3、介紹急診科環(huán)境、布局、結(jié)構(gòu)、人員。
4、介紹急診科日常工作內(nèi)容及工作程序。
5、急診科主要儀器設(shè)備及操作規(guī)程。
6、急診科各項規(guī)章制度和各班職責(zé)。
7、急診科常見的危重病人的護理工作程序、內(nèi)容、目標(biāo)。8、學(xué)習(xí)交接班
規(guī)范。
9、急診科常見搶救藥物、儀器的放置、使用與管理。10、跟班學(xué)習(xí)各班次
工作流程。
實施:
1、相關(guān)法律法規(guī)、院紀(jì)院規(guī)及禮儀培訓(xùn)由護理部集中學(xué)習(xí)培訓(xùn)。
2、由科
室骨干負(fù)責(zé)帶領(lǐng)巡視各個區(qū)域,邊看邊講解。3、對照實際工作,學(xué)習(xí)科室各項制度。
4、由搶救班、治療班、輸液班各帶教老師負(fù)責(zé)具體實施。第二個月:掌握急診八大件,提高急救技能。

2、各班次帶教老師隨機講授,加強記憶。
3、科室安排講解急救車及急診八大件的使用。
第三個月:基礎(chǔ)理論及??浦R的培訓(xùn)與操作技能培訓(xùn)階段。目標(biāo):
1、鞏固基礎(chǔ)理論,掌握急診科護理常規(guī);
2、熟練規(guī)范基礎(chǔ)操作程序,如:鋪床、無菌操作技術(shù)、消毒隔離
技術(shù)、肌注、皮試、輸液等。
3、掌握??苹静僮骷寄埽鏑PR、吸痰、吸氧、霧化、更換胸
腔閉式引流瓶、各種標(biāo)本的留取方法等。
4、掌握急診八大件的使用和維護方法。

5、各班次帶教老師在實際工作中負(fù)責(zé)監(jiān)督指導(dǎo)。
【考核】
采用單向考核、多項考核與綜合考核相結(jié)合,筆試與實踐操作考核相結(jié)合的方法,一方面考核新護士的業(yè)務(wù)能力,一方面了解帶教效果??己顺煽兣c獎金分配及轉(zhuǎn)正掛鉤。
1、單項考核
護士長協(xié)助帶教老師,單獨對培訓(xùn)者進行某一項指定的理論操作考核、如心電監(jiān)護、呼吸機消毒保養(yǎng)、各種儀器操作規(guī)程、急救車上的搶救藥物及常見疾病的搶救程序等。
2、多項考核
臨床培訓(xùn)階段考核的主要形式??己伺嘤?xùn)者某一常見病人的護理知識掌握程度、工作方式、方法與效果,了解培訓(xùn)者急診科護理工作程序the
