教材分析本課是第18單元的第1課。本課的語篇是一篇有關(guān)“什么是美”的文章，本課結(jié)構(gòu)完整，銜接過渡自然緊密。學(xué)生將在本課獲得“什么是美”的有關(guān)信息，學(xué)習(xí)有關(guān)描述美的詞匯，理解文章大意，使用略讀、泛讀、精讀等閱讀策略。學(xué)生要將閱讀信息內(nèi)化，轉(zhuǎn)換成自己的語言，并針對什么是真正的美發(fā)表自己的看法，懂得美是多維的，但內(nèi)在美才是最重要的，啟示學(xué)生修生養(yǎng)性，達(dá)到真，善，美。本課的語法是有關(guān)表示“usedto,would“的用法。學(xué)生在已經(jīng)學(xué)過usedto用法的基礎(chǔ)上，重點(diǎn)體驗(yàn)和歸納兩種表達(dá)的區(qū)別。學(xué)生要能夠在語篇中識別、在語境中正確運(yùn)用。本課計(jì)劃按兩課時(shí)完成：第一課時(shí)重點(diǎn)是閱讀文章，讓學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)有關(guān)美及描述美的詞匯。使用閱讀策略，從文章中提取信息，處理信息，進(jìn)行歸納復(fù)述及創(chuàng)造性運(yùn)用；第二課時(shí)復(fù)習(xí)鞏固有關(guān)美及描述美的詞匯，從課文例句中發(fā)現(xiàn)、歸納“usedto,would”的區(qū)別，并在語境中恰當(dāng)?shù)厥褂谩＝虒W(xué)內(nèi)容話題：什么是美？詞匯：重點(diǎn)詞匯：astonishing,attractive,awesome,beautiful,brilliant,elegant,good-looking,handsome,leavemebreathless,lovely,arealmasterpiece,perfect,powerful,pretty,scenic,superb,superior,athingofgreatbeauty,unbelievable相關(guān)詞匯短語：beholder,consistent,commitment,inner,physical,subjective,dimension,flock，woolen，overweight，dieout,
