorpowersource.Averagearmaturevoltage:Uav=Ton/T.Us=ρUs,oneofρ=ton/Treferredtoasdutycycle.Ifthegateinputvoltagesignalfrequencymustchangethepulsewidth,itchangesthedutycycle,ontheaveragearmaturevoltagetochange,andthuscanachievemotorspeedcontrol.大功率半導體器件具有工作開關頻率高，飽和壓降小，輸入阻抗高，電壓驅動等特點。在調速系統(tǒng)中，采用由控制放大器控制直流電動機的電源。電樞電壓的平均值為：Uav=Ton/T.Us=ρUs,其中ρ=ton/T稱為占空比。如果柵極輸入電壓信號的頻率一定，改變脈沖寬度，就改變了占空比，電樞上的平均電壓就改變了，進而可以實現電機的調速。四、Speedcontrolsystemblockdiagram調速系統(tǒng)框圖Speedcontrolsystembytheintelligentcontrollercontrolsignalsgeneratedbythedrivecircuitisolationamplifieddrivehigh-powersemiconductordevices,asshowninFigure1.調速系統(tǒng)由智能控制器產生控制信號，經驅動電路隔離放大后驅動大功率半導體器件，如圖1所示圖1直流調速原理框圖五、傳統(tǒng)控制與JY-SPM控制啟動波形比擬〔如圖2和圖3〕JY-SPMFormypanyJY-ZKcontrolbo*usedinintelligentcontroldeviceforDCmotorlubrication.JY-SPM為我公司JY-ZK控制箱中使用的智能型直流潤滑電機控制裝置圖2圖3六、JY-SPMStartControlFeaturesJY-SPM啟動控制特點1．municatelubricatingoilpumpprotectioninthesystemfails,DCpumpsreliableinteractionwiththeDCSsystem.保障交流潤滑油泵在系統(tǒng)出現故障時，直流油泵可靠與DCS系統(tǒng)聯動。2．Tooverethetraditionalstart-upmodewhenstartinggridfortheDCsystemorpollution,toavoidatotalnetworkofrelayprotectionandotheronlinedevicesmalfunction.克制了傳統(tǒng)啟動方式啟動時對直流電網系統(tǒng)的影響或污染，防止造成繼電保護和共網工作的其它在線裝置誤動作。3．Solvetheconventionalcontactorcontrolsystemeasytoburncontactbondingphenomenon.解決傳統(tǒng)式控制系統(tǒng)中接觸器觸頭容易燒粘結現象。4．Efficientuseofelectricity,thereisnopowerlosswhenstartingandheatgenerated.有效利用電能，啟動時沒有電能損耗和熱量產生。5．Canfrequentlystart,startthenon arefullye*aminedonbothsides,withthemultimetermeasuringwhethertheshort-circuitpowersupplyterminal,accurateafterthefirstruntheselectswitchplacedinthe"Stop",respectively,bypressingthe"Start""Stop""Emergencystop〞threebuttons,todeterminewhetherthefle*ibility,(buttonsarenon-self-lockingtype),checkforthenormal,connectedtopowersupply,door"Stopoperating"lightison,powersupplywithmultimetertestvoltageiscorrect,andthenruntheselectswitchplaced"Local"position,pressedstartbutton,door"Stopoperating"lightisoff,"Startoperating"lightison,thenDCmotore*citationvoltageratedoutputpower,DCArmaturevoltageandcurrentfromsmalltolargeautomaticadjustmentofoutput,uptoratedvoltage,andmotorspeedfromslowtofastuntiltheyreachtheirratedspeed,thedirectnormalontheendofthebootprocesstorun.Atthispointifthedetectedfaultandthefaultprotectionareset,thecontrolcabinetmaystopwork,faultprotectindicatorison.Ifthenormaloperationofthecontrolcabinetbypressingthe"Stop"or"Emergencystop"orruntheselectswitchplacedinthe"Stop"position,thecontrolcabinetmaystopworking,"Stopoperating"indicatorlightison.所有接線接完后，參考接線圖仔細檢查兩邊，用萬用表測量電源端有無短路，準確無誤后，先將運行選擇轉換開關置于"停頓〞位，分別按下"啟動〞"停頓〞"急停〞三個按鈕，判斷是否靈活，〔按鈕均為不帶自鎖型〕，檢查為正常后，接通供電電源，箱門上"停頓運行〞指示燈點亮，用萬用表測供電電源電壓正確后，再將運行選擇轉換開關置于"就地〞位，按下啟動按鈕，箱門上"停頓運行〞指示燈熄滅，"啟動運行〞指示燈點亮，這時直流電機勵磁電壓一次輸出額定電源，直流電機電樞電壓和電流從小到大自動調節(jié)輸出，直至額定電壓，同時電機轉速由慢到快，直至到達額定轉速，啟動過程完畢直接轉入正常運行。此時假設檢測到故障且故障保護被設置，控制箱均可停頓工作，故障保護指示燈被點亮。假設在控制箱正常運行時按下"停頓〞或"急停〞或運行選擇轉換開關置于"停頓〞位，控制箱均可停頓工作，"停頓運行〞指示燈點亮。Afterthepowerswitchplacedin"Remote"position,pressed"Start"and"Stop"button,itcannotworking,onlythee*ternalcontroloperational(distantsignal),thistimeiftheDCSturnsignals,thermalbootsignal,theparisonpressureinanyofbootsignalthearrivalofsignal,thecontrolcabinetcanstartrunning,door"Stopoperating"lightisoff,"Startoperating"lightison,thene*citationvoltageisDCmotorratedoutputpower,DCArmaturevoltageandcurrentfromsmalltolargeautomaticadjustmentofoutput,uptoratedvoltage,andmotorspeedfromslowtofastuntiltheyreachtheirratedspeed,thedirectnormalontheendofthebootprocesstorun.Atthispointifthedetectedfaultandthefaultprotectionareset,thecontrolcabinetmaystopwork,failuretoprotectindicatorislit.Ifthecontrolcabinetduringnormaloperationbypressingthe"Emergencystop"buttonorrunaselectswitchplacedinthe"Stop",orstopsignalthearrivalofDCS,thecontrolcabinetmaystopworking,"Stopoperating"indicatorlightison.通電后假設將運行選擇轉換開關置于"遠方〞位，按下"啟動〞和"停頓〞按鈕，均不能工作，只有外部控制可操作〔遠方信號〕，此時假設DCS開機信號、熱工開機信號、母管壓力開機信號中任意一個信號到來，控制箱都可啟動運行，箱門上"停頓運行〞指示燈熄滅，"啟動運行〞指示燈點亮，這時直流電機勵磁電壓一次輸出額定電源，直流電機電樞電壓和電流從小到大自動調節(jié)輸出，直至額定電壓，同時電機轉速由慢到快，直至到達額定轉速，啟動過程完畢直接轉入正常運行。此時假設檢測到故障且故障保護被設置，控制箱均可停頓工作，故障保護指示燈被點亮。假設在控制箱正常運行時按下"急停〞按鈕或運行選擇轉換開關置于"停頓〞位，或DCS停機信號到來，控制箱均可停頓工作，"停頓運行〞指示燈點亮。LCDpanelsetup液晶板設置LCDPanelcandisplayreal-timeDCmotorarmaturecurrent,armaturevoltage,e*citationcurrent,systemtime,theinitialinterfaceforthevoltageandcurrentdisplaypage.Asfollows:液晶板可以實時顯示直流電動機的電樞電流、電樞電壓、勵磁電流、系統(tǒng)時間，初始界面為電壓、電流顯示頁面。如下：Initialpage初始界面①2.2ThisLCDpanelcanbesetmotorstarttime,stoptime,PWMfrequen
